I usually love this place. I e been coming here for 4 years. But today they sold me a completely different product than what I had asked for to the tine of $60. The budtender even said to me as I exited "this all in one will fit in the palm of your hand" I immediately drove back and informed them that I had asked for an all in one and they sold me a cart. The person who made the mistake immediately admitted the mistake. They start trying to sell me a battery, but I don't want a battery. He keeps pushing it and "I DONT WANT A BATTERY!" The second person assisting us starts right off with "sHe is GoInG to have to pay the Diiiference!!" "Wait what am I paying for? What are you giving me?" "You're getting what you WANTED" "I asked for an all in one. We discussed several options. What are you giving me?" Long story short they made me pay an additional $5 for THIER mistake and wasted my time. I get that mistakes happen, but the second person's attitude was not cool. This is not how you run a business. I would have apologized for the mistake and been like "the $5 is on us for wasting your time." But no. I get treated like I'm the one who made the error and am inconveniencing *them.* I've loved this spot for so many years and I drive out of my way to go there, but I think it's time for find a new split. The top shelf 1/8s I bought from them were both good, but I wouldn't call them great. I asked if photos were allowed and which area is ok to photograph. They provide atms for those that need the services. Note that this location is a cash only bases. Anyhow I went to liberty this day to get stuff for my grandmother was the severe arthritis and bone loss. I really liked the environment, it was clean and just very relaxed. I love the vibe and the music. I felt like I was at a coffee shop and it made me feel at ease. The day I went I got this very nice guy who I think his name was Tony. I posted his picture in case I got his name wrong. Remind me I have to go back and leave them a bigger tip. He was very knowledgeable about the products and definitely took his time with me. I told him what I needed. What I loved about him, was that he was cautious And didn't immediately recommend anything high in THC. It's been my experience in many of these places that people typically do recommend high THC. But not Tony, he actually told me that he is a big fan of CBD and understood where I was coming from. He also told me that digesting it, was a lot better for you and explained the mechanisms behind that. Which by the way it makes perfect sense and it really did help my grandmother later. He Recommended these amazing strawberry gummy's 20 to 1 and also a Vape that is very high in CBD. I definitely recommend this place and I recommend my Tony. The 1 star is for the receptionist. I am NEVER going back to this place! I have been going here for over 6 years and ever since they got bought out and the bud tenders are horrible and MEAN! And to top it off the flower was OLD and DRIED OUT! The last 2 times I went I was unfortunate enough to get the same mean lady bud tender. The attitude was like I was dealing with someone in prison. Impatient, no help, unresponsive, couldn't ask her any questions, I had to know what brand, etc. I even slipped a tip in the jar right in front of her and got no thank you, not even a smile? As a first time patient you receive 25% off total purchase. That is such a phenomenal deal! They offer many name brand products that are sealed and tested for potency. The menu they hand you to look at is like a restaurant menu all organized by Indica, sativa, or hybrid. It is so easy to decide what you are interested in when it's organized so nicely. Normally, when I shop for flower I am used to not being able to see or smell products due to them being sealed, so sometimes have to just choose by strain.
