Prices wayyy overcharged. Looked up the product after I purchased and they charged me 75% more. Would recommend going to a different store!

Well, let's just talk about the long awaited appearance of the walk in humidor! I was in the shop a few weeks ago, and was pretty impressed with the selection of cigars that were comfortably sitting on the shelves. It was not at all a weak starter selection. My tip: take a look at the websites (Tatiana especially, as their cigars come in numerous different sizes), and please include more Davidoff short cigars! I love those, and I invest in the Davidoff brand for many reasons, including occasional enjoyment. Not a bad way to start off folks, and congratulations on the completion of your walk in humidor. Complete junk don't waste ur time I bought a vape pen there ecause I needed one after I forget mine at my parents house and my regular store was closed. pen didn't start at the store.the guy works there told me it need to be charge . after I did when I get home nothing works the pen is dead not accepting any charge . went back next day trying to get a help to get it work he couldn't get it to work ask for exchange or even replacing the charger (may be the problem is there) refused and plaming me that I did something wrong I vape for over 3 years and I know how to use mods the only reason I bought from u that I don't have mine around .very rude defective merchandise .he know what he sold to me and I trusted him unfortunately. read more

This shop is very convenient for us and has lots of options for your vaping (and other) needs. I previously left a bad review because I had tried going to the store three times over the course of a couple weeks and they weren't open in the middle of the day, but apparently they were remodeling and were very apologetic about the inconvenience when my husband went back today. They don't always have the juice I'm looking for, but as soon as I let them know they order it and have it in stock very quickly. Their pricing is better than other shops I've visited in the area, and the owner is very considerate and will make sure you're able to get what you need. read more

Owner is rude, constantly asking me what i'm looking for, told him i'm getting pods, but I wanna look around for bit. He continues to harass me asking me what flavor Pods, and says he's sold out of the one I'm looking for. He then digs in his drawer and finds one last pack. Then sells it to me, but later on that evening when I tried them out. Not one of the pods worked. I've been here several times, and am treated the same every time. Owner closes the store randomly and does not follow his store hours. His daughters are snobby and are always on the phone. They look like thots to me, and I dont blame them by the way their father runs the shop. GO TO THE LIQUOR STORE NEAR THE FEDEX. BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

This is what our city is missing. A great tobacco shop with all sorts of different accessories for any kind of smoking needs along with the personal touch you get from a local shop. You going to this place you're not going to be ignored you're not going to be overcharged you're not going to be disappointed. You're going to get great service you're going to get great prices and you're going to get great advice or a great product. As long as the business is open I'm going here over any of the other smoke shops around in the city. I've been to all of them several times and this is the only one that really pulls my repeat business. I would even pay more to go here but surprisingly you don't have to. Shop under new ownership since about a year ago when this guy took over and he's done a great job. I started going here when I began with the ecig several months ago. The guys who work there are really nice and have been super helpful. I had a problem with one of the ecigs 'bases' I bought and they exchanged it for me with absolutely no problem. They also gave me trial refills of different flavors to settle on what I like. They even encourage me to call to make sure they have my flavor- if they don't they get it stocked within a day for me to come in and pick up. Really, just the best customer service. Their prices are great too. Two places that carry my ecigs have opened up nearer me, but one is almost twice as much and these guys have been so helpful that I'd rather drive an extra couple of minutes to them. read more
