I've been coming to treehouse since they opened because I live right nearby. Prices are much worse here but I love supporting local dispensaries so I mainly shop here, and I've had no problems. Until tonight. I bought a disposal vape (Solis Hybrid) and immediately upon taking it home I noticed it wasn't working correctly. I've seen battery issues in disposables before so it's nothing new. What did surprise me was there no tolerance no returns no exchange policy. When selling product that is often faulty (ie any vape product) I absolutely understand some items being defected. But unlike every other dispensary I've been to, they would not replace the defective vape. I was shocked but I guess I shouldn't be. They took me outside to prove it didn't work, and it sputtered once or twice but didn't hit correctly (I charged it for 30 minutes before trying to return it so it couldn't be dead). After being told by the cashier (who was very nice) that he would lose his job if he replaced the broken vape, I left and tried my best to hit it, and it kind of worked, so I apologized and left - but lo and behold it doesn't anymore. And I know treehouse won't be any help to me. I feel a little betrayed for trying to support them. read more

Oddly ran Cannabis "business"...LCD screens without product on floor to physically SEE. Wouldn't be surprised if they had 1 strain in a bin in back. Nowhere near what was described -In addition to what was shown on these tv screens. Went against my better judgement & was out $$$. I understand some dispensaries don't allow you to smell, but not to visually see a product, THEN be given a MUCH lower grade was such a surprise once I got home. Not ok. Should've listened to my gut. Small product selection, not to mention the store is not honest about their pricing. They list the price for the product but upon paying for the items, they charge you an arm and a leg for the "canabis tax"! None of the other stores we visited ever had it, and this is not the first time buyer. Treehouse does not disclose the "canabis tax" before you purchase, it's dishonest and not transparent, on top of that, the tax comes out to be about half of the purchase! REALLY?! There are plenty other stores that won't lie and steal your money. Stay away. read more

Every time I go here I end up spending double for the same thing I get somewhere else. When I asked for a receipt I get just the amount. Most places give you itemized receipts so I can see these taxes that I'm paying. read more

Avoid this place. Went as a first time patient - told the bud tender what I was looking for and specifically said I just don't want to spend anything crazy like $70 for an 8th. I picked out an eighth in the $40 range and when I was rung up - lo and behold - the total was $70. Needless to say I was a bit upset but paid for the over priced eighth and went home. I uncracked the jar looked inside and it did not look like a full eighth. I put it onto my scale and sure enough 3.33, not 3.5. A legal dispensary that is putting less than a full 1/8 in their own branded jars? Charging $70? I called back and the manager was extremely unhelpful and offered me one shitty cheap free pre-roll if I want to drive the 30 minutes back. Do not go here.
