Tbh he made the experience 5 stars with all his good recommendations and positive attitude. Most places i've been to want to sell you a bad product just to get you out and get your money, but Sanders took the time to let me ask questions about the selection. I appreciated that greatly ! Selection; They had quite a variety which was nice to see ! Value: The price was decent. not too cheap not too pricey

Decided to check this place out after being recommended by a friend, and I'm happy I did because…read moreVape & Juice is true to their name and is a nice, small local business with a good selection of vapes (refillable and disposable) and juice. Biggest reason for 5 stars? Extremely reasonable prices. Usually in this area things are marked up like crazy, so I'm very happy to have come across Vape & Juice. WE BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT!…read more That's Purple Haze's motto, apparently. I purchased two pieces of glassware from them (buy one, get the other at 50% discount). As I was carefully unwrapping the bubblewrap around one, the bowl - which the clerk did not individually wrap, as other shops typically do - slipped out onto my counter and broke. BUT, when I sought a replacement, the same clerk only offered me one AT A PRICE. He said their policy was not to replace broken glassware - even if they were responsible for the breakage. I guess I'll stick with Nirvana from now on. They would have replaced it, without question.

I went on on Saturday afternoon and bought. Geek bar sour apple, it hit ok but then after using it…read morefor a couple hrs it started glitching & releasing vape juice even if I didn't hit it. After reading many of the reviews it seems like a common theme that ppl's vapes stop working soon after they purchase. I live in Victorville so there is no way I could exchange it anyways so whatever. But the tatted dude who was there on Saturday helping me out never told me to test the vape before leaving and didn't mention to keep my receipt just in case the vape is defective. Any other shop I go to always tells me to hit the vape in front of them and asks if im satisfied with their product. This guy was high out of his mind and wasn't very helpful just wanted to sell a vape and move on with his day. Def need better customer service and also maybe look at not carrying geek bars anymore since they are defective products. The shop was very beautiful but yeah my only complaint was I was sold a defective vape and wasted $33 I understand no receipt means no refund but at least have your employees disclose that instead of being shady then not taking care of your customers, you got a fancy ass shop because people come spend their money with you, least you can do is provide a better customer experience
