The owners and staffs are all extremely helpful, humble, and most importantly, understanding. They always recommend me to open and take a look at their products before leaving the store. If i am unhappy with an item, they have swapped it out for me right away and made sure i left the store more than satisfied. If you are in the area, and are looking for a good, trustworthy smoke shop. I highly recommend making a stop at this joint and checking it out. Everything is well kept, awesome cigar room, never a broken item on the shelf, and friendly staffs. Location is great. There is always parking, grocery markets on the same street, food, drinks, etc. You can get all your smoking essentials and whatever else you need to do all at once. SELLS BROKEN PRODUCTS Frequent customer, always happy with the service however, I picked up some glassware and when I got home I found some small cracks in the product. No problem, the guy working the counter is nice enough so I figured I'd just go back and replace it. The problem wasn't him, it was the owner. He explained to me that all sales are final and that he couldn't replace it. He then accused me of breaking it and trying to return it. The thing is $25, not a big deal but the guy just does bad business. What would have cost him $25 to replace is now going to cost him a loyal customer. Elite Smoke shop is true to its name. Every time I go in everyone is very friendly and eager to assist, more importantly they are very knowledgeable with all the products they have. I have to give a special shout-out to Christian. I came in today thinking that my vape mod is broken and in need to replace. I am very lucky to have Christian assist me. The shop sold me a faulty product and when I tried to return it after testing in my car they said no because of a so called store policy but never informed me about that policy. This so called policy is not posted anywhere on the store and is apparently not need to be told to the customer. Worker also admitted to letting multiple people a vape and then reselling it. NEVER COME This shop is a complete health hazard. Then got told it was my fault. This shop is unprofessional and a joke. Product here aren't worth the money and owner won't take responsibility of faulty product or broken products they sell. The owner would rather blame you than take accountably for scamming money buy selling broken products. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE. The store sell's defective products and refuses to exchange! I thought I am the only one scammed by this smoke shop, but when I went to write a review, I saw the same concerns over an over. I bought an Elf bar, came to exchange it (after figuring out it was not working). Sure people who smoke know that it happens that sometimes an Elf Bar may be defective and any smoke shop must exchange it within an appropriate timeframe for the return. A lady named Jacqueline refused to do so. I asked to call the manager, because this is ridiculous to pay $25 and have a defective product on hand, she claimed "I am the manager". Well, sure she is not, according to the way she speaks and treats the customers. This business should rethink their policy as well as their hiring process. The "manager" was extremely rude, did not know anything about the product and did not even bothered to help. Disgusting place with cheap people. I recommend Monarch Smoke shop just 2-3 mins away from this place. read more

I've been looking for a great smoke shop and I finally found one. Elite Smoke Shop has a wide selection of excellent quality pipes at competitive prices that compare well with online options. Tons of accessories too. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions to the best of his ability and didn't try pressuring me to buy a piece before I felt ready. All the merchandise is displayed beautifully, so I got a good feel for each piece just by sight. A lot of more local shops have weird, dark, and dusty display windows which make window shopping unpleasant. Elite Smoke Shop is a fair distance from my neighborhood, but it's worth the trip. I'd say they're on par with shops you'd find in L.A. or Venice. read more
