If you offer basic politeness, at the very least, you will be treated like Norm from Cheers, here. These guys, especially the owner, David, are pretty much as straight up as they come. They will honor your business, but they won't stomach B.S. Just be straight, and they will honor that. I decided to write a review on this location because this business deserves the right to thrive. Across the board, I have found respectful--and even warm--welcoming and fair business transactions where the staff goes out of their way to help the customers (within reason). I have seen staff actually help customers with no means of actually buying anything as though they were VIP's. And I would say I've rarely seen this, except I've NEVER seen this at a smoke shop, before... Prices are fair and practical, and the other equipment supplied, from pipes, lighters, ashtrays, to vape mods and juices are priced with the needs and finances of the customer in mind. This actually surprised me, seeing the labeled price, for a clone at other shops, being worn by the actual mods in the display cases to be a source of the comment: "This is too good to be true." If you're familiar with my posts, you know I rarely write reviews, and smoke shops have always been something I've avoided because customer service and sales prices can be so inconsistent from visit to visit and I've just never found it was worth it to post. I was familiar with the old shop at the same location and the bad reputation it had garnered in the community rather unfairly transferred over to the new owners occupying this spot. THESE ARE DIFFERENT PEOPLE! These guys are NOT going to rip you off. I recommend this place because I am treated like family every time I come in. I don't go out of my way, I just offer basic respect and it is returned with great warmth. From prices to feelings of good will, I felt I had to speak up due to the bad blood everyone rightly had with the old owners at this locations. Yeah, long review. But honestly, these guys deserve the praise. ...And it's close to my house, and I don't like driving to the other tobacco shops because they are not really friendly or affordable... Go in and check it out for yourselves. I'm not lying to you...
