Never disappoints! I'm here at least once a week and have been for MONTHS. As a regular, I love the ease of pick up with Weedmaps as well as their prices! Very reasonable and yes they offer a 1 time 30% off for new patients! They have some of my fav brands like stiiizy, plug play, sluggers, etc. The bud tenders are very friendly and knowledgeable with cannabis as well as with the sales going on in store. Always come here and everyone is always extremely helpful and nice, but for some reason this receptionist was giving everyone attitude. I walked in and had to greet her because all she did was stare at me and had her hand out for my ID. When I asked her about the wait she ignored me and then later said I can't give you any information on the wait time. She did the same to another customer and he walked out. Horrible and rude customer service today, went in for a pick up order and no greeting no smile just a blank stare and chuckle from the other girl behind the budtender. an incident happened on 4/20 where the budtender don't know or care to know her name just know she's the only one with red hair can't miss her! RUDE!!!! Definitely not a people person and has very little knowledge of the deals and products that are available. Do not buy Ashe carts. They only work with their proprietary batteries; I tried using their house Ashe brand carts on three separate batteries that I had, and none would work with their brand of cart. I had to waste money and buy one of their batteries in order for it to work. read more

They don't know the difference between white label and black label. Some even surprised that white label is a thing (90% of their supply is white labeled) And there's been some budtenders that don't know what a COA is or how to check if it the pack doesnt have a QR code. The main girl who's there working express pick up has disgustingly long fake nails, a scowl on her face and is either zombied out or straight up rude. Wonderful! I'm 62 and was a total pot head in high school and I stopped when I turned 20 and started my family. The kids are all moved out and I decided to spark up again. I came down here and bought a few bags of edibles gummies which I have never tried. Since I was a 70s stoner I was not aware about thc percentages and what not. So I ate the entire small box of Wyld gummies not realizing I had just consumed 100mg! I experienced a high that was practically psychedelic and ordered and consumed 2 large meat lovers pizzas. My wife told me after that I starred up at the ceiling with my mouth open, drooling for about 3 and a half hours. Avoid. I bought a burnt tasting microbar disposable yesterday and they refuse refund the day after. They said unless it's leaking oil or not emitting smoke they can't help. Not to mention this place has rude employees at the front desk as well as the budtenders. The front desk told me I was able to exchange it, I made the 30 minute drive and then she said she couldn't refund. Waste of time. In addition, they don't ever tell you about deals or care to explain products. I would recommend going to a nearby dispo. The check in receptionist was very helpful in explaining the mobile express pick up and told me it would be easier for me to just walk in and choose my items. We've been coming here since they soft opened, even before they had their grand opening event and generally have always had a good experience. We tell everyone we know to come here. However, this last visit really left a sour taste. My husband went to do express pick up, which he had two phone calls about that confirmed the order and the total, and he also had an email receipt with a total. When he gets to the pick up line, the dude said he didn't have the exact items we ordered and then he tried to say it's an additional 8 dollars. When asked what the 8 dollars was for he simply tried to claim it was because of tax. That doesn't really make sense. Why call twice and confirm the order with the correct items and total, then when the person gets there it ends up being not only a different flavor but somehow ends up costing more. Feels like a bait and switch at that point. We have noticed a slow decline in their customer service, maybe their popularity makes them no longer care about that. read more
