It was like a red carpet event. Walk right in and you get to take pictures with the background. Lots of t-shirts and baseball caps and lanyards in a swag bag. Lots of different vape pens and juices to choose from. If you're a beginner, they will hook it up. If you're not, come try the many different flavors they have in stock. Service: Johnny was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the vaping devices and juices. He helped me change out my coil and install a glass protector to prevent my tank glass from breaking. They have a very wide collection of old school juices and the new salts. They have a really good selection of salt disposables to try out. Really Awesome. The Value here is great because they are always running promotions on juice and devices. The Caliburn G3 is really nice and portable and has adjustable wattage and works with both old school and salt juice when using the corresponding coils. What happened to the people who used to work here? I used to come here in college and there was nothing but good vibes. People were eager to help you out, talk to you about new products, describe flavors, ask you how your day was, etc. Now when you ask a question you either get a short, blunt answer and they just stand there and stare at you in a standoff-ish manner. I asked if they had a certain flavor for a certain brand and the guy literally says, "Nah." ?????? Me: Can you recommend a similar flavor with a different brand? Him: *points to a box without saying anything* Literally pure silence from him. There was a second guy that was hiding behind the partition just staring at his friend in pure silence too. So freaking weird. Also, the flavor that I wanted was guava and he pointed to a banana flavor???? Wtf? Not sure if they're smoking something else here but that wasn't it. Every time I go into the store they are so kind, and hospitable. There are tons of Vape Shops out there. I choose this place because of the Yelp Reviews, which was on point. They sell a variety of e-juice, mods, tanks, and accessories. The e-juice menu is displayed on three flat-screen televisions. Each juice has descriptions of the flavors and who made it. All the e-juice are organized and they have several to choose from. ::E-Juice:: I've been purchasing juices for gifts and at one point for myself but not anymore. The juices I've got from this store I've been happy with. I am a very picky juice person so I will try everything until I find "The Juice". My favorite would be the Holy Grail by Steep. ::Customer Service:: I've been here three times and the customer service has always been good. In my recent visit, Meng, Luke, and Daniel helped me find a couple of juices. They were very patient and helpful. I think I was there for an hour asking to taste all the different juice flavors. They also asked what flavors I liked and suggested what to try. If I didn't like the flavors they suggested, no hard feelings; they continued recommending other ones. Meng, Luke, and Daniel were very attentive and friendly. They provided excellent customer service and will definitely be back because of them. ::Highlight:: If you want an e-juice and it only comes in a zero, they can add the nicotine for you. Just tell them the level of nicotine you want. ::"MeH" Moment:: I wish they offered some or even all their juice testers to be zero and/or a lower level of nicotine because all (practically most) their juice testers is a six. For me, I don't really vape, so testing a lot of juices with level six nicotine got me light headed. I'm not a vape expert either but when I try zero juices, I can taste the true flavors of the juice. The nicotine can alter the flavor (I think).
