Unfortunately, during my visit today, I had a disappointing interaction with the female employee at the front who was greeting customers. My son, whom I referred as a new customer, was given incorrect information regarding pricing, the first-time customer discount, and the referral incentive program. Even after we pointed out that the pricing was clearly displayed and that signage explained the first-time customer discounts, she laughed and continued to insist on information that appeared to be inaccurate. Experiences like this can damage customer trust and may result in the loss of loyal customers and referrals if they continue. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and not representative of the level of service this location strives to provide. I want to emphasize that I genuinely like this business and have had many positive experiences here. Unfortunately, I did not get the employee's name. She was a Caucasian woman with blonde hair, glasses, and a shorter stature. I would have preferred to identify her by name rather than description, but neither my son nor I obtained her name. The delivery was SUPER fast (30 minutes from order to delivery). I'm in the northwest corner of Inglewood for reference. They offered multiple payment options making it super easy to pay (via Zelle) when they arrived (bc the website had issues w/my credit card and I didn't have cash so I wouldn't have been able to place my order otherwise). They were at the bottom of the barrel for one of the flowers I ordered meaning small nugs - so they just gave me all the remaining product that was left. This worked out to an extra $45 worth for free! And to top it all off, the gentleman that delivered my order was the NICEST guy. I always buy Pink Gelato and the 3.5g has been out for almost 3 months. Every time I ask about it, I get the same vague answer: "We don't know." So.....I've been forced to buy 5g because that is the only strain that I enjoy. What really upset me was today. Sundays from 2-6 pm are supposed to be happy hour but at 3:24 pm I was told they weren't honoring it because it's Mother's Day. That makes no sense. Other holidays never stopped happy hour before, so why now? There was also no text, notification or sign letting customers know.
