This location has been operating under various business names, such as the latest "420 Altadena", and before that "420 Pitstop", this owner has shown his/her creative genius. To have been running this illegal cannabis dispensary for several years now, they've got the fake cartridge supply chain hookup. Every fake thing in the fake box is not only dangerous (obviously... wtf where does the oil come from? What're we smoking JFC). The Stiiizy brand is the only thing I've bought here since it reopened. Before they had real stiiizy products but today I got a blatantly fake cartridge. They refuse that their items are fake and absolutely refuse exchange or refund. My old review was about the same thing with different scenarios. Just get delivery. It's literally the same price per cartridge at $25/each. You can see the boxes in the case and compare them to the boxes in the picture. The cartridge rattles around in the box when you buy it bc the fake packaging doesn't hold the cartridge securely. I got 5G of their best flower in Cereal Milk hybrid strain. It crunched into powder when I packed my first bowl. It was smokable but a mess and it burned too fast. And it honestly didn't do much for me. This place is garbage. Serious health risk to smoke garbage. read more

This isn't even the correct address to this place. They're on the corner of Harriet and Fair Oaks now, directly north of Hoopla! Emporium/Webster's Shipping, where the parking for customers is totally taken over by dispensary parking. This is a mailbox/shipping/retail store, and their customers, some elderly, now have to hoof it from a block away, not to mention making package delivery trucks park in the median to deliver to the store. I've visited this store maybe a half dozen times, but within the last month or so this place has really gone downhill. While visiting during the pandemic, I've noticed that none of the budtenders are wearing masks or gloves. Everyone is sticking their fingers in the bud jars. I saw budtenders eating behind the counter and then helping customers. I didn't see anyone use sanitizer. I didn't see anyone wash their hands. They aren't even making customers wear masks before coming in. They are selling products that people ingest into their bodies and they can't even take the bare minimum safety precautions to protect their customers and their employees. The weed has never been the best but it's one of the only places in the Pasadena area. Unfortunately, I can't handle the complete and total lack of "adhering to health department guidelines." I told her I saw the MANY signs posted that there is NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS but when selling an illegal product it might be in her best interest to make an exception. She continued to be confrontational and to raise her voice at me and would not let me speak (male clerk disappeared to back room). This spot happily took $25 from my friend, a first-time customer (w whom I couldn't accompany bc I was without ID). She came back with flower that was unlabeled so surprise! When I asked her what she got she couldn't remember. This was 9pm last night. This morning at I open the container to see so many leaves it was almost insulting so I went in at 9a ready with my ID. I'm not a first-timer but after acknowledging the policy of no refunds or exchanges asked whether I could get the first-time deal for an executive strain given the poor quality I was given (do not get Top Shelf anything unless you want a literal headache... make an adventure out of it and go down to TJ if you want that same quality and a better experience). Buddtender refused and offered me a combo deal (meaning I had to pay extra to get something else I didn't want). Ended up paying regular price for the proper strain. Why the one-star? Because why not? A business who doesn't recognize its regulars isn't interested in ROI (return on investment, as I would've theoretically come back if an allowance was made given the unique circumstance; buddtender only went to explain that they were't there last night/they didn't know/they haven't been at work in 45 days and that they wouldn't sell to anyone who announced they were buying on behalf of someone, makes sense bc narcs, but the sheriff's office is down the street jus saying). They just want the money upfront and don't care if you return. I'm giving 2 stars because the gentleman that helped me was nice but the product has almost no THC. I'm new to this and I didn't feel hardly anything so they are selling product that doesn't work. They might not have any idea but I sent an email and got no response. Edit: had to edit, spoke to a nice lady who said go in so I went to see if they would at least let me redo a purchase and not even return what I got but since I'm new they gave me a discount but all they did was say I had to leave.
