I was in Pasadena and saw some good options at Sweet Flower and in I went. The staff was soooooo friendly from the security to the register, which I always appreciate in my dispensaries. Prices are good and their sales are even better. I actually placed my order online before going in so everything was all set & I could scope out the deals. Picking up was seamless, easy and fast paying cash in person. I was able to find street parking outside without a problem on a weekday morning. 6/6/26 update-- Yesterday was my last visit to "Varda"…read more Picked up a ColdFire cartridge which Rustin had recommended months ago. And picked up a Pure Beauty collab joint which Aliyah had also recommended months ago-- products I've been consistently satisfied with and recommended by beloved people I trust. The only reason I continued to support this location was because of the people that shaped my experiences there and beyond the warehouse doors. And even then, it has been incredibly off-putting to visit since December's Stiiizy buyout because of the obvious poor treatment of those people that have poured so much care into their community and who really ought to be running their own companies with the expertise they carry. Found out yesterday Rustin was fired (and if you look through these reviews and the profits he's pulled for this place, you'll easily understand how f****** stupid that is). Not at all worried about him because there's a world of abundance that will mutually benefit from having him. And plenty of locally owned brands that I'm looking forward to supporting. After three years, I'll miss walking in looking forward to seeing these people I grew to love- who made every day better with the care they put forward no matter how burnt out they may have been feeling. Life goes on though, and I'll be looking forward to what's next. Congrats to Rustin, Amy, Michael, and all the wonderful people that have crossed my life in this space that have grown beyond it.

I've tried calling them multiple times in the last month and they have never picked up but finally, I was able to get on the phone with them today and a young woman picked up the phone. I asked her if there was a manager in, and she said no, and I explained my situation and how frustrating it is. Do you know what she did? She hung up on me before I could even continue talking.
