First off shitty front door guy with an attitude hiding behind the window flings my ID through the window and onto the floor after checking me in bc I wasn't aware to place it exactly where his dumb ass can see it in a window slot fire that chump! second it's hit and miss with this spot bomb weed sometimes other times straight basement bud which means it smells and tastes like they dried it in a basement third can't deny the prices but if you want a spot to pay more for better weed this is a great spot for a deal but not a great spot for great weed. read more

Not a good dispensary I went there today around 10:15 am to buy flower and edibles been there before many times but this time after picking the flower and edibles I was ready to checkout the silly budtender tells me they have no change my total was 77$ I gave her 80$ I ask her if she could work with me any kind way for I just traveled 50 mins that morning to get there I asked her that, she said no there is nothing I can do I said thank you and went my way because if u treat your customers like that then you don't appreciate my business n I was always taught my money green everywhere so I left called to complain about the customer service they put security on so he could play when I asked for the manager but they won't be in business for long treating people like that money green everywhere is the point! read more

On Sunday, August 4, 2024 I was looking forward to picking up some cannabis since I was in the area. Their hours are posted that they're open at 9 AM. I get there at 8:40 AM and willing to wait but unfortunately they get there late at 9:10 AM like seriously there was me and another person waiting on top of that were told they still need another 30 minutes to set up This is very inconvenient especially when you have your hours posted and displayed that you open at 9 AM daily . It's sad when you find a spot that is close to you and on some days they are the best and on other days you think you walked into the twilight zone. My usual budtender hasn't been in and the young Polynesian girl working in her place is rude, unprofessional and apparently doesn't know the cost of goods are she's pocketing whatever she's overcharging us. When I told her she was overcharging me she said she wasn't and had an attitude. I'm thinking to myself I need to be the one with the attitude. I've been coming to this place awhile now and there has been a revolving door when it comes to budtenders. I strongly suggest management looks into this matter because you are going to keep losing good customers. This spot is in my backyard, but I will travel to the LBC for consistency, better customer service and for stability in prices. I have to give a star because yelp requires it, but trust if I could leave a zero I would. This isn't the 1st time prices haven't been consistent, but this is the first time I felt attacked. No way, especially when I'm coming in spending nice money. The weed has never been stellar but the experience was warm with my usual budtender, so I would return and support. I usually get my flower from the weed man, this was a pleasant surprise as they had some old strains that I have not seen in some time. I was referred to this place by another dispensary because they were closed already on 10/11/21 so I go in it's my first time ever going into a place like this and was looking for some cartridges I saw on there web site buy 1 get 1 anyway I go in and I asked for cartridges and also mentioned brass knuckles the sales associate "Scar" I think that was it. I told him I wanted something that would make me sleep better so he recommended These 2 cartridges LA CONFIDENTIAL AND KING LOUIE FROM DANK VAPES well the shit is bunk AF. I called to see if they could make it right and they said no policy is final sale. Basically they robbed me of my money and sold me bunk shit. Thanks for making my first time experience a horrible one. Will not be going back there and won't be telling friends either. So disappointing. read more

Good weed and a low key shop to go tap in with. Don't matter what time of the day you go.

I get tired of the security guards. Someone is always trying to get my telephone number. I have a man. Do your job and quit trying to get females telephone numbers. Also, it's always a different rule. One day they want you to have your mask on and another day they want it off to see your face. Sometimes they keep your ID before going through the door to the budtenders and sometimes they give it right back after you check in with security. It depends on which security guard is working. They also be trying to clown when they look at your age on the ID. One time I heard security say oh you're old. No your momma and grandmother old. So rude and unprofessional. That's why you work at the dispensary making probably less that $20.00 dollars an hour living at home with your momma. Old and Cold with a good job I been on for 20 years, make way over twenty dollars with my own place, nice car and a good man that works for the Sheriff Department. Boom!!! read more

The new staff is TERRIBLE!!! I should of gotten dude's name who was so FUCKING rude!! Automatically assumed I wanted one grade of weed... didn't even ask me what I was looking 4. When I told him I was not a fan of the particular bullshit he showed me... immediately gave an attitude. Anything I said after that he clearly made it seem like I'm the problem. It was a problem because I didn't want a lighter for a substitute for them not having change. It was a problem because I was trying to decide what to do with my money. Even when I wanted to spend more to accommodate for the lack of change of their part... HE GAVE A FUCKING ATTITUDE. Sadly this is the 2nd time he has served me and was just as bad the last time but I brushed it off... I would be glad to speak with the owner of the place cuz I was faithful to the shop. It was the only shop I would go to... but there are a million other shops with the same deal. Customer service is EVERYTHING. Regardless of it being recreational or medical. Treat ALL customers with respect. Don't ASSUME cuz that's how u make an ASS of U not Me!!! read more
