The worker (Asian) asked him what he needed and after telling her, she just told him the "flavors are on the window". After returning to the car and telling me what happened, I (Asian American) decided to see if I can walk in and as I did, a customer (Asian) walked out and she let me in. After seeing him try to go in (which is a clear indication he would prefer in-store shopping or at least an opening for her to ask him if he would like to enter. As a store owner, you did not try to provide a line of communication to me to resolve this issue with you directly. Instead, you told us to not jump to conclusions and assumptions, your staff is "hurt" and how us as a customer could've done better to shop at your establishment. Also, as a tip, being an ally is more than just saying "we are proud to stand as an Ally." It's about putting in work and communication.
