Low selection of top shelf pre rolls. Not a positive aura for weed shopping. Long wait time as well. Received negative attitude from seller, for coming back for a lighter. Not coming back here. Low selection killed it for me. read more

Just walked out of there without buying anything. This place was great when it was New Amsterdam but things have gone way down hill ever since ERBA took over and now it's the worst ERBA location (yikes). Anyway, today was the last straw. Today they refused to honor the deals on their website. The guy working behind the counter tried to help honor the deal but his useless manager just stood there alternating between rolling her eyes and pretending to be busy. I don't know what she did to get that snob but being good at managing a dispensary wasn't it. ‍ Also, you can tell whoever does their buying sucks because their stock/selection is always super imbalanced. Go literally anywhere else for your 420 needs. read more

Love the peeps at Erba Culver. Inviting environment. Many specials. Variety of all sorts. From edibles to tinctures. They also have unique memorabilia. And, of course, they're pet friendly! read more

Laura Helped me alot she is very good customer service and knowledgeable!!!she is great!

Imo, strong Brujo and bruja vibe in this building. Or it's racism or of course ... jealousy. Making this posts for others like me who have a similar experience - these kind of people and things are so below us - but just in case anyone else js noticing and is affected - I am calling it out. Many times when I go in also they play suggestive or subliminal messages in music - this is something people don't expect for you to ever call out - it's very passive aggressive and unkind. They should take the mural of Bob Marley off their building. I'd pray over any product you get from here. They do have good prices and the weed selection is of good product. But the people are mental psychological and act like that building is their coven. The best of us, will know and recognize what I am saying. Things like this will be called out in 2026 snd beyond. I recommend the owner of this building do an evaluation of the employees or replace at least half of the staff if not all- to get a fresh new vibe in there. They're going to send that negative, jealous, stupid ... energy to the wrong person and your business will be cursed. I don't know why people want to risk sending anyone in the city of LA a bad vibe ... lol and still this is another example of a drug store, severely, and stupidly - underestimating and disrespecting - someone who does drugs ... and you don't know for what reasons. Very naive and disrespectful ... beings ... in this shop... Take this comment how you may ........: I recommend you all treat all the customers, who go in their better, starting Today. read more

Laura is the absolute best and very knowledgeable about the product. It is the besttttttt

They 100% raised all their prices for their "420" sale and claim 42% off...really sketchy.

ordered online a $9 item with tax was like $12.91 got there they rang me up $20 then i get back home see my phone and they charged me $35. and stalest buds ever no scent no taste place is awful and does not honor things like happy hour discounts etc there are so many better shops nearby dont go here theyre super rude too the white chick is definitely a hungover mess on coke too no manners or class in this establishment read more

Erba is adding more locations This location was formerly New Amsterdam, I had not visited the previous business. Being A steadfast customer of Erba Sawtelle I would stop by ,on my bike. This location Is very difficult to navigate. It's located At the base of the Venice Blvd off ramp off the 10 freeway. This area is absolutely Hell for cyclists....I was riding among the droves of exited freeway traffic. The staff was nice & friendly, competitive prices. But their location will not bring me back here. read more

ERBA - Their specials - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Everyone is so vibey and friendly . The atmosphere brings in a welcoming amount of people who enjoy exploring their options when it comes to weed and these people have great options for a stressful, yet very enjoyable price range for an overwhelming day. read more

I came in today after 5 years knowing the place as new Amsterdam. The receptionist was really nice and let me know my name was already in the system but that I could still possibly get a first time patient discount since it was my first time coming in to ERBA and not new Amsterdam. The person helping me out was very helpful and then it was time to check out. She asked the "manager" if she could honor it and the way the "manager" handled it was extremely rude. She said no she's in the system so no discount walked away she did not even bother to hear the situation or explain that the new Amsterdam clients were now ERBA clients . I don't think a person with that type of attitude should be in charge at all ! People come in for medication not bad vibes girl get a grip! Good customer service from everyone but the manager with blue hair read more

Spent $89.64 at this store right now. The associate was already done with us, my partner and I were looking at the stizy pre-rolls and as we were walking back up to the security station to see if someone can help us again, this little tiny guy in a mall cop vest comes up to us saying "give it to me" and I'm like "ok" as I put it in his hand confused. I proceed to stay silent as I knew what he was thinking and I wanted him to say it. He proceeded to tell me that he knew what I was "doing" without asking. It was my intent to ask about purchasing the pre-rolls WITH the 25% 'new client discount' that my partner had just got done using but instead this little boy and this tall big bird looking girl yelled at me saying they were watching me and I was "on video". It's not like this item entered my pocket. It was IN MY HAND while I hadn't even exited the building, basically giving them no reason to come at me like that. If I walked in, did not purchase anything and tried to pull this then okay. But we spent almost $100 and I'm still not given the benefit of the doubt ? Then I'm told I "look like a ghost", well yeah little boy because you and your little clique decided to HARASS me after I spent my money here so I was dumb founded that this was actually happening. Anyways don't spend your money here. They great you with a smile but any little thing they treat you like any other common crack head. Crazy. After ERBA took this place over it turned into Klux hang out center. I've been coming here for 5 years and all I can say is "WOW". read more

I want to give a huge shout out to Josh from Erba. His knowledge of the all the products I asked about were in depth and super informative. He went above and beyond. By far the best ERBA location I've been too. The store is beautiful to look at. It's like a candy store. The staff are always polite and attentive. Also very knowledgeable on their products. read more

If I could, I'd give this place no star whatsoever, I will explain why; came here for merely convenience (mind you I worked as a budtender then manager of a dispensary in Van Nuys for three years) So I know a thing or two about the cannabis business, and the one thing you don't do, never ever ever is make differences, and as soon as I walked thru the door I was already being treated differently for not having a California ID I did have my visa (came here legally) and my work permit and my green card!, how things are currently in the country the last thing you want to do is treat us differently for being from somewhere else, and also know that every dispensary has different policies and they have the right to do so, but be sure I will tell everyone at work and friends (they are all part of the cannabis community) and strongly advised them to NOT come here, i really hope the business owner reads this (I know sometimes they do). So sad that businesses make differences, I had to pay with my husband to get his FTP discount and that is sad. read more

Angela helped me out, super dope spot. Super great prices and they usually give out the door prices. My go-to spot!

A westside dispensary that is a purveyor of exceptional cannabis products and is nestled behind Robertson blvd. On your first visit, your GPS might not find it easily, but it is totally worth figuring out the puzzle. The budtenders are smart, friendly and know their products. So a visit on 25% off product Happy Hour days can be a great experience, economical and educational. Tremendous inventory that serves everyone so you will definitely leave happy & will want to return again and again. A wonderful staff up front and plenty of parking makes it all easy! Try it, you will definitely will find something you will like! read more

Awesome place of business! Angela helped me, she was very knowledgeable and very professional. highly recommended.

I've been to this location on numerous occasions. Most of the staff is very nice and very helpful. However, there are two women who work in the front, one with light brown hair with facial piercings and another with black hair who are EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, and honestly made me never want to come back. I used to love this place, but their extremely bad attitude and disrespect has made me never come back. You're better off at other locations. If management comes upon this review, I would seriously reevaluate these two specific employees. Everyone else has been lovely every time I've visited this location, so this is extremely disappointing. read more
