..I've worked for medmen for almost 2 years one of the best sales associates they had at medmen lax they only try to praise you and kiss ass if you get a big sale at there company...honestly they wouldn't care if the products don't help there costumers as long as you can get all there money ..when I say this company is really full of BS I mean it where do I start ..all they do is push you to get all of customers money and they really take advantage of the elderly here are whoever they feel like have a lot of money meanwhile your sailing thousands of dollars for this company and didn't have a break room for 2 whole years 25+ employees had to be in a break room the size of a box mixed with there restroom no chairs or anything if it was time for your lunch you have to stand or find a restaurant to go to only to be told medmen employees can't sit at there restaurant without purchasing remind you it was so bad here at one point they had us heating our food up from inside of the restroom what type of company sit there microwave in there bathroom until multiple employees start complaining about health factors of that and still really didn't change anything ..so moving forward with all this company bullshit and secrets you have managers who's some of the laziest people on earth for instance Lauren she's one of the managers at medmen lax a customer can ask her for help and she so clueless a dear in headlights she doesn't know anything about the products at all if a customer want her help all she do is call on a sales associate to do her job for her because she chooses not to help out so she makes someone else's help the customer ..the managers are very shitty meanwhile you have Adam daughty the store manager who doesn't even enter act with his employees or anything all he do is walk pass you when he sees you and sits in the back office all day he's no help at all his eyes is always blood shot red and he's always shaking out of control and when you do talk to him he doesn't know anything and this is the type of management we had to deal with some one who takes a million cigarette breaks all day and look like he snorted a million coke lines eyes are always blood shot red and never on the floor at his on company ..the next manager I will be speaking about is William the store creep who secretly have sexual relationships with his employees at work and secretly sexually compliment his female employees in a inappropriate ways and also had inappropriate dealings with a female employee in our new break medmen lax is a sick company with many secrets speaking of William he's the most sneakiest manager at this company when I was 7 months pregnant at medmen LAX they had me doing scanning in the hall way remind you I was high risk at the time so I'm scanning i.ds in the hall way sitting down ..Next thing I know William walks up to me with another female employee and ask for me to get out of my chair and stand up for this female employee can sit down ..at this point I'm angry and confused me a pregnant African American girl high risk has to get out there seat for a Hispanic girl ..wow so I proceeded to do it now this is the same employee that my manager William was having relationships with now your asking a 7 months pregnant woman to give her chair up to another employer ..smh it gets better all these things are still going on and was going on when I was there it's problems here that I don't think anybody can fix a lot of things get swept under the rug here for instance they would rather promote from outside there company then promote there employees that's been at there company for a while it's a lot of sickening racist things that go on at this company and I'm going to shine a light on it another thing happen to me while I was pregnant here is one day I was going to the restroom I was about 8 months at the time I was going to the restroom I had proceeded to lock the door behind me then I hear a knock at the door so I open it and it's my manager standing right there telling me to exit the bathroom so a outsider who's a delivery driver can use the restroom ..once again wow so your making me exit the restroom so a Hispanic delivery driver can use the restroom meanwhile I'm pregnant and yes race does has a lot to do with how I was treated at medmen lax so I proceeded to walk out the restroom and had to wait by the door until the man was finished using the restroom this just goes to show you how much they value there employees that's been there for 1year plus another thing they do if a customer comes and by Ok... So I'm a extremely detailed oriented no excuse type of person when it comes to the Service Industry. If your in it then be the best you can or get out. Simplicity. With that overview I'm going to say this; PAULINA R. This young lady showed how Excellence is Achieved simply by being yourself. She Greeted me as I walked in with the offer to help me. I'm very intelligent, so for me to have have a intellectually gifted person help me with extensive informative product knowledge that extends far beyond the scope of her current employment position was Incredible. Listen, not only was the basic service Great but the extensive amount of information she retains compounded by her ability to relay that information to me in a Teacher/Student aspect was quite Beautiful to be Honest. She taught about things that never crossed my mind when selecting the best options for the correct time, occasion, & what's wanted and desired out of the product. With so many options she took me right to what I came for. Armed with the reason and then shown the "WHY" while also explaining and teaching me, she was nothing short of Pure Greatnesses. She is too way to good and too smart for her current employment position at MedMen. She gave me my best Experience I've ever had. From any Service industry employee. I know it because it's the kind of Service I Provide my Customers. I been to so many dispensaries and not one person has ever explained what she did. terrible. the "manager" named aubrey was not outside or near the "door" to scan id or recieve customers. NO ONE or staff was at the front door. Not even the security was near the door. There was NO line outisde. I approached the door and then they realized they were NOT on it receiving anyone. The security proceeded to incorrectly justify the fact that he was not on point by highliting there is no "opening door" (which i never did or go in) and that customers should wait on the side. If there is NO line, NO ONE there to scan an ID, NO ONE near the door AT ALL or in sign of the front entrance.. what is a customer to do? hand signal or wave for someone to come do their JOB? absolutely NOT. This place is trash, Aubrey is TRASH. Aubrey was abbrssive and rude saying things like "let me give you a life lesson excuse me? He completly was out of line, unprofessional and called out for not being there to scan, recieve and let a customer in. The security was also called out as he tried to cover his incompentent ineptitude by talking nonsense when clearly sir its not my problem if its too cold or whatever for you NOT to be outside and let people know to wait on the side if thats what you do. This less than mediocre Aubrey character should get reported and fired for the upmost rudeness and unprofessional tone towards a customer who mightve not known what to do in a situation where NO ONE was present or availiable to give information, scan their ID and simply be greeted with grace. My husband long time patron at MedMen,we love the retail store show floor and quality of products.My first time months ago I was introduced to staff member Sipan, always fantastic very knowledgeable and has earned our loyalty to this store and MedMen.its been times in the past where we walked out just because staff member weren't what we experienced in the passed...there's always an other MedMen store somewhere in the city !! Today was just another best experience we came in with some friends and Sipan was there always attentive and courteous saw us walk in and waved us from across the room while he was finishing helping others...he gave a tour to our friend who quoted had the best experience and how much unlimited knowledge Sipan has on products and industry especially today he went above and beyond to get us items that weren't on the menu but he know it was there and available !!! Sipan is a great asset to this store and kudos to MedMen for hiring amazing staff member like him !!my husband love to talk about watches to Sipan and I have questions and he always has an answer !! Everyone was "to cool" to even acknowledge me. FYI your staff works at a dispensary They aren't models or actors as it appeared some of them were desperately trying to make you believe they were. The staff needs to get over themselves or continue trying out for modeling or commercials here in LA because all they were doing was standing around talking to each other like literal high schoolers trying to impress each other. On top of the terrible customer service the strains are definitely way over priced and MedMen in general is an overrated chain. The only reason it got 1 star was its proximity to the airport but nothing and I do mean nothing sets this dispensary apart from any other dispensary in the country besides the price gouging and terrible customer service. I don't know you, but 2020 has been a though year, and if you are like me, it has made you insecure, dubious and uncomfortable each day of lock down. I honestly think that if cannabis was not legal I would have had so many more issues. AMAZINGLY, the "delicate" process of purchasing not only has been made easy by the amazing array of products, but by a staff that in spite of their age, seem to have degrees in PsyD. Had an amazing experience using delivery service. Was in need of a last minute treat for a special family member. I was able to order online and have it delivered extremely fast on Christmas Eve. Liz was my delivery girl and she made the whole experience feel easy and she was so personable it was honestly a joyful experience. Extremely efficient kind and caring customer service, as it should be but we don't always get. I would highly recommend the medmen store because of their high quality selection and the delivery service is unbelievably convenient if it's available in your area, so worth it! My first time in La, first time at a dispensary, didn't know what to do, what to look for, but was greeted outside the location entrance by a very friendly lady with a sweet demeaner (loved her, but sadly I forgot her name :( She gave me some insight while I waited shortly to go inside. Once inside I was greet by the manager Paulina R, who educated me about the different strengths of oils for pain relief and she explained to me about products I never knew about, she was absolutely the best at being patient with me asking so many questions. I give MedMen a five star rating solely because of David M. My wife and I tried to place a pick up order and were unsuccessful. My wife spoke to David before arriving in regards to the order and he made himself available when we arrived. He made our shopping experience pleasant and stress free by being knowledgeable and patient. My wife and I have completely different needs and he made sure to direct us towards things that worked best for both of us. The overall atmosphere and product cost I'd give a 3.5 maybe 4. Hello from Canada, eh! With the advent of legalization in Canada, I wanted to experience it first in a place that has plenty of experience. From the get go, I felt safe and secure. I appreciated all of the security. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt as though I was a regular customer, even though this was my first time. All the available products were well displayed, well organized, and the place was immaculate. No question was refused, and all the answers provided were relevant to the topic at hand. Today, I was down, than I went to med men, I was greeted by a young stallion, Christian. I was fully convinced it was snoop dogg, and that they made him write his religion on the name tag so he didn't draw to much attention. Turns out it was just a regular guy, like you and me. Than he showed me a video of his full cab, and I quickly realized this way no ordinary man, this was a man who will do great things one day. He autographed my receipt.
