Didn't know what vape was and didn't really care till i went to Vape Three based on reviews. As others pointed out was exactly how I felt. Will was the guy who helped me out. He was very knowledgable. That guy is a character, in a good way. Jason was also there and was helpful. He asked me a few questions to see what I was looking for. The set up, the budget, and what not. It was overwhelming because I didn't know what was needed but Will had the patience and knowledge to give this noob the 411. Respectable. As he assembled my piece, I sat there trying many different flavors (they have a juice bar!) i tried more than 10 flavors! I ended up picking the dragon fruit......boy was that delicious! You also get a cookie to see if you win a bottle of juice. The prices were very competitive. The venue was spaces and has chairs and couches if you wanna relax and vape. So let me start off by saying this shop has a good selection of juices, mods tanks etc.. but the 1 thing that is stopping them from being a superior vape shop, is the service. The young guy whom helped me pretty much gives no fucks about the customer. Like dude we're spending our money at least try and be polite. Spent over 200$ nonetheless. If I had to pick a chill Vape place to go to, to get some delicious juices and great customer service, Vape Three would be the place to pick. The plaza that this shop is located at has great amounts of parking and the shop in general has a great vibe to it. There are couches and chairs to chill on, any questions you ask, you will get some knowledgeable information passed on back to you. I had to go and get a rebuild that I was too lazy to do myself, plus I needed some new juices to vape, they have a great selection of juices to try and they rebuild it really great. Will helped me out and recommended some stuff that my taste buds would enjoy. They also have a bunch of different mods you could get, wicks, batteries, tips, etc. Pricing here is great, they take cash or card, and every time you buy, they enter you into a raffle where you could win something like vape juices. Let me just start of by saying that I've never Vape before & know absolutely nothing about the vaping world. However for some odd reason i have been researching a little about Vape pens & mods because I've been wanting one. I've lived in El Monte for ever & I didn't know there was a Vape shop here so that was a plus for me. So I came in & I believe Jason was the one that greeted us right away & was very helpful. I was straight up honest to him that I didn't know anything & he didn't judge or anything. He just continued on to educate me on everything & what would be best for beginners. Another thing that I LOVED was that since he knew I was new & all, he did not take advantage to try to up sell me bs. I know other places if you don't know anything they see it as an opportunity to make you drop hella bills but Jason (& I hope that's his name if I'm not mistaken) was very honest & made me feel welcomed. I ended leaving with a $30 vaping pen & the strawberry juice for $25 so in total it was $60.50 with tax. Really good. Especially for a beginner. Another plus was that he even taught me how to set it up, how to change the filters, refill the glass & everything. What a great spot to come to for your vape needs! Will, the associate who helped us, is super knowledgeable about his work and is also a great friendly guy. Place is a little hidden but it definitely is in the same shopping center as the East Bank. It is super clean inside and has very reasonable prices for juices and vapes. I was new to the area so I found this Vape shop nearby. This is the only one in the El Monte area that I could find. I have been here a few times now. They do not have a rewards program here like most Vape shops do but I still go here anyway because of the great customer service. I bought a pack of Cleito coils once that were not working properly and they were kind enough to replace them for me after I had already opened the box. You don't see customer service like that often in a Vape shop... probably because most of the time you're dealing with some employee that has no say in the business and just follows what his boss tells him to.
