TLDR - sold me a nasty black market cart, no refunds or exchanges OG Express sold me a SmartCart weed cartridge, I wanted to return it immediately because of the way the oil looked (not only was there a large bubble, but at least half of the oil was separated with a clear liquid *see picture*). I returned only to be told, "I didn't sell it to you so I don't know that you bought that here, today," and then, "the cartridge works, so I can't give you a refund," and, "that's just the way the cartridge was sitting, I've seen plenty that look like that," though none of the others on her shelf do, and the classic "you should inspect the product before you buy in the future," by that she meant I should open the unopened box to make sure a product is to my liking.. right. Was a long time customer of this store, as well as sister establishment GEC. Went in one night and splurged a bit, bought a higher quality gram for $30, only to drive home and open an empty jar. I went back and told an associate who pulled the GM, who then said he could not help me because I could've stolen that gram. The jar was crystal clear with no smudges, so I was baffled to be accused at all, without them even pulling up my account to see my history or anything.
