I went there at the beginning of LAST YEAR and they said if I signed up for text that I would get a deal so I did. Fast forward to now, they have been blowing up my texts every other day, and whenever I reply "stop" like it says I can to stop the messages, they still come in anyways. I've tried calling them multiple times in the last month and they have never picked up but finally, I was able to get on the phone with them today and a young woman picked up the phone. I asked her if there was a manager in, and she said no, and I explained my situation and how frustrating it is. Do you know what she did? She hung up on me before I could even continue talking. I will be going there in person to speak to them about this and I will continue calling them until I can reach a manager because this is so unbelievable and unprofessional, I will never be spending my money there ever again. read more

I have immunocompromised family members in my household and came in wearing a mask. I gave them my ID and showed the face to the camera, but I was turned away by the dude at the counter who told me masks aren't allowed and got sassy when I tried to explain my mask situation and told me THIS IS A DISPENSARY BUDDY. In all the dispensaries I've been to in my life, wearing a mask has never been an issue. I GUESS THEY DONT WANT MONEY FROM IMMUNOCOMPROMISED PEOPLE, LET ALONE GIVE A HOOT ABOUT OTHERS' HEALTH STATUS. so sad i've been been coming here for over a year but the quality has gone down crazyyy, i spend 100s here and the past couple months my eights have pretty much all seeds. Not even joking out of one eight i got 48 seeds . Two grams of my eight was seeds . The service has unfortunately gone down too:// just really sad used to love coming here but now i' feel scammed , i used to smoke 6-10 bowls a day and at least a blunt /joint a week , i can make 2 eights last a month. I've been to the Pasadena Dispensary a few other times and had great experiences... especially with the bud tenders. My issue this evening was with whoever was working the front door at approximately 5:30p. Never got his name but by far it was the worst experience I've ever had at a dispensary. When I arrived I walked up to the counter and noticed that the window was tinted.. which I didn't really notice before.. I thought you could always see the person working at the front. Anyways, I did notice the sign that said "Please slide your card through the slot", but peeked through the slot to check and make sure someone was in there. The guy working said, "you see the sign--you know what to do". I apologized and said, "I didn't realize that the front window was tinted", just making light conversation to the guy working, and handed him my ID. "Oh you probably haven't been here before", the guy responded. I told him that I indeed had been there before. Then he became antagonistic and smug, and he began to ask me if I had my stamp card or I knew the name of the place. I told him that I didn't have my stamp card and said that the name was the Pasadena Healing Club (which yeah, that wasn't the right name but honestly I forgot the name of the place). He was extremely rude and I didn't really feel like sitting by while someone abused their power at a desk, so I asked for my ID back. Walking out I called him an asshole (he was though). That whole interaction was completely unnecessary, and unfortunately I will not be returning. Not sure if y'all are going to do anything about this, but in the future he can't speak to other people like that... treat people with respect and you'll receive it in return. read more

Definitely not a real dispensary. Went in and bought new carts and got the nastiest looking stizzzy .5g. They are brown and oozing out of the cartridge. The cartridge looks as if it's been smoked already. Theres an unknown white substance near the top as well. Also bought .5 prerolls. The packaging date is 2023 and they taste like dirt. Save your money and use the appropriate app to find a reputable place. read more

This is / was the same place (different staff now & I'm sure different owners as well) that was once located on Huntington Dr & Rosemead in Pasadena back in 2021 known as "BUDS OF PASADENA". Then that location closed & amalgamated with thier sister location "PASADENA HEALING CLUB" a few blocks away on Rosemead same staff & security same quality too! Eventually they move to a new location on Colorado & Rosemead, again same staff & all. Then it closed & now the only thing that remains the same is the name of the shop but none of the original staff,security or quality!! This place is shady & inconsistent. Don't trust what they'll sell you, beware & becarful. a police report has been filed & product was also tested & handed over to the proper authorities. Trace amounts of Amphetamines & Fentanyl laced product is what is being sold! There are other SAFE & clean places to visit. This is not the same Pasadena Wellness from a few years ago, even last year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR PLACE!! read more

I've been going to this place for a few years now. Always friendly staff with pretty good selection of gummies. I can't smoke anything because I have a problem with my lungs. Doctors orders so i only get gummies. The last few months though has been a different story. I usually never leave empty handed. Now most of time when I go they are extremely low in product or they'll let one person buy so much of a certain item that by the time I arrive there is little or nothing left. A few weeks ago I placed a phone order and when I arrived they had no idea what I was talking about and didn't have what they told me they would. But the real problem is that they are aggressively raising there prices. I understand prices go up from time to time but today when I went to purchase my usual items I was stunned..Gummies that no more than two weeks ago that cost $45.00 are now $60! . In just two weeks or even maybe only a week ago. Last time I was there was two weeks ago so I'm going off that. So be warned. There are cheaper dispensaries but this place has always been convenient and like I said thw staff is always super cool. I'm not sure yet if I'll be returning.
