The girls here are super sweet! The flower itself is fire however if you're down to try something different for a good night of fun. Try their shroom gummies but don't buy them all because I still need to keep coming back for mines lol. read more

Girls here are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend especially for eddies!

Staff is always cool and the weed is great. Can't beat the deals here! They got all the goodies at fire house!

This is the MOST unprofessional establishment first I want to say is the girls who get the bud for you. It's pretty cool, but the men who are behind this unprofessional one-way mirror is very very rude. They are the reason why I don't like coming there. It ain't the girls. It ain't the way the place looks. It's the men that sit behind the desk and act like they're doing you a damn favor. Whoever the owner of this establishment is needs to get his workers in check I mean, anytime I felt uncomfortable or disrespected. It was the people behind the one-way mirror and worded advice that should be took down because it's just not good looking but outside of that the prices is good and the bud is nice, but honestly, I hate coming to this place because of the staff read more

Literally the shadiest dispensary I've ever stepped foot in. The two guys behind the reception desk were super rude, and barked at me for my ID. They talk to you from behind a one way mirror so you can't even see them, and seriously just have a dark vibe. If I didn't have a friend waiting for me in the car, it almost didn't feel safe to even be there. No sense of customer service, purely transactional. It was late and this was the only place open, but if I had a choice I would have walked out cause I already didn't trust the energy. The budtender behind the counter with the long hair was kind, but otherwise the whole operation felt DIY and very unprofessional. The place itself felt dirty and unkept. There was a girl hanging out with the receptionists who was smoking the whole time I was there. When I walked out I reeked of smoke, which isn't my preference. Never returning. read more

W weed good bud tender!!! I love the $40 cap!! The spin wheel comes in handy also ! Refer a friend and get a free gift also!

The prices are really good. I like their Moon Rock! And the girls are really nice . There's a lot of dispensers in the area, but I like this one better read more

Bad customer service. They spam txt misleading a flyer and they do not listen when you reply stop to stop. Furthermore they don't even honor the deal on the flyer, citing a technicality thats completely arbitrary. If I can leave negative stars I would. read more

Place is alright... bud tenders and security are polite. Whenever I go they always have a good selection. Prices are reasonable.

This place always has been kind and has the best selection around for a reasonable price. When funds are low and I'm in need I can always rely on them they have really helped me through a ton of injuries medicinally. read more

I don't know how they got my phone number but they keep sending me annoying text messages even after I asked them to remove my phone number from their phone list. I do not shop there and do not want information on the products they sell. read more

GAHBAGE! This place has got to be the WORST spot around. Security is rude! Bud tenders (if you can call them that) also rude. I mean it's your job to help the customers, which includes answering questions and knowing each product you sell. Buds are dry and not very potent (they claim "high THC levels). This place only cares about taking your money and nothing else. Do yourself a favor and keep on driving there are other places just down the road. It's not worth your time and effort. TRASH! DON'T DO IT! Consider yourself warned. I only gave it 1 star because I had to. read more

Customer service could be way better. This place needs better management otherwise why bother? People will just go elsewhere.

Not sure why this place gets the love it does from Yelpers. Of all the California dispenseries I've gone to over the last few years, this by far has been the sketchiest. U walk into what seems to be a very tiny room with a door on one side and a covered up walk-up window on the other. Some disembodied voice starts barking commands at you from behind the glass demanding ID. U can't see who is asking for it. Ur ID is shoved back under the glass and a buzzer to the door goes off. While wearing my mandated mask, the guy who sounds like he took my ID, comes out and demands I turn my hat around. When I asked why, I get this shitty look and a grumbled explanation about cameras. OK. I go inside and the setup is the same lousy kind you find in Jokelahoma. Not much in pre-packaging, they keep weed in the plastic containers and fill up the cheap green bottles with dry product. No labeling, u ask what they got and the budtender seems put off. I bought an 1/8th of what was supposed to be high thc indica but after trying it a couple days later I gave it to some homeless guy in Santa Cruz as it did nothing for me. After leaving this place I was looking around for the cops as I felt this wasn't a legitimate dispensary. There are two MUCH superior places just down the road (High Note, LA Kush) that are setup much nicer and more welcoming. Fire House makes you feel like you are buying at a meth house. Def won't be coming back. read more

Easy to find parking. Extremely rude bud tenders, seems like they don't like working there. The employees act like it's a burden to answer questions or even just to serve the meds. Bud tender was on FaceTime while serving meds and was not attentive to the patients questions. Been here more than 5+ time hoping each time it would get better or the budtenders just had a bad day...but no every single time it's bad service. Can't have both terrible customer service and mediocre buds...gotta choose one or the other. Shop around other shops in the area before coming here. read more

Great buds ! Always fresh buds quality service always stocked up . Recommended a plus + Joey and Chico always on point great workers .

Clutch af!!!! come here if your local shop is closed due to covid or if u need late night service!!! Prices are still "normal" compared to the rest of the market this year. DONT SLEEP ON FIRE HOUSE read more

Great products and services. Staff is friendly, and always have a smile. Almost never have to wait, and parking is simple.

It's a great grand opening! As long as you pull hard on the black door, you will be rewarded with awesome deals!

Unsolicited texts from a place I've never been. They use a third party service so no way to opt out or to block the numbers. Different number every time. read more

nice people. nice prices. por vida is da bomb
