It's pretty cool, but the men who are behind this unprofessional one-way mirror is very very rude. They are the reason why I don't like coming there. It ain't the girls. It ain't the way the place looks. It's the men that sit behind the desk and act like they're doing you a damn favor. Literally the shadiest dispensary I've ever stepped foot in. The two guys behind the reception desk were super rude, and barked at me for my ID. They talk to you from behind a one way mirror so you can't even see them, and seriously just have a dark vibe. If I didn't have a friend waiting for me in the car, it almost didn't feel safe to even be there. No sense of customer service, purely transactional. It was late and this was the only place open, but if I had a choice I would have walked out cause I already didn't trust the energy. The budtender behind the counter with the long hair was kind, but otherwise the whole operation felt DIY and very unprofessional. The place itself felt dirty and unkept. I mean it's your job to help the customers, which includes answering questions and knowing each product you sell. Buds are dry and not very potent (they claim "high THC levels). Not sure why this place gets the love it does from Yelpers. Of all the California dispenseries I've gone to over the last few years, this by far has been the sketchiest. U walk into what seems to be a very tiny room with a door on one side and a covered up walk-up window on the other. Some disembodied voice starts barking commands at you from behind the glass demanding ID. U can't see who is asking for it. Ur ID is shoved back under the glass and a buzzer to the door goes off. While wearing my mandated mask, the guy who sounds like he took my ID, comes out and demands I turn my hat around. When I asked why, I get this shitty look and a grumbled explanation about cameras. OK. I go inside and the setup is the same lousy kind you find in Jokelahoma. Not much in pre-packaging, they keep weed in the plastic containers and fill up the cheap green bottles with dry product. No labeling, u ask what they got and the budtender seems put off. I bought an 1/8th of what was supposed to be high thc indica but after trying it a couple days later I gave it to some homeless guy in Santa Cruz as it did nothing for me. After leaving this place I was looking around for the cops as I felt this wasn't a legitimate dispensary. There are two MUCH superior places just down the road (High Note, LA Kush) that are setup much nicer and more welcoming. Fire House makes you feel like you are buying at a meth house. Def won't be coming back. read more

Easy to find parking. Extremely rude bud tenders, seems like they don't like working there. The employees act like it's a burden to answer questions or even just to serve the meds. Bud tender was on FaceTime while serving meds and was not attentive to the patients questions. Been here more than 5+ time hoping each time it would get better or the budtenders just had a bad day...but no every single time it's bad service. Can't have both terrible customer service and mediocre buds...gotta choose one or the other. Shop around other shops in the area before coming here. read more
