Spent $160 on 4/20 and I got a 1.25g rosin cookies brand disposable and a 710 labs 1g rosin dispo…read more Very pricey items as you can see for good quality but when I got home I was expecting a good reaction from opening the cookies pen but the dispo was not even halfway and tasted burnt and old. Packaging date was old more than 6 months which was my fault for not looking but why was it already opened? My 710 labs lasted way longer and it has less. Leading to my assumption of employees tampering with merchandise. I've been smoking for more than 10 years and this is crazy for such expensive purchase. I also am not a local resident of maywood so I couldn't go back. This concludes my rating of 1 star, it was also my first time at cookies. But now they lost a customer. Try Catalyst. Owner of cookies is probably too rich to care anyway. We should be buying nothing but fresh for these prices and quality rosin. 710 fire as always tho

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary. I live with anxiety and…read moredepression and have been a loyal customer for years, relying on this place for products that help me relax and sleep. As I was leaving the dispensary, another customer informed me that someone had hit my parked car, causing damage to the rear driver's side tail light and back fender. I was upset but stayed calm because I assumed the business would have security cameras and be willing to help identify the vehicle responsible. Instead, I was met with complete disrespect from the security staff. Rather than offering any assistance or concern, I was treated rudely and told to "go fuck off." I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the way I was spoken to. After years of being a customer, I will never return. No one should be treated this way, especially after experiencing an accident on the property. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and treat them with basic respect. I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
