Possibly will give another star if the product is good... but unfortunately the customer service in a whole was very disappointing. I use local delivery services very often and spend $90 + every time....My last text message to the delivery service was... ...." Yup, just got it.. very disappointed with the service. 2-3 hours turned into 3 1/2 hours. No update until I reached out. And then the ETA was still not met. Even after the fact, this issue is simply blown off/ let go. It would of been better from the customer standpoint to at least have a curtesy call/ text. I was a r​egular customer of this place for a few years. There was a time I would have rated them a full 5 stars, but after my most recent experience with them I've been left with great disappointment and disgust. I struggle financially and I have GI health problems, as well as some neurological health issues. I find great relief without the complications of standard pharmaceuticals through cannabis, and this shop had become my first choice for getting the relief I need. In my most recent experience I placed an order online and had asked if a combined form of payment would be accepted upon delivery (cash and cards because I did not have the full amount due in a single form) I was told it would be ok. When the driver arrived with my order I proceeded to explain once more how I was intending to pay, how much cash I had ,and how much exact balance needed to be charged to each card to complete the payment. Although I understand that from a merchant's point of view, this requires a couple of additional steps I don't believe it's that complicated to do Unfortunately, the driver made a mistake and we had a miscommunication. It was not clear to me that one of the cards had declined because he attempted to charge an amount to high, and then he proceeded to attempt charging the same amount on a different card. Long story short, he ended up mixing up the cards and the amounts that needed to be charged, and his solution to this was to refund me the amount he charged and start all over. This consequently left me at a lower balance than when we started and it takes banks up to 3 days to process refunds. So I was left without my cannabis, without my relief and 25% less money for the next 3 days. All the driver needed to do was NOT refund anything and simply swipe the card again, do a little quick mental math and finish the transaction, but that's not what happened. I expressed my frustration and issued a complaint to the individual who confirms orders via text message as I thought they would help and offer a solution, but instead I was told "sorry you feel that way it's an issue with your bank" First of all, no, it was an issue with the driver having poor basic problem solving skills and not listening carefully to the customer. Secondly, "sorry you feel that way" was a back handed apology to shift the blame on me and my bank. The bank wouldn't have been an issue had they done what was requested. I lost my cool and cursed at these people and I feel bad for it, but this was the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a simple sale using combined payment forms and was dismissed for complaining. I ordered an eighth of the "platinum cookie" which is said to be Private reserve and they claim to be better than Girl Scout cookies. When I got my delivery I was immediately disappointed when I began to see the quality. The one nugg I broke down had at least 5 seeds in one tiny nugg. There was very little affect and smelled like terrible shake. When I went to complain they offered to throw a little extra on my next order. Why would I pay another $40 for more marijuana where the description is hyped up and false. Very disappointed won't be using their service again and I don't recommend. read more
