DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS SHOP! I was a first time patient here, and was just trying to get a good deal for $20 bucks. Instead the Budtender recommended me a $25 gram that was their best weed, and I was just going to pay $18 instead. They had other deals that he could have recommended that would make my money's worth, but instead I got a really small nug of bunk ass weed. For $20 I had better deals, and I fucked up trying to check out this spot. The Budtender refused to give me a refund or at least a better deal, so instead she said to come by the next day to speak to her manager. Don't come here, trust I wish I can give them zero stars. I am so bummed that I don't remember the name of the nicest guy ever that helped both me and a friend of mine. (Just visited again today 5/19... his name is GRANT!!!!) We were so glad to have met him because he really took his time and was able to answer a ton of my questions, esp when it came to topical creams that might be good for my pain. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain, to me, his experienced with various products as well. It was awesome to be able to take advantage of different deals, promos and discounts with there being more than just 1 of us in our lil group. I am so glad to have found that they carry Kiva's Camino gummies. Those can be some serious life savers for me.! I also am glad to have found that they carry a certain brand of tincture that really works for me as well. I hadn't been in for a long while so I guess I kinda fell out of their system but at least that was something that they were able to correct rather quickly. I love how close this shop is to home and how the staff have all been really helpful. Been living up the street from this spot and never came here so I decided to check it out and it's better than expected. The guy that helped me out, gave me a better deal than the one I was planning to get, I got a 7g for $42 deal that they had for the day I went. Plus the staff seems really friendly and not intimidating like other places I've visited. They have crazy deals and tons of options honestly, it just depends on if you want quality over quantity, or quantity over quality, that's all on you. I couldn't use my FTP discount because the deal I got couldn't be combined with other discounts, so the bud tender made a note on my file so that I get my FTP deal next time I visit, how cool!!! Worse shop I've ever been to! PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARDWORKING MONEY HERE! I was a first time patient and was just trying to get a gram. They tried to make it seem like I was getting a deal by saying it's usually $25 and he gave it to me for $18. He recommended this strain saying it's their best, but the quality of the flower is not that great. You can't even see the weed before you purchase it, as it's already pre packaged so you don't even know what you're purchasing to begin with. For $20 I've had better deals. I tried to get a refund or at least a better deal, but the bud tender lady said to come back tomorrow and speak to her supervisor instead. Never coming here again, it's really messed up how some shops try to rip you off, and only care about the business (the spot looks like a fuckin apple store) not the patient. I recommend you go to Strainzz in South Central. For $20 you get a way better deal and more flower. Support small business weed shops, not corporate looking spots ripping people off smh. read more

Owner refused to speak to me when I had an issue. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau as this Is supposed to an essential business.Twice I've been here at 8am when they open and the lazy owner is at least 20-30 minutes late. Waited 20 minutes in the rain this morning and he refused to speak to me and hid in the back office claiming he was "so busy" when he finally showed up. He literally refused to listen to a customer and hid in the back like a coward. He said he would never come out and speak to me even though I had an issue with his business. I'm a medical customer. Im not recreational. All employees were also left waiting in the rain for the lazy, late owner. He refused any compensation or to even speak to me when he entered building. Don't go here. read more
