I'm actually going to recommend that people don't come here. They're scamming for sure. They are still open because they're open 24 hours so they get people when they're desperate. Don't bother with the place across the street either because their prices are exactly the same. They may be owned by the same people.

What makes a dispensary stand out is customer service. Not price or the product. Most are on the…read moresame level give or take. But the customer service is what makes the difference. I did not have a positive experience here and I'm not sure if I'm going to come back. I should not have to explain what happened if I am given poor customer service. Treat customers right the first time. Cause you won't get another chance after poor customer service. Especially with this customer. I chose to come to your store and I can choose not to come back. And I want everyone to know, as long as they don't expect good service they will be fine. But if you expect customer service chose somewhere else. Not happy at all.

I love this place, and the people here are usually very helpful and courteous. I regularly…read morerecommend this location to my family and friends and have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, during my visit today, I had a disappointing interaction with the female employee at the front who was greeting customers. My son, whom I referred as a new customer, was given incorrect information regarding pricing, the first-time customer discount, and the referral incentive program. Even after we pointed out that the pricing was clearly displayed and that signage explained the first-time customer discounts, she laughed and continued to insist on information that appeared to be inaccurate. Experiences like this can damage customer trust and may result in the loss of loyal customers and referrals if they continue. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and not representative of the level of service this location strives to provide. I want to emphasize that I genuinely like this business and have had many positive experiences here. Unfortunately, I did not get the employee's name. She was a Caucasian woman with blonde hair, glasses, and a shorter stature. I would have preferred to identify her by name rather than description, but neither my son nor I obtained her name. I hope management will address this issue so that future customers receive accurate information and the excellent service that has made me such a loyal supporter of this location.
