Went in for vape juice and specifically said no menthol, ended up with menthol. There is nothing upfront to choose from in the shop, I asked for specific juice and clearly stated no menthols, he brings a box to the counter saying it's mango flavored, which I said I was fine with barring menthol (I was pretty clear about that), rings it up without letting me see it and once my payment goes through finally let's me see what I've purchased. Lo and behold it's "iced" meaning menthol......I paid probably 2.5 times as much compared to any vape website to not even be listened to at all. I would have tried to return but the shop keep clearly had a friend who kept his attention and I'll just deal with never coming back here again. I'm editing my previous review, because after so many years going to this shop, the owner has hired some extremely rude pr indifferent employees who have zero knowledge of their products, which by the way are of extremely low quality. Things break, or don't work. They will sell you an open pkg of say fancy moderately priced lighter, with scotches and obvious lots of use, and refuse to exchange or refund. Now, I'm told I must go Mondays or Tuesdays to speak with the owner about the junk they are selling, ask for a refund of the item, I have_ already purchased twice and both are short. $50, $13 lighter that was crap the day I bought it, along with a can of butane, another entire waste. read more

This place is the best tobacco store that I have been to in the Los Angeles Area.... At least for cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, hookah, capes, etc. They do sell some decent cigar brands, but this isn't the place to go for cigars- it's just not really what they are trying to do. But friendly staff and most importantly, mind-boggling prices.... Seriously the prices are on par with tobacco stores on Indian Reservations. If you go to the gas station around the corner on Arroyo, their prices will be double. The place can get busy, but worth the wait. I plan on never stepping foot in another 7-11 as long as I'm in the LA area. read more
