I use local delivery services very often and spend $90 + every time....My last text message to the delivery service was... ...." Yup, just got it.. very disappointed with the service. 2-3 hours turned into 3 1/2 hours. No update until I reached out. And then the ETA was still not met. Even after the fact, this issue is simply blown off/ let go. It would of been better from the customer standpoint to at least have a curtesy call/ text. Thank you for getting the delivery set up, stay safe, and have a great weekend." No response .... or care. Unfortunate way to treat patients. I honestly know and believe that I was more than patient..... I highly doubt these 5 star reviews are from regular patient's that are experiencing similar situations.

Went home opened it and it was a fake pen. I returned the next day to complain about my fake pen and the tender was basically telling me there's nothing he could do, so he called the manager over then she said there was nothing she could do but trade it out for a different flavor. I told her the pen is fake. Why would I want another fake pen .They claimed to have vendors that go and sell but everyone knows "dab Woods" has a lot of fake vendors . I asked her if there was something else I can get from a different company and she said no so I told her she can keep the money and walked out . I usually go to LEGIT shops. Only reason I stopped at this one was because there is not many local shops and this one was a local shop that was open NEVER AGAIN. This place needs to get shut down!

This last time we came, we got a super friendly guy who was not shy in saying come closer so he can help us which was really nice. It felt like this was his house and his business so let me welcome you in. Loved his vibe, super easy to talk to and he was really great in just knowing at the top of his head what inventory they had. Super knowledgeable and helpful in asking us what kind of high we were looking for! You can go to any dispensary and buy whatever but it really makes a difference when you have someone who welcomes you in, is patient, knowledge and super helpful. We'll be back!
