I've been coming here for over a year now, so this review is long overdue…read more This is a great little smoke shop. Besides their well stocked cigarettes and a variety of everything you could ever want or need for smoking and vaping, they also have some unrelated, ever changing stock of potentially useful and sometimes very random and unique general household items, ranging from toys, to fresh made incense and oils, general auto care supplies, kitchen gadgets, tools and small appliances, popular and handy DIY tools, sewing supplies, laundry and cleaning supplies , hygiene and hair care.. I always take a look... And as most people have already mentioned.. The customer service has always been top notch for me, since day 1. They know how to take good care of their customers. In my opinion, they go beyond the typical rewards card offers other smoke shops tend to do.. While rewards card offers aren't necessarily bad. You can make the argument either way.. Personally, I feel like the rewards card method in this niche, while it's systematic approach aims to be a cost effective way to benefit everyone on all sides equally, it has it's limitations and lacks personalization, and feels distant, in its automation, and feels like someone is just doing their job. Their prices are competitive, and when you've spent a good amount of money there, they often go the extra mile to throw in discounts or add in a small free gift. And they tend to remember you when you come back in again.. I feel like, It's those small spontaneous gestures that let you know you are appreciated as a customer. I have been to their other location only once, it's also worth checking out.

Prices are by far the best that I've seen in Southern California yet. Clean restroom, great ventilation, snacks and candy for when that buzz creeps up on you. Staff was amazing as is the lounge itself. Plenty of comfortable seating with easy access to ashtrays and lighters no matter where you sit. TV had baseball on when I got here, and then switched over to some great ambient visuals when the game was over. Great jazz music playing in the background, but not too loud that you can enjoy a conversation. Great membership option as well!!! Street parking right outside the front door, and a private lot with a back entrance in the rear of the building. If you haven't been here yet and are looking for somewhere new for a great cigar experience, you must try this place!! Minimum 25-minute drive for me when I'm visiting, but well with every minute. See you there soon!!!

Respect, at this location, is KEY: They will offer it, but it is implied that respect is to be…read moremutually returned. If you offer basic politeness, at the very least, you will be treated like Norm from Cheers, here. These guys, especially the owner, David, are pretty much as straight up as they come. They will honor your business, but they won't stomach B.S. Just be straight, and they will honor that. I decided to write a review on this location because this business deserves the right to thrive. Across the board, I have found respectful--and even warm--welcoming and fair business transactions where the staff goes out of their way to help the customers (within reason). I have seen staff actually help customers with no means of actually buying anything as though they were VIP's. And I would say I've rarely seen this, except I've NEVER seen this at a smoke shop, before... Prices are fair and practical, and the other equipment supplied, from pipes, lighters, ashtrays, to vape mods and juices are priced with the needs and finances of the customer in mind. This actually surprised me, seeing the labeled price, for a clone at other shops, being worn by the actual mods in the display cases to be a source of the comment: "This is too good to be true." If you're familiar with my posts, you know I rarely write reviews, and smoke shops have always been something I've avoided because customer service and sales prices can be so inconsistent from visit to visit and I've just never found it was worth it to post. I was familiar with the old shop at the same location and the bad reputation it had garnered in the community rather unfairly transferred over to the new owners occupying this spot. THESE ARE DIFFERENT PEOPLE! These guys are NOT going to rip you off. I recommend this place because I am treated like family every time I come in. I don't go out of my way, I just offer basic respect and it is returned with great warmth. From prices to feelings of good will, I felt I had to speak up due to the bad blood everyone rightly had with the old owners at this locations. Yeah, long review. But honestly, these guys deserve the praise. ...And it's close to my house, and I don't like driving to the other tobacco shops because they are not really friendly or affordable... Go in and check it out for yourselves. I'm not lying to you...
