Went home opened it and it was a fake pen. I returned the next day to complain about my fake pen and the tender was basically telling me there's nothing he could do, so he called the manager over then she said there was nothing she could do but trade it out for a different flavor. I told her the pen is fake. Why would I want another fake pen .They claimed to have vendors that go and sell but everyone knows "dab Woods" has a lot of fake vendors . I asked her if there was something else I can get from a different company and she said no so I told her she can keep the money and walked out . I usually go to LEGIT shops. Only reason I stopped at this one was because there is not many local shops and this one was a local shop that was open NEVER AGAIN. This place needs to get shut down!

Whenever I see Mariah at the front, I know she's going to share the best deals they have that day. It's become a habit to visit and chat with her, which makes me more likely to return. Who wouldn't want to be a regular at a shop with such a positive atmosphere? I highly recommend everyone I know to check it out; it's a simple and enjoyable experience, even for newcomers.

The first time I came the guy was really patient in me trying to look at different things, every dispensary is different so I do my best to look around before just grabbing what I know or normally get. This last time we came, we got a super friendly guy who was not shy in saying come closer so he can help us which was really nice. It felt like this was his house and his business so let me welcome you in. Loved his vibe, super easy to talk to and he was really great in just knowing at the top of his head what inventory they had. Super knowledgeable and helpful in asking us what kind of high we were looking for! You can go to any dispensary and buy whatever but it really makes a difference when you have someone who welcomes you in, is patient, knowledge and super helpful. We'll be back!

Kitty told me that if I didn't have my money or card with me, I could not go back to my car to get my purse. I asked where this policy was posted because I did not see any signs explaining this rule or stating that tap-to-pay was not accepted. Instead of simply explaining the policy professionally, she accused me of having an attitude just because I questioned it. As a Black woman, the way I was spoken to and treated made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I left feeling that there may have been a racial element to the interaction, and no customer should ever leave a business feeling that way. I will not spend my money somewhere I do not feel respected or welcomed. To my fellow Black customers: please be aware of how you are treated and support businesses where you feel valued and accepted. Management should seriously address this situation and make sure store policies are clearly posted and applied consistently to every customer.
