Most definitely coming back into this store. Great deal a verity of good pipes and bongs come and tell your friends.

Got a good deal for a zong today, the man was helpful and gave a good deal, one of the original smoke shops in El Monte!

Don't waste ur time money gas or ur breath with these guys. Complete rip off tried selling me old dried out cigars and as I ask him questions I already have the answers to, he makes up his prices on the spot asking $2 for $1.49 double pack n the corner liquor sells them for $1.63 with tax. He's a hassle n tries to give u ultimatums because he's the only one open on a holiday.. over priced or comes up with the price on his pipes n bongs. If there was no stars on here he'd get them. He also refused service to a friend of mine for paying him .50 in pennies.. some great customer service here i tell you. Don't waste ur time money gas or breath with them. Unless u feel like over paying. read more

This Place Is Seriously The WORST smoke shop i have EVER been to! We Bought A "PERFECTION PEN" frome here in other words a "G PEN" for wax. However , it did NOT come Brand New , None Of them Looked Like it , scratches and all . But we needed one for the day since we lost ours that same day And we bout it for $45 . he wanted it for $60 but the last one we had was WAY more Nicer and Cost us $35 . Anyways to come home Pack it and then It burns Once And Just Stops Burning our wax. so we go back the same day , its closed . then next day we go and Hes Says We Broke it so NO Refunds and not even a Dam EXCHANGE. Plus he and another female were rude . never ever going here agin! im a Daily smoker , and i always am going to smoke shops but this smoke shop is far From any Great expectations . Those who come here Go To BRAZILS SMOKE SHOP in whitter in the Commerence Center ! way cheaper , And The stuff is waaay better. read more

This is the BEST smoke shop!! Good service and always leave happy. Also gave me a free case for my new item. Awesome!!!

I purchased a HYPE bar from this location on 5/22/21 with the 2,000+ puffs, which usually will last me at least 3 weeks. This one ran out on me on 5/28/21, which was six days. Grant you im an occasional smoker who usually only has to purchase two a month give or take. FYI i have experienced defective puff bars in the past, and have had it exchanged in all other locations i have gone too. This is a known issue. I called this location, and as soon as i told this young lady my problem. She automatically said sorry no exchanges or refunds, even before i can explain my issue. Before i even had the chance to respond, she HUNG UP ON ME. I called back to confront her, and she said she didn't hear a response so she hung up. Which was literally two seconds. I tried telling her my issue again, and that its pretty common. She said she never heard of the issue before, and they cant exchange it because everyone would be coming in saying that theirs is defective, implying that i may be lying. I told her thanks for nothing, and hung up the phone. Anyways this the worst customer service experience i've had in a while. So much that i don't even write reviews on yelp, and took the time to write this one. If you are looking for a nice, honest, and reliable smoke shop, i suggest to avoid this one at all costs. read more

Wack ass shop over pricing all supplies. I go in for a pack of swishers and it clearly says 99cents a pack so I grab 2 packs making it 2 bucks. The old fuck rings me up and says 4bucks I laugh at him and say it says a dollar and he looks at me and says not here!! I tell him get the fuck out with that price, your crazy read more

Great place. Selection of vaporizers are limited, but the one that I did get was a great deal. The clerk went out of his way to show me different options on the internet, but I decided to get the Easy Vape that was in stock. I paid $65 while it's about $110 on the internet, so that's a pretty good bargain and that's their regular price. I recommend this place, but always remember that smoke shops don't have a return or exchange policy. Legit. read more

Incredibly friendly and professional. They carry Salvia 40x, 60x and a shit ton of pipes and all smoke accessories.

This really is the Best Smoke Shop. The owner is really cool and he'll make sure you find what you need at a price you can afford, even if it means lowering the price of the item. I'm telling you, he's the bee's knees. I've been to a million smoke shops all over LA but the Best one is the one right here at home in El Monte. read more
