To be honest, I've heard of this place from multiple employees since we all use the same style of vapes. We all enjoy supporting our national brands like Relx. I usually go to a location near the 99 ranch in san gabriel to pick up my pods as that place have all the flavors i want in stock at all times in great prices. I've bought in bulk with employees multiple times from here, but I've never came myself. They usually go and I would alipay them the difference when they come back. This time I was in the area after a business meeting and I decided to stop by and stock up on a couple dozen boxes for me and my employees as I am near out of pods and I did not want to drive all the way to San Gabriel to pick up from my usual location. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the manager(?) of the location. His name was Sky? I'm not too sure if he was the owner or the manager as I have asked him first if he was the owner as the other guy my employees always see wasn't here and he said yes, but then I asked if he was actually the manager and he also said yes. I'm a bit confused as to whether he was the manager or owner. That is not the issue here, as that wasn't what led to me giving a 2 star review. What led me to give a 2 star review was the fact that he always tries to oversell me on vapes. I get it, you're a brick and mortar store and you need to make some money, but always showing me new pods and introducing me to things that I have no interest in when the only thing I came in for was relx pods is disgusting of what a business owner/manager should do. If you know you're customer only wanted a certain item, show them the item and finish the transaction. I've ran multiple ecommerce business locally and internationally and I've never worked this way for all my clientele. I hope whoever the owner or manager actually look into this employee named Sky and give him proper training. As a salesperson from the roots, this is not how I would train my employees. You can see from my yelp profile I don't do reviews, I made this account specifically to write this review as soon as I got into my office. Listen to your customers and stop overselling. If it wasn't for the fact that he kept showing me new product and suggesting different flavors I would've bought 30-40 packs of Relx watermelon and strawberry pods. Those two are the only flavors I use and most of my employees uses. I saw you have another location in City of Industry. I have a business appointment there with a vendor in the next month. I will go check out that place, hopefully its for the better than this location. Overall: I wouldn't recommend this place as the employee Sky has no idea of his employee title and he seems to like to oversell on products and potentially overload future potential customers and prevent future retail sales. 2 out of 5 stars, wouldn't give it one star as the regular guy who works here is worth a star alone. A couple weeks ago I originally called to see if they had the smok priv in stock because I ordered from element Vape and they cancelled it last minute :( and the other mod I had at the moment wasn't working correctly, So I was in need of a new one. They didn't have the exact model I wanted but person that answered the phone told me they had something else in stock that he recommended so I checked it out in person and it was the Geekvape Aegis Zeus. When I was at the store the customer service here was really welcoming/patient and I'm glad that he didn't assume I knew everything about vaping and he was willing to teach me how to set it up and what juices to use step by step. He was also really open to answering any questions I had and made me feel really comfortable compared to other vape shops that have a intimidating vibe that just want u to buy something then gtfo LOL. This was my first time visiting vape site and although it was a bit hard to find (in the most back of the plaza wedged behind every other building) it was throughly enjoyable. Walking into vape site, I was immediately greeted and helped. I had driven over 45minutes to purchase 2 packs of cool melon for my phix pods and asked if they had a website I could order off of, they handed me their business card with their online store and had provided me a10% discount off my purchase with a yelp check in. The man who helped me (sadly I could not remember his name) also told me that they do offer free shipping above a certain price threshold. They do provide a good range of other vape products but seeing as I was not interested in anything other than phix products, I cannot vouch for their wares but if you are looking specifically for phix pods from brewell, this is your place to go. read more

I came from out of town. I was djing a Rave over the weekend of 4/20 and I had my tank leak all of my juice out. I had forgotten my ejuice and now had an empty tank. Imagine the feeling of no juice and an empty tank all while staying out of town for 4 days. Welp I hit yelp while I was lounging in my hotel room in search of a close vape shop (I was staying at hilton on valley) and I found this spot. I walked in and was welcomed right away , I was looking for some kind of Berry Cream flavor (my tank was filled with emoji gelato). The cashier brought me a few flavors to smell from popcorn to banana, but the one that stood out was Emoji blue raspberry. I asked for a bottle of that and also picked up a gold baby beast smok tank. The cashier also took apart my old tank and made sure everything was tightened just incase they may have been thr cause of the leak. Over all , it was a great shopping experience and customer service was excellent. I got an awesome juice that produces huge clouds and great flavor. They didnt have a couple things I was looking for and the juices were minimal at that time but I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back if I am in the area again. read more

Very friendly and more than willing to help with any vape needs from ego twists to mechanical mods. Knowledge of products: 5/5 the owner knows everything there is to know about what he carries, you'd be surprised how many times other shops don't know what some of their products are or the details of it. Knows how to build everything from RDAs to Genesis style to Kayfun style atomizers. This is what caught my eye the most. Price: 5/5 they have excellent prices. Like the lowest price for quality mechanicals compared to any shops I have been to. Their e-juice prices are on par with any other place. Experience: 4.5/5 I really liked it here however the only drawback is that it's in a newer plaza and there's not many store opening until next month. But as of now there's not too much around. The main head of this place, Sky, is very kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place because they have the top/popular brands of e-juices (e.g., the Vaping Rabbit, Villain Vapors, Suicide BuHalcyon, The only reason why I come here is because this place is the only place in the area which has my favorite brand of e-juice, "The Vaping Rabbit." My top favorite flavors are The Hatter (Creamy Flan Nepolitino) and White Rabbit (like lemon/blueberry). I don't get tired of The Hatter (or any other flavors) so I can Vape on it and be content all day. When Sky didn't have it in a 6 or 9 mg, he usually mixes it for me and sometimes the nicotine is stronger than I expected, but now since I've cut down, the 3 is perfect.
