Imagine going to a vape shop and you got good customer service. Well this one happens to do all of that. They made my dream a reality. I came here right before work and my friend needed a CBD fix. We called in to see if we can order via phone, however the man on the phone was telling us to come in since it was safe to come in! You come into this space that looks pretty nice and organized. The man that picked up the phone welcomed us in and guided us on what to get! He recommended a Koi CBD drip (sorry my lingo sucks) in the tropical flavor. It was pretty smooth. The best part was that he setted us up to our first huff. He took his time to talk to us and what we wanted. The guy was very patient especially since we didn't know what to do. He even went out of his way to explain every little thing to us so we actually can know what we are doing. Overall, i definitely enjoyed where I was at! The guy went through every step with us and made sure we knew what we were doing. I never really got that good of a service from a vape store. Usually come here to buy vapes like the relx and the bang and had no problem until today. The XXL bang I bought was brand new but went out in 10-20 puffs. It should have about 2000 puffs. This vape usually lasts me for a week but didn't even last me for 2-3 hours. I called the guy that took care of my purchase and he said there's no refund but I asked if they could do anything and he said "no just like other vape places do too they wouldn't do that". I agree with no refunds but if there is a malfunction they should replace it like other places do and I know a couple of other shops that would. Will not be coming back here again. The other smoke shop I go to is better, has better customer service, has more variety, doesn't sell fake vapes, and if there was a problem they would be gladly to replace it. read more

We have been vaping salt nic for the past 3 years now and have been having problems recently with throat pain. Came in here thinking that I knew what I wanted but the dude behind the counter dropped some knowledge on me and explained how I was doing everything wrong and how exactly to prevent coil leaking or spitting. Pretty dope vape spot for all your vaping needs. Been here a couple times for coils builds and mod purchases. I've never purchased any attys or juice here so i cant attest to how good or bad those prices are or how big or small the selection they have. Specifically, i came here last Saturday for a nickel build. I didnt catch the guys name but he did a really awesome job. I've gotten nickel builds at different vape shops before which were all good but this will be my go-to place for builds since its closer to home. All builds cost $5 (nickel or kanthal) which I think is over priced (minus 1 star). A service as small as a build should be free to their customers like other vape shops. It will be what keeps them coming back. Factoring the cost of wire and cotton, a build probably cost them less than 10 cents. Overall, ill definitely be back. They have a lot of the latest atty and mods. The last mod i bought from them was definitely priced significantly lower than competing vape shops close by.
