Horrible shop doing bad business. Went around an hour before closing and ask the girl what does she recommend for the disposable pens. She recommended a pen I got that was $50. Went home opened it and it was a fake pen. I returned the next day to complain about my fake pen and the tender was basically telling me there's nothing he could do, so he called the manager over then she said there was nothing she could do but trade it out for a different flavor. I told her the pen is fake. Why would I want another fake pen .They claimed to have vendors that go and sell but everyone knows "dab Woods" has a lot of fake vendors . I asked her if there was something else I can get from a different company and she said no so I told her she can keep the money and walked out . I usually go to LEGIT shops. Only reason I stopped at this one was because there is not many local shops and this one was a local shop that was open NEVER AGAIN. This place needs to get shut down! read more

Been coming here since it opened. A few years ago. Everyone has been pretty nice and respectful but I come in with a pretty positive attitude. They are pretty cool about giving a shot to people looking for a job but some you can tell, don't have experience. Some catch on and some don't but they are all good kids (young adults). Lots of brand reps come by and have booths and give free stuff. They have a points system and I'm always getting $5 off free prerolls and daily deals. Just depends on your needs. Always have wide range of flower. House crumble and shatter is good for dabs. read more

Been smoking bud for a decent amount of time so have been through my fair share of good and not so good dispensaries. This was truly one of the worst ones I've been to which is disappointing as it's one of the closest ones in the proximity area of Covina/WC/Azusa so you'd think they'd used that to their advantage to get regulars from these areas. The staff/owner(s) are very rude and when you ask them for any help choosing a product, they either just stare at you and ignore you or they suggest the most expensive product they have. On top of that, every pod and disposable I have gotten from here has been fake/poor quality and every preroll/gram I've gotten from here has tasted and smelled horribly, honestly kind of like mold. Don't know how legit this place is as it doesn't really show up on Weedmaps or other websites but they definitely should do revisions/customer service training as this place could be popping/very popular if it was ran right. Especially because many of the neighboring cities don't have a dispensary, the closest one to me besides this one is Pomona 20 mins away so I would be here every week if their quality was higher! read more

One of the spots I've been coming to for a while now, their weed is really good, they have a good scent to it and the high is usually on point. I always get their midshelf since their prices are solid. I was gonna get their private reserve one time but the weed had a really strong cheese-y odor and not something I'd want in my lungs. Never had any issues. ATM machine is there if you need to withdraw money. Security at the front is always nice and budtenders are cool. They give you a stamp card which you can use after a certain amount of stamps. They have a first time customer eighth or a pack of 5 .5g pre rolls if I'm not wrong. Bought a throwaway hollowtip (2 gram) pen from them about 5/6 days ago and came back in because the power button randomly got stuck and gave out. Spoke to an Asian dude who seemed to be the boss or the owner because he jumped in before his employee could say anything and was so quick to say there's nothing he can do about it! Then preceeds to bang it in the counter "trying to fix it". I even asked him if there was anything he can do about it, anything and he was certain by saying no! Remind you that cart was completely full with the most 7/8 hits out of a 2 gram pen. At that point all you can do is walk away and not deal with business like this who rip you off. Didn't even expect a full swap because I did take a few hits, give me a deal on replacement , do your part as a business owner but instead you didn't. In life we get what we give!
