I've been a customer here since the store first opened. I live nearby and often stop in after work, especially in the evenings. On weekends, I generally feel more at ease because the security guard is consistently visible and actively patrolling. During some weekday visits, however, I've noticed the guard appearing distracted on his personal phone, which can make the environment feel slightly less secure at times. That said, I want to highlight a very positive experience I had during a recent weekend visit. A guard noticed a potentially uncomfortable situation near the alley and proactively walked me to my vehicle. I hadn't even realized he was watching out for me until he approached and reassured me. That level of attentiveness made a strong and lasting impression. As for customer service, there are many new staff members, and overall they provide great service. Most employees are friendly and helpful. However, I have had less positive interactions with one employee with a septum piercing, who can come across as impatient and occasionally dismissive, which has affected my experience at times. On the other hand, another team member--a shorter employee with blonde hair--has consistently been respectful and helpful, and the receptionist with glasses has also been very professional and welcoming. Overall, the store offers great prices, a solid selection of products, and a generally positive shopping experience. read more

Catalyst Dispensary absolutely deserves five stars! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming, clean, and professional. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping you find exactly what you need--whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just starting out. Their product selection is top-tier, with a wide variety of strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories that cater to every preference and budget. What really sets Catalyst apart is their commitment to community and transparency. Prices are fair, deals are frequent, and they're always upfront about what you're getting. Plus, the atmosphere is chill and never intimidating. Shopping here feels more like visiting a trusted friend than a typical retail experience. If you're looking for quality, service, and a dispensary that truly cares, Catalyst is the place to go. Highly recommend! read more

I've been coming here for the longest , since it open I guess you can say. My tender has always been Natalie and she always goes out of her way to tend me , I'm not sure if it's her personality or what but never feel rushed nor does she let me leave with a wrong choice , I can clearly say she knows what she is doing , I haven't even sparked my joint yet and just the whole encounter already has me feeling better ! Also the front reception is always great with getting us inside as fast as possible , considering the area we are in . All in all the place is great and the staff is amazing , buds always satisfy ! The recommendations are always on point ! read more
