I am also treated to a veritable plethora of high quality products. Including my favorite edibles. I love my head and heart in "Lost Farms", and Velvet keeps a fruity garden just for me! There are great specials everyday and wait, there's one calling my name right now! Time to save some money along with my sanity! Thank you Ayan! read more

I like Mary's CBD tincture. I have tried gummies. They have a great variety of products and a very helpful staff. Their security gives me a secure feeling when I enter. Always bring CASH because of lazy lawmakers. read more

I haven't visited this store, but I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for Ayan and the staff. They went above and beyond when my wife needed assistance in an unfortunate situation. They kindly responded without hesitation, and because of their generous help, the problem was solved and she is enormously grateful. Thank you so much! read more

Terrance the security guy was so nice! And the girl who helped me inside gave me a great deal $15 out the door! Value and selection on top.

They were very professional what a great set of people. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We've been loyal customers at Velvet Dispensary in Pasadena for a while now, but today's visit was truly exceptional thanks to Jessica's outstanding assistance. Her in-depth knowledge of the products and genuine passion for helping customers shine through, making our experience truly memorable. We initially visited with a specific product in mind, but Jessica's expert guidance and recommendations led us to discover even better options. Her ability to listen, understand our needs, and suggest tailored solutions was impressive. She is a true cannabis connoisseur, and we couldn't agree more that a "cannabis sommelier" title is well-deserved! Jessica's enthusiasm and dedication to her work are contagious, making the entire experience enjoyable and educational. Her expertise not only enhanced our understanding of the products but also ensured we left with the perfect choices for our needs. Velvet is fortunate to have Jessica on their team, and we look forward to our next visit, hoping to have her assistance again. Oh! They have great deals. read more

I've been to Velvet a few times for my CBD gummies, CBD's IMHO is a great alternative to prescription pain meds, unless of course your pain is debilitating. Their Eagle Rock store is really nice and clean, well organized and always have the gummies I use. Ordering online is fairly easy, once processed, they'll send you a text that your order is ready for pick-up, present your ID by the security at the door and one of their friendly staff will assist you to get your order expediently processed. Easy peasy. Their prices I have to say is pretty fair, selection is good and you can also add to your order once in the store, they have parking at the back which makes it nice, convenient and safe especially with the busy Colorado Blvd. If you live in the Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Glendale, NE Fig. area, I highly recommend checking them out! read more

On a whim, as easy parking beckoned me to stop by, I was greeted by smiling faces and ultimately helped by Tanya. She fixed me up with some nice edibles to enhance my brother's thanksgiving and the time leading up to the coming holidays. This is a nice business with a very nice staff. Happy Thanksgiving! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE !! I placed an online order for a stiizy dispo and a 5pak stiizy... mind you everything stiizy is 40% off everything. My order online came out to $33.50 including sales tax . Now when I drive to pick up my order I was told my new total is $42.50 not including the $3.50 debit fee (which they keep ) and when I showed the bud tender my online order and the price she went to the back or the store , came back out and just started tapping on her little iPad not saying a word to me .... I got fed up and left after 10 minutes of her trying to figure out what's wrong . MORAL OF THE STORY IS THEY OVER CHARGE, DEALS DON'T MEAN ANYTHING CAUSE OF THE TAXES, AND THEY COULDN'T EVEN COMP ME FOR MY ONLINE ORDER AND I SHOWED THEM MY PRICE ONLINE read more

The way staff interacts with customers is a a friendly reminder of the good in people. Marrissa as well as Chris, made my experience worth sharing. They were kind as well as extremely knowledgeable, about the products I was interested in. Would I come back? YES. They have 100% secured a permanent customer! - Cooper read more

Wack bud selection over priced the Bud tender had little to No knowledge on what she was selling tried to sell me a light dept and was confused when I asked her about it I asked for a indica she brought out a hybrid sativa dominant got bothered when I told her this was not a indica the buds I got was 45$ for a 8th and honestly it was mediocre at best and that's me being nice read more

The store has a welcoming upscale vibe, with a good selection of quality products and excellent prices - including a 15% discount for veterans, which is awesome. The bud tenders are welcoming and knowledgeable. Christopher, in particular, was really great at helping me find what CBD product I needed for pain relief. And when I was confused by the total due - not realizing how high the taxes are on cannabis products - he was very professional about breaking down the charges and explaining them in a way that didn't make me feel like an fool. Highly recommended. No pun intended. read more

I'm a sucker for good service. Greg was super friendly and hospitable as soon as I walked in. Mans greeted me like he knew me and was super easy to talk to. I had placed an online order for two 1/8's and ended up walking out with more because Greg was able to find stuff that was similar to what I was buying and even informed me on different deals and promos going on. At most shops you tend to deal with super condescending bud tenders or a bunch of awkward staring people with a weird shop ambiance. Here, everyone was so cheery and having a good time. You can tell there's a nice work culture here. Anyways thank you guys! Definitely will be doing my shopping here. It helps that is the closest shop outside Pasadena and conveniently located right off the 134. read more

I've Passed By This Dispensary Quite A Number Of Times Whilst Driving Through The Neighborhood. Haven't Given Them A Try Until Quite Recently, And It Is Within Arms Reach Of Where I Usually Am At In Glendale. Checking In Before Entering The Shop Was A Breeze. The Interior Of The Shop, However, Was A Rather Welcoming Experience. Inside, It Was Quite Nice And Brand New, Shelves And Glass Cases Filled With Flower Samples And Flavors Were Lined Up Nicely. The "Budtenders" Working During The Evening That I Had Visited Were Absolutely Sweet And Humorous, To Boot. I Had Wanted To Give A Particular Shout-Out To The Individual Budtender Who Had Assisted Me, Which Is Jessica. Jessica Was Very Kind And Communicative To What I Was Looking For To Help With My Conditions And Needs, Which Was To Help Curb Depression And Anxiety, And Also To Help With Creative Sparks. She Brought Her A-Game In With Product Recommendations And The Like. I Had An Absolutely Wonderful First-Time Experience Made Extra By Her, So Much Kudos For Having Her On The Team. Overall, The Prices Were Very Fair And Competitive, And They Even Have A Loyalty Program For Their Business, With Some Really Nice Incentives! The Location Is Very Convenient To Where I Live, So That's Always A Huge Positive. Velvet Has Definitely Earned A Returning Customer In Me, And I Will Definitely Recommend To My Friends For The Selection And The Service, Alone. read more

Lo was awesome and recommended some nice products for me. Basically a "starter kit" for my weed novice ass. I told her I was afraid of coming in here. It still feels too taboo for me. She understood and listened to what I was seeking. Basically relief from today's reality and an aid to my insomnia. She asked how much I was accustomed to and I had to tell her about my days in 1997. So she started me with 1mg THC gummies. lol. Don't you all laugh! She's lovely and she's careful. I think I graduated to 5mg now so I'll be back there soon. read more

I love velvet, they have an excellent selection and their bud tenders are super knowledgeable and friendly. Jen helped me last time and introduced me to some great pre roll options. I love this place and will continue to recommend them to others. Perfect location and easy parking too. read more

I went there yesterday night looking to buy some pre rolls. It was my first time there and was told I had a 30% off discount for it being so. I got my good and went to check out. While selecting my products , I was told by the bud tender "they are all 30% off" of the regular price. I grabbed some baby jeeters $35 and a single jeeter $18. I went to check out and my total was $52, and when I asked what about my 30% they told me I would have to use it next time and handed me a card for my next visit. I was confused because it's like I payed regular price for everything and got no discount from it being my first time and the sale he said they were having. Moral of the story , I feel like I got ripped off and they were kinda rude; felt a little rushed. Not many selections of what they had to offer many products were the same strain. read more

My favorite neighborhood dispensary!! I especially love that they do happy hour. Jen is so helpful and sweet!

Second time back at this place. Ayaan helped me out and answered all my questions. I come back for the great customer service! read more

They gotta back off on the upselling. Too much. It's relentless. Every single time. You can't see the price without asking. And they're always trying to get you to buy the more expensive product. Or double the product. And every single time they ask if you need a lighter. I already bought the lighter. I've already said so five times. I have a lighter! Enough with the lighter. For God sake, what kind of markup are you making on a lighter? Something feels off about this store. There is no joy. It's why I decided to stop shopping there. I really wanted to like it. read more

This store is beautiful. It is open and airy, has beautiful relaxing colors, and does not have the intense and intimidating buzz that some dispensaries do. I instantly felt relaxed and ready to buy some product. Since they just opened on 4/20, I wanted to get some help with some of their products. I spoke with a few different employees, and they all had amazing experience and knowledge with each product. I walked out with some new things I probably would not have tried otherwise.
