WE BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT!…read more That's Purple Haze's motto, apparently. I purchased two pieces of glassware from them (buy one, get the other at 50% discount). As I was carefully unwrapping the bubblewrap around one, the bowl - which the clerk did not individually wrap, as other shops typically do - slipped out onto my counter and broke. BUT, when I sought a replacement, the same clerk only offered me one AT A PRICE. He said their policy was not to replace broken glassware - even if they were responsible for the breakage. I guess I'll stick with Nirvana from now on. They would have replaced it, without question.
