My bf just came back from picking up from this location, mind you, this was a location I went to for YEARS. However, the only reason why we went to this location was because the other locations near us didn't carry the product he wanted. This is what happened based on what my bf told me: When I got there the lady in front (outside) she was chill she said, welcome back after giving me back my I.d. When I went inside, the other employee (female) didn't say anything like hi welcome but when someone else came in she did, when it was my turn she said your online order is for nameless? I said yeah and she gave me a completely different order then she finally got my order, I paid and that's when she handed me the bag with her two fingers and said have a nice day and I said it back and left. I was shocked, because during his visit the employee was rude af, she didn't greet him, she was overcharging him $70 for the incorrect order, and then proceeded to hand over his order with two fingers, her thumb and index finger. I really don't understand why she would display such degrading gesture, its disrespectful, it's discriminating, and it is is considered a sign of poor customer service if you can't understand that then maybe you shouldn't work in the customer service industry. This will be the last time we ever come back to this location. They definitely lost a loyal customer, since I was the one who introduced catalyst to my bf to begin with.
