The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a lot of product diversity and it was cute in there with a rad playlist.

budtender working on Sunday 6/28 was incredibly rude. Started a conflict over a simple question. I only purchased bc I had to walk here. Budtender should be canned. Didn't sell me shit just judged me. Do not go there. I also saw a cockroach read more

I gave it an entire YEAR yet nothing has changed, which should be an eye opener to anyone wanting to become a customer here. MEDMEN sells the EXACT same product for $3 less on one item and $5 less for the other. This place is closer to me than Medmen, however I will continue to go the extra mile. The entire experience was great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of brands and great deals.

Prices are very high more than usual. They don't give first-time patient any kind of love or any kind of discount. Definitely won't be going back. read more

Great experience here! Everyone is super chill and accommodating. Even security is on point but chill as well. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Nuvia helped me out and took care of me... so they now have a loyal customer in me. read more

Beautiful shop. Great variety. Helpful and friendly staff who remember my name when I come in

I have been a loyal customer to this place for about a year now. Had to go in and walk back another mile and I use a cane. I spoke to someone there that told me they made a mistake and needed to address the situation I needed to come back in. I went and only to be welcomed by the laughter of Chris treating me as if I had done something wrong as a customer. I had already been in so much pain having to walk back to this facility after getting the wrong products I have now gone onto using delivery services which offer better deals. Had I had not encountered this situation I wouldn't have known so thank you Chris! I bought two eights for the price of one. See photo below. I'm actually grateful to Chris had not known I wouldn't have looked elsewhere for better deals so if you want to pay full price for bad weed go here. read more

Excellent selection of products. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It's my go-to, even though there are other dispensaries closer to me. read more

Great shop!! Has a huge inventory end specials everyday! Sunday you can pick any of the specials from the entire week.. crazy good deals! You gotta ask for Angel.. he's super knowledgeable and will get you in and out like a boss! Definitely the best spot in LA area Thanks Angel for evening everything read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge selection of everything. Please fix your ads or honor them. I came here for the advertised deal that wasn't honored. An ad for bogo "Cookies cartridges" that only applies to 1 specific cookie cartridge is false advertising. All of your ads are like this and misleading. Neither the bogo cart deal or the bogo eighth flower deal was honored when I came in. Just take down or fix your false ads. read more

Great customer service. Always the spot for great quality weed. I highly recommend visiting this spot

Decided to check this place out on my way back from LAX and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing selection and knowledgeable staff, will be back! read more

Angel helped and was beyond helpful and nice. the Nubia help me out and me was super nice and professional

stupid expensive and over charged me $200+ for 3 items and they just recommend expensive things over quality

Price bait and switch. Their website had a disposable for $1. I ordered online and an hour later I got an email saying my order was cancelled with no explanation. I called and spoke with a manager and they would not honor their own website prices. read more

The High Note - They wouldn't honor their own website prices. Stay away. Bait and switch. - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I LOVE this dispensary! They are the best on deals and prices on the Westside of Los Angeles! All of the staff from security to the tenders make you feel welcomed without being rushed (Big shout out to Maria who helped me today!) I don't even use Yelp like that, but I will today because you all need to check this spot out. read more

Went by High Note for the first time and was very pleased. Cool and clean layout, outstanding selection and very very friendly staff. Much more knowledgeable than LAX shop on Lincoln. I'll be back! read more

This dispensary always delights. Today Shawn who was exquisitely trained by Maria, totally hooked me up! Josefina, Alex, Dahlia, Michal are ALL excellent. When I mentioned my upcoming hip replacement surgery they surprised me with gifts. Richard is the best manager! I'll be back...without a limp! read more

It's crazy how they a licensed shop but have expired products like literally been sitting for 2 years apparently & have the audacity too sell it to the customers like tbh the employees are nice n friendly but I didn't come here to make friends ,I expect good quality items coming from a licensed shop don't come here !! read more

Wilbert is the goat!!! Came in looking for a quick disposable, Wilbert was super helpful, was my first time here he did all the sign up work quickly and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I only had $50 and the total was $50.37 he hooked it up!!! Super clutch I never write reviews like this but I hope he gets recognition!! read more

The store is a complete upcharge salesman tactic if you go , this is coming from a returning customer/ military vet under this new management First once i get to the store they have you smell the products they no longer have in stock which is completely misleading next i ask for a 8th thats 100$ worth of flower the ladies told me they are giving me a free preroll with purchase end up @ the register and the price was 135$ on the payment screen it said the preroll was 27$ dollars with tax ! I had asked the lady why would she charge me if it was free ? She decided to void out the preroll and have me pay for only the 8th the charge was still 135$ she proceeded to give me the biggest grin and told me that i was paying 35$ in taxes! I laughed showed her military id for a discount as a returning customer she says she no longer honors military vets even though her colleague pulled up my last purchase with military discount and brought in 2 new customers for their Buisness. Completely disheartening might as well go and find a dispensary in a worst location for better service and quality of bud which is surprising ! read more

If you want to overpay come here , for all the tourist stay away from this store just download weedmaps and order delivery 3.5 of weed should cost you $25 , a gram of wax should be 30 . For the people that don't know that's the real prices .dont buy at med men either . read more

My friend and I always stop by this place when we are in LA. Service is always great ! I love the aesthetics as well.

Literally so expensive. A STIZZY battery was $40. In what world? Maybe $20 and that would still be aggressive.

Great experience especially being that I'm not from the area, the bud tender was very helpful and knowledgeable BUT they got me. They're so close to the airport so their prices are higher. Didn't know until two days later when I ran out and found another dispensary. All in all good vibes read more

Great customer service! A variety of products and are reasonably priced! Security enforced, but overall a great service!

every time I go here I always have a problem with payment. ATM won't accept my card and the POS doesn't read it. I can go by cigarettes but I can't buy my medicine. avoid like the plague lives here. read more

Very helpful crew, good selection of products and in a nice place as well. I would recommend this place.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had a great experiance at this dispensary. They have a large variety to choose from and my budtender, Dalia, was AMAZING! She was incredibly helpful at helping find the perfect strain. Dalia was very knowledgeable about the products and was even able to persuade me to try a new product, which I LOVED . read more

Thank you Gary much the high note. First off the place is nice and clean and well lit this is not some dingy seedy place. The young man behind the front desk was well spoken and mannered he took me in made small talk while He registered me in showed me around really brief and went back to his station. My entire experience was polite professional and expedient I will definitely recommend and return here when ever I'm back in this area. read more

They are REALLY nice & helpful! I got a free goody bag worth $200 just for purchasing stuff!! You will not regret visiting this place!

Amanda is the best, super helpful! The place is clean and has a nice LAX display up front. Great swag!

usually have a good experience. but today september 23 around 7:40 pm. guy behind the counter legit just scammed me. sold me a $35 gram for $50. kept saying incoherent things with the word "tax" thrown in. then says "Weed's legal buddy 30% tax". yeah i've been smoking weed since you weren't even born my guy and you obviously don't know math, or think i dont know math. save the one liners for someone else homie. never going back here again.... :@ read more
