BE AWARE! !! CALI Taxes Are Shit High... so you know what that means? dispensaries such as "Green House of Torrance" will be cutting corners... I spent about almost $200 on the pax products & when I tried the pods, oh boy!! guess what!! took 3 blinkers w no coughs & no high XD the smoke came out tho which was weird? u know it would be common sense to call in and expect the manager to go " oh I'm sorry ur experiencing this problem, let me replace those items" right? cause if u owned a cannabis company, you would want every pod to hit that person the way a dab pod should XD see where I'm going with this? oh people are gonna love this XD so this guy named Aaron answered my called after knowing the products don't work he refused to replaced those items after me explaining that the products don't work & that I didn't get a single high... he says that's how pax are etc... yk words that come out peoples mouths when they don't know how to tell someone " oh buddy I don't give single shit about u.. I have ur money and? " but yk instead of saying that they say random excuses LOL... like come on mate I'm not stupid XD all ur trynna do is argue with me and get over the call so u can go on with ur day knowing u scam some guy who trusted u with their money... I'm sure this is against the law in some way... XD then after I let him "win" cause I was mad busy to deal w manager who scams LOL and gives shitty support!! I called again and he picked up again and I told him the same thing & his ass prob knew I'm calling back so I asked for a manager and he gave me to some lady who then... omg.... she starts to blame it on me and how live resin from pax don''t hit everyone... bruh what? what can kind of stupid shit did I just hear? and then she starts blaming it on my "tolerance level". even tho I'm hitting a live resin cart as I'm talking to her & then took the cart that has full distillate, getting all high asf while talking to this girl.. she's running her mouth and my brains just tripping with thoughts on how she thinks I'll believe her XD after me trying to tell her she's dumb I gave up & hanged up LOL don't come here for vapes or edibles cause I guess some user that goes under @judi m also made a review how the manager didn't gave a fuck about their customer issue... same thing happened to me too so that's why imma write my shitty experience too XD also that guy Aaron responded to the review " Judi, we're very sorry to hear about your negative experience in our store. If you'd like, please call us at (310) 533-9363 and ask to speak with a manager so we can work to make things right for you. Take care and have a wonderful day! " I mean if he tried calling & failed ? then had to write a review? what was the point of replying with this " Judi, we're very sorry to hear about your negative experience in our store. If you'd like, please call us at (310) 533-9363 and ask to speak with a manager so we can work to make things right for you. Take care and have a wonderful day! " if all the manager is gonna do is shit on u again LOL... makes sense... a lot of it... hope Arron gets his shit together... if it's a whole different guy who helped me? then oops sorry XD next time don't have shitty service but I know it was that Aaron guy XD won't be coming back here ever again.. don't need lose the money over dumb people XD cya hope ya'll can take a sec and think twice coming here XD read more

I had an amazing experience at Green Cross Dispensary! I called earlier today with some questions, and a fantastic employee named Keanu answered the phone. He was so friendly, informative, and really went above and beyond to help me out. He even encouraged me to stop by, which I did later that day. When I arrived, Keanu recognized me immediately--by name and even by my voice! He took the time to walk me through different selections, gave his own personal opinions, and tailored his recommendations to my tastes. Keanu was just so personable and kind--I can't wait to come back and work with him again! Green Cross is definitely my go-to now! read more

Service was phenomenal! I made the mistake of going on weed-maps only to send me to a trap shop shut down, fence caved in, hookers outside and a pimp in the alley. It was scary!!! Few days later, I heard about a dispensary in Torrance and I chanced it. I checked in with ID, Russ gave me a discount of 20% off my entire order!! Sandra and Chris are out of this world. I wanted one cart and Chris Insisted I do the one for one deal! Security super nice and professional. I'd say this is my favorite spot too shop! The deals and promos are crazy!!! Sooo many. Licensed is the go too. read more

Irritating performance. The server today seemed unknowledgeable of the products and overall just unprofessional. They don't keep the inventory well-stocked compared to others and they'll only allow returns within 2 days for defective items. Weak! *Update Selection was improved on the next visit but the server couldn't provide a thc % of the strains. This is important as we're talking about medicine here. Hope these reviews help to improve their service. read more

I really thought the shop was cool, but turns out that the manager is a duchebag - heard him hang up on people and not honor "loyalty points!" It's already in a total sketchy area, and they just got ROBBED on the 31st!! Although the employees are cool, it's not worth going. Head to Hermosa, Redondo or Gardena. Also, TORRANCE PD is always there and looking for a reason to read more
