First off, I really appreciate the hospitality and the PRICES. I always enjoy the points for your account and they usually always have some sort of deal on. My fiancé went here first and recommended we both go and I have nothing but good thing to say. Good atmosphere our bud tender was really helpful and nice. I always go for the cold fire selection but all their stuff is great, sluggers is another good one too but again ALL good! read more

Catalyst - Cold Fire and victory - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Los Angeles, California

House joints are terrible and their quality it's horrible. Do better catalyst I expect more from this brand.

This is my first time ever going to this location since I moved, it was cool till some dyke. being rude thinking she could get at me, and when turning her down she was real disrespectful I believe her name is Malissa? I was just trying get some stuff for my insomnia but dang she made that awkward asf. edibles are good, the security is cool very welcoming. prices are good so the amount of stuff they have are actually pretty decent read more

The best part of Catalyst isn't the prices--which is insane because their prices are close to trap shop prices--it's the budtenders, the security guards, the managers, everyone who makes this shop a second home to its regulars! Make this YOUR shop! It's been mine since it opened! read more

My bf just came back from picking up from this location, mind you, this was a location I went to for YEARS. However, the only reason why we went to this location was because the other locations near us didn't carry the product he wanted. This is what happened based on what my bf told me: When I got there the lady in front (outside) she was chill she said, welcome back after giving me back my I.d. When I went inside, the other employee (female) didn't say anything like hi welcome but when someone else came in she did, when it was my turn she said your online order is for nameless? I said yeah and she gave me a completely different order then she finally got my order, I paid and that's when she handed me the bag with her two fingers and said have a nice day and I said it back and left. I was shocked, because during his visit the employee was rude af, she didn't greet him, she was overcharging him $70 for the incorrect order, and then proceeded to hand over his order with two fingers, her thumb and index finger. I really don't understand why she would display such degrading gesture, its disrespectful, it's discriminating, and it is is considered a sign of poor customer service if you can't understand that then maybe you shouldn't work in the customer service industry. This will be the last time we ever come back to this location. They definitely lost a loyal customer, since I was the one who introduced catalyst to my bf to begin with. Lynwood location is for sure an upgrade! Don't waste your time with rude ass employees. read more

It's always such a chill smooth experience at this location and shout out to Marlon for always giving the great service

Everyone was super kind & a helping hand since this was my first time coming highly recommended if your looking for good weed or edibles & great service read more

LOL their African American Budtender (female) with the black glasses and pink lanyard driving the black Toyota SUV went mini Karen Freak out mode on us the customer and their own security when we were just signaling to exit from the alley! Not sure what she was yelling about through her window, we had a great interaction the last time. Overall, great service and selection/price. read more

Visiting from Memphis, and this spot did not miss! The selection was fire, and the quality was everything I hoped for coming to LA. Shoutout to CJ for holding it down--dude knows his stuff and hooked me up with exactly what I needed. If you're in the area, don't sleep on this place! read more

I love going to catalyst to buy because they have many deals and affordable prices. Unfortunately this location has been the exception, it's my second time coming here and my FEDERAL ID is not accepted when I never have a problem with ANY of the other locations. Therefore this location will get 0 starts from me. ALSO there is never parking so just pick any of the other locations!!!! read more

I am a long time shopper with shop and today was the WORST experience. I already felt like the employees were on edge and I would try and talk with them to ease them. Today I was refused to enter the building as the lady stated I can't get my money back from my friend that was denied as well. I will never visit this place again. Every one is very dry with no personality. Must be some Ai's working. I will never recommend yall again . All thanks to the stupid girl that work the window. Security didn't even want to get involve as he know we are loyal customers . -10 stars read more

10/10 would recommend, friendly staff and good prices. Mia helped me out at the reception and she was amazing. Definitely coming back soon!

Recently they have gotten new products available and I am here for it! They've got a broad selection of edibles , flower carts and wax!!

Great selections! Budtender, Alie was very knowledgeable and professional. FTP of 20 percent was the cherry on top.

i LOVE catalyst fam so much but just not florence. Rude service everytime time like no misses just rude service - idk if it's because of how i look or how i speak but i always feel rushed and put off by the energy in this place. All the other catalysts I have been to, never had an issue. Budtender, rude. Girl on phone, attitude to the max. The only remotely nice person i've spoken with is a man who called me about my one star review for one of their budtenders but i could not stay on the phone because he called me at dinner. Angie and Alie ://///// Coincidence their names both start with A? I've worked in customer service AND as a budtender so I know how to treat customers properly in this exact same business. read more

Don't go here, the worst shop I've ever gone to and I've been so several. Monique is one of their staff members who has the worst attitude, came out from behind their cashier area, and tried to fight my boyfriend and I. The manager, rather than asking us what happened, banned us from the location. LOL. Spend your money somewhere else! read more

Ive been to the Florence location and the bellflower. But I like the Florence one more. Super helpful staff always ready to tell you their deals and no body is rude or up tight. I love the pricing and staff hella dope environment 10 outta 10 for everything read more

I was in need of some marijuana when all of a sudden my folks told me about this place with ridiculous price's of marijuana. After listening to my folks, we made our way to the one stop shop and grab a batch of goodies for me and my folks. I recommend this place to anyone. Just be careful of the environment it's in a rough neighborhood that surrounded by alcoholic and drug addicts who goneask you for change. But other then that get your top smoke from catalyst you want go wrong. Also save your a trip and order online, make it more covenant then standing in line. read more

I am a loyal customer here , I spend approximately 200 every week or two since it was opened . Lately things are just not okay , first k get a broken jar from alíen labs , I didn't say anything I said things happened and my silly self try to smoke as much with out the broken glass. Today I go in at 12 pm , I had just purchase green dragon Sunday and eight when I get home is more like a gram not and eight I was so mad couldn't believe it , anyways forward to this afternoon I tell the bud tender my story just so he can mention to the manager so if it happens again to me or any one to realize that is happening. When I purchased the eight I ask the budtender Jesus if I. An open it the jar because of my previous experiences and he says no sorry , I ask for the manager and this guy comes over and I tell him my experience to please allow me to open the jar and he says no sorry can't do that . So I tell the manager I don't want to speak to you and he continues to talk and tell me " I am just trying to help you " how how is he trying to help me . Anyways they don't want to deal with returns themselves as a dispensary they want us to contact the merchandise and tell them what happened and for them to know or do anything about it , they want us customers to do all the work not taking any blame for the situation what if it happens there at their shop? Or why must we wait ? We didn't wait paying them ? Their dirty and sneaky , just watch out for short eights and broken jars so unprofessional and that wanna be manager laughing like if it is funny . It's not funny spending 60-80 100 and not getting no attention to situations like mine . Don't shop here . I had to go outside and open it thank god it was looking good but I feel bad and sorry for us having to deal with dispensary that want to responsibilities for their ugly merchandise . read more

Best shop in town great deals you guys must stop by and get your daily deals its not that far

Honestly the shop is great the bud tenders are cool but sometimes they take they sweet as time with conversation like there isn't a whole line waiting and also there's this Hispanic chubby girl who usually works in the front and she always has some dumb shit to say so if you want to get anything from here make sure you have some patience read more
