The owner, Faruk, is not only professional but also very kind and understanding. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and makes sure everything is done with excellence. I arrived around 7:20 PM, and the worker who helped me, Bato, went above and beyond. He was patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. His kindness really stood out and made the whole experience even better. The setup here is incredible they have top-notch reverse osmosis, Kangen water, and an overall amazing filtration system. Everything is clean, organized, and very well put together. This place offers both great service and high-quality water, which is hard to find. Grocery stores Im seeing $2.19/gall. He power washes all the containers and sells the BPA-free containers to reduce microplastics. The biggest issue with drinking water today bar none. A good guy who is downtrodden because he created a great shop but not enough people come. Hs literally has to work next door at the liquor store to pay his bills. So if u come when he's working the sign he leavess says he's right next door then comes immediately. Save money. Get great water. Help a small business owner. Trader Joes "natural mountain spring water sells for the approximate equivalent of $2.29/gall (the 1.5L bottles they sell for .79). And the aim is to drink 8 glasses a day! 1/2gal/day. If u drink 1/2 that(which is really very little) Its about 8 gallons a month. Should b 16. Lets say you drink 12galls/mo. On avg that's $27mo. You get his alkaline water w/ electrolytes - healing water - for a lower price or get cleaner-than-bottled drinking water cause that sits in plastic and his dosnt. And its costs $6 instead of $24. A month. Just Sayin'. Buy water from J&A Water on Allen St just north of the 210 if u live in Pasadena! It makes a difference!

The business is right next to the street and has virtually no parking -- only about three street parking spaces. I literally had to fight to find a spot. It was also dangerous trying to pull in and out because of the oncoming traffic from Washington. There is very little room to maneuver, which made the parking situation even more frustrating and unsafe. Once I got inside, I mentioned to the man working there that parking was a real pain. His response was extremely rude and dismissive. He basically told me, "It is what it is. If you don't like it, you don't have to come here to get water." That attitude completely turned me off. The way he spoke to me came across as very disrespectful and dismissive toward me as a woman -- almost like a "don't tell me what to do" attitude. I got my water and left. I will never come back. Customer service matters, and there was absolutely no sense of courtesy, care, or appreciation for the customer here. I would rather drive farther to go somewhere where customers are actually treated with respect. The only reason I give a 2 star is he push my water to my car.

ok. lets start with Very very friendly people work here.. i have been in pasadena for 24years and have not seen a store like this.... water.... alkaline water.... there is a big system that purifies water.. only $1.00 gallone. and purified water for only $0.30 cellphones alot of choices with the best deals for sure. and this guys are amazing with cellphone info.. i been other cellphone stores they only want to sell a phone to you , but this guys ... they will explaine to you every single info on a phone you are interested in. no rush or nothing i spent 15 minutes asking questions before i got my i phone.
