Great to see staff is friendly knowledgeable and the music isn't so loud that I can't hear them:) Wide variety of edibles and new product to try. Solid customer here. read more

Really like this shop wen there is no other options they look out for u. They also have good quality flower

This location has been operating under various business names, such as the latest "420 Altadena", and before that "420 Pitstop", this owner has shown his/her creative genius. To have been running this illegal cannabis dispensary for several years now, they've got the fake cartridge supply chain hookup. Every fake thing in the fake box is not only dangerous (obviously... wtf where does the oil come from? What're we smoking JFC). The Stiiizy brand is the only thing I've bought here since it reopened. Before they had real stiiizy products but today I got a blatantly fake cartridge. They refuse that their items are fake and absolutely refuse exchange or refund. My old review was about the same thing with different scenarios. Just get delivery. It's literally the same price per cartridge at $25/each. You can see the boxes in the case and compare them to the boxes in the picture. The cartridge rattles around in the box when you buy it bc the fake packaging doesn't hold the cartridge securely. I got 5G of their best flower in Cereal Milk hybrid strain. It crunched into powder when I packed my first bowl. It was smokable but a mess and it burned too fast. And it honestly didn't do much for me. This place is garbage. Serious health risk to smoke garbage. read more

-- update 10/28/20 -- This place is trash now. When I first started going it was super friendly and welcoming. Now the entrance has paper all over so you can't see who you are talking to, mad impersonal. Dude behind the glass with Locks in his hair is so devoid of personality, he has no business in a dispensary if weed can't even hand you some charisma. They need to stop hiring their home girl or girlfriend to work there. The girls behind the counter are trash and no zero about their own product. Anybody can sell you cheap weed so I say go where they got some personality, this place is flat and should be avoided. read more

This isn't even the correct address to this place. They're on the corner of Harriet and Fair Oaks now, directly north of Hoopla! Emporium/Webster's Shipping, where the parking for customers is totally taken over by dispensary parking. This is a mailbox/shipping/retail store, and their customers, some elderly, now have to hoof it from a block away, not to mention making package delivery trucks park in the median to deliver to the store. Some employees and customers of this illegal dispensary are belligerent and scary. read more

This is rated #1 in Pasadena. I disagree. It is very nice and the staff is quite helpful. However it feels smallish inside and it doesn't appear they have room for a good stock level. An associate did help me find some gummies that work for my particular needs - great job :) read more

I've visited this store maybe a half dozen times, but within the last month or so this place has really gone downhill. While visiting during the pandemic, I've noticed that none of the budtenders are wearing masks or gloves. Everyone is sticking their fingers in the bud jars. I saw budtenders eating behind the counter and then helping customers. I didn't see anyone use sanitizer. I didn't see anyone wash their hands. They aren't even making customers wear masks before coming in. They are selling products that people ingest into their bodies and they can't even take the bare minimum safety precautions to protect their customers and their employees. The weed has never been the best but it's one of the only places in the Pasadena area. Unfortunately, I can't handle the complete and total lack of "adhering to health department guidelines." This is not a business that gets my business again. read more

Surprised to see a dispensary on Yelp but it's good to see that times are changing. This is my go to spot for concentrates. Good deals. That's about all I can about this place. The bud tenders seem annoyed that they have to be there. Flowers used to be good recently quality has gone down and prices went up. read more

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!! NOT ON WEEDMAPS SO DEFINITELY A RED FLAG. LOCAL AUTHORITIES HAVE ALREADY SHUT THEM DOWN BEFORE DUE TO MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS. THEY DO NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO SELL. Sold me two illegal cartridges (IT DID NOT HAVE the CA Compliance label on packaging or serial number on the side tabs, which I discovered was required when i researched the brand when I returned home and second one "Heavy Hitters" is also a very good fake although a few dead giveaways...they are not an authorized dealer for Heavy Hitters). When I returned home I did some research on the Brass Knuckles brand (https://www.marijuanabreak.com/accessories/vapes/brass-knuckles-vape-the-complete-review). As well as spoke to another reputable dispensary and both people I spoke to independently said they would not vape that due to risks of the fakes (WHICH MOST PLACES ARE SELLING). I returned to the dispensary an hour later and gently voiced my concern with the young man who recommended and sold the cartridges to me. He seemed at a loss for words then the other clerk who was very confrontational (woman with long fake eyelashes) and refused to exchange it or refund my money. She rudely asked me if I saw the sign that said no exchanges or refunds. I told her I saw the MANY signs posted that there is NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS but when selling an illegal product it might be in her best interest to make an exception. She continued to be confrontational and to raise her voice at me and would not let me speak (male clerk disappeared to back room). I reported this place to http://www.brassknucklesog.com/news/report-whos-selling-fake-brass-knuckles/ as well as Heavy Hitters website. I will also reported this Altadena Sherrif, Bureau of Cannabis Control and Public Health Department (CA compliance commission) THIS PLACE IS KNOWINGLY PUTTING THEIR CUSTOMERS HEALTH AT RISK. Many other places nearby that are more reputable and have higher quality products (this place had NO EDIBLES so if that is what you are seeking you will be disappointed). read more

This spot happily took $25 from my friend, a first-time customer (w whom I couldn't accompany bc I was without ID). She came back with flower that was unlabeled so surprise! When I asked her what she got she couldn't remember. This was 9pm last night. This morning at I open the container to see so many leaves it was almost insulting so I went in at 9a ready with my ID. I'm not a first-timer but after acknowledging the policy of no refunds or exchanges asked whether I could get the first-time deal for an executive strain given the poor quality I was given (do not get Top Shelf anything unless you want a literal headache... make an adventure out of it and go down to TJ if you want that same quality and a better experience). Buddtender refused and offered me a combo deal (meaning I had to pay extra to get something else I didn't want). Ended up paying regular price for the proper strain. Why the one-star? Because why not? A business who doesn't recognize its regulars isn't interested in ROI (return on investment, as I would've theoretically come back if an allowance was made given the unique circumstance; buddtender only went to explain that they were't there last night/they didn't know/they haven't been at work in 45 days and that they wouldn't sell to anyone who announced they were buying on behalf of someone, makes sense bc narcs, but the sheriff's office is down the street jus saying). They just want the money upfront and don't care if you return. Not only did they lose a first-time potential customer, their unwillingness to keep a return customer satisfied lost them a verified patron plus the business my spouse brings in. These places come and go but they won't be taking my squad's money anymore. Good business thrives, bad business runs dry. So bye read more

Awesome selection and very helpful staff! They have a variety of strains ranging from $10g and up. The nicer the strand the higher the price. They have a variety of deals as well which were great. When you pull up go to the door In between the garages. They will ask for your ID. For COVID they are limiting the amount of people in the area and ask you to stand back from the order table read more

Horrible place !!!! Always rude even against returning costumers, they smoke behind the counter, there product is very inconsistent, they don't have bud tenders, they have a bunch of dropouts getting high in front of there costumers. Don't go here much better establishments in the neighborhood, several times got buds from there top shelf just to find out they where filled with seeds. No quality control at all. read more

Trash. They steal and lie to their clients. I am not a boojy person but this place is absolutely trash. They lie to clients and steal from them. I came in dressed with my usc school stuff and preppy they tried to raise the price and lied about the weight. Charged me more then when i got home and weighed it on my scale its 2.5. They scheme and lie. It sucks because they are local and it goes to show how they treat their own people. Just fucked up read more

I wish I could give zero stars this place is trash the weed is not even that good the bud tender was coughing her lungs out and didn't even have a mask and were very unprofessional don't waste your money here you will get covid!!! read more

Tucked Away. Easy customer service. Nice vibes. Good product. Covid protected. I will continue to go here.

This is the best quality I've found in a long time and by mere chance. I live far away, was in the neighborhood and ended up finding the best stuff! I don't get the bad reviews. I can only attest about their bud and it was amazing. read more

In the beginning I asked how long. Have they been open she didn't even know I felt a bad vibe already the other tenders answered it and said 6 months while she said I don't know 1 month ?. Just left the dispensary the tenders where not wearing their mask at all only the security. At the check in, on top of that she didn't let me see smell my meds as I got close to look/smell she back up and didn't let me take a smell I understand and respect the distance. But let's be realistic tenders she don't ever have her masks on so if they think their gonna get infected they probably Already are. After they didn't want to help me because she said I was being giving her a hard time when I just wanted to smell my weeds. Before I purchase . The security came and said if she don't wanna help me that's it. Saying she can ban me all this and that wth. PUT YOUR MASK ON BEFORE YOU GUYS GET SHUT DOWN also let's not forget she didn't smile until the security said she can't help you need to leave. And said had a huge happy smile saying have a nice day. That's rude and she should not be working for the public if that her attitude treat people how you want to be treated!!! I'm really angry I'm an essential I worked all day and this is my reward the hell with this shop I bet that 5 star review is fake Forsure read more

Great location clean and fast I enjoyed the choices and quality. I recommend the facility to anyone looking for good stuff

I'm giving 2 stars because the gentleman that helped me was nice but the product has almost no THC. I'm new to this and I didn't feel hardly anything so they are selling product that doesn't work. They might not have any idea but I sent an email and got no response. Edit: had to edit, spoke to a nice lady who said go in so I went to see if they would at least let me redo a purchase and not even return what I got but since I'm new they gave me a discount but all they did was say I had to leave. Everyone was so nice form when I first was there and then calling on the phone and even talking to the guy who told me to leave. It was so bizarre. You'd think a place selling a 'cool' product wouldn't act like republicans hehe. I even said no problem I'll just toss what I had and buy some other stuff and the guy said he has to ask me to leave. Not sure what they wrote on the monitor. Maybe they smoked too much and got paranoid and thought I was CIA. I have a shaved head and people sometimes think I'm a cop. I'm in rather good shape and I like donuts =P. read more
