They checked my ID, handed it back, and then had me waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes with no direction. I even tried opening the door, but nothing. No one told me what to do. They offered multiple payment options making it super easy to pay (via Zelle) when they arrived (bc the website had issues w/my credit card and I didn't have cash so I wouldn't have been able to place my order otherwise). They were at the bottom of the barrel for one of the flowers I ordered meaning small nugs - so they just gave me all the remaining product that was left.
