I had such a great experience at STIIIZY, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Serena K for making my experience so amazing! Customer service really makes a difference when visiting a store, and Serena is the perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like. From her kindness and welcoming personality to her willingness to help, she truly makes the entire experience so much better. Serena is genuinely one of those people who makes you feel comfortable the moment you interact with her. She is incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and attentive, and you can tell that she cares about making sure customers have a positive experience. She takes the time to help, answer questions, and make sure you feel welcomed rather than rushed. I really appreciate when someone goes out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of, and Serena does such a wonderful job of that! One thing I appreciate most about Serena is how helpful and approachable she is. Sometimes, having someone who is willing to explain things, offer assistance, and make sure you feel comfortable can completely change your experience. She has such a positive attitude, and her kindness genuinely stands out. She makes the process feel easy and enjoyable, and I never feel like I'm being treated as just another customer. Instead, she makes me feel like my experience actually matters, which is something I value so much. It's also refreshing to meet someone who is consistently friendly and willing to help. Serena has such a sweet personality, and the way she treats customers really reflects positively on STIIIZY. Good customer service isn't just about helping someone make a purchase; it's also about creating a welcoming environment, listening to customers, being patient, and making people feel appreciated. Serena does a wonderful job of bringing all of those qualities together. I also want to recognize how important employees like Serena are to a business. People remember how they're treated, and having someone who is genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful makes customers want to come back. She brings such a positive energy to the experience, and I hope her hard work and dedication are recognized because she absolutely deserves the appreciation! It's always nice to see someone who takes pride in helping people and making sure they leave with a good impression. Overall, my experience at STIIIZY was great, and Serena K deserves a special shoutout for her excellent customer service. She is kind, helpful, welcoming, and patient, and she makes the customer experience feel so much more personal and enjoyable. I had the pleasure of being helped by a young woman by the name of Serena K. Let me start by saying that I am severely visually impaired, almost blind, and my wife usually goes into the store for me. I wanted to try myself today. I was swiftly and very kindly helped into the store by the security (a woman that I wish i had gotten her name as well) and then approached by Serena. She must've overheard that I was visually impaired and she came over right away, asked what I was in for today, and very generously offered to go gather my items while I waited and looked around for a bit. Then she proceeded to offer the most patient, kind, and warm customer service experience i've encountered in quite a long time. She helped me pay with my card, helped me even FIND my card from my wallet, then came back over the counter to guide me towards the stores exit. Serena is the embodiment of what it means to go above and beyond in a customer service setting. As someone with a disability, it's not often I receive that level of accomodation in most aspects of my life. Please, if you visit this store, ask for Serena K. I certainly will each and every time. Thank you so very much Serena! read more
