Favorite dispensary forsure! they have awesome deals constantly. I believe they carry a lottttt of brands, my favorite deal is the sluggers BOGO. The lines are never too long and the workers are usually always pretty cool. it's taxeddddd fs. expect to pay a lot but hey you're getting what ur paying for so, you decide if its worth it lol read more

I just had one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful customer service experiences with an employee named Kitty, who has red and black hair. Kitty told me that if I didn't have my money or card with me, I could not go back to my car to get my purse. I asked where this policy was posted because I did not see any signs explaining this rule or stating that tap-to-pay was not accepted. Instead of simply explaining the policy professionally, she accused me of having an attitude just because I questioned it. As a Black woman, the way I was spoken to and treated made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I left feeling that there may have been a racial element to the interaction, and no customer should ever leave a business feeling that way. I will not spend my money somewhere I do not feel respected or welcomed. To my fellow Black customers: please be aware of how you are treated and support businesses where you feel valued and accepted. Management should seriously address this situation and make sure store policies are clearly posted and applied consistently to every customer. read more

My first time at Ashe was an excellent experience. It was Saturday morning, decent parking, no line, easy quick check in, 30% off for new customers, and a really nice selection in a modern boutique atmosphere. My budtender was Lisa and she was awesome and patient in showing me many different options. They have a wide selection from $3 pre-rolls to the expensive stuff like fancy pens and top-shelf brands. Overall a wonderful alternative to the dispensaries on the busy and dirty Holt Ave. They have secured a loyal customer read more

Been going here for a little over a year now and I love them! John was the wonderful (and prompted this review). Made sure I was maximizing the deals they had available and more importantly helped me understand the differences in the products so I can make the best decision! Great deals and great energy overall read more

I bought an all in one for 20USD from Ashe, it tasted dead on the first hit and the oil is clear, not the usual orange/yellow? Never going back. read more

Never disappoints! I'm here at least once a week and have been for MONTHS. As a regular, I love the ease of pick up with Weedmaps as well as their prices! Very reasonable and yes they offer a 1 time 30% off for new patients! They have some of my fav brands like stiiizy, plug play, sluggers, etc. The bud tenders are very friendly and knowledgeable with cannabis as well as with the sales going on in store. I loveeeee seeing the cute girly receptionists! They're quick and friendly at check in! John is always at online order station that not only remembers my name but is so cool to talk to! I always recommend this dispo to friends especially since they're woman owned. Will continue to come back :) read more

Sharry was fabulous and so helpful! Came in looking for something and found the loot. Thank you again!

Bogus reply. Service just gets worse, and selection just gets worse. I'd rather drive 40 miles west to pick up amazing amazing weed for cheaper read more

I always come here and purchased the sluggers pen on Sundays and get the buy one get one, I used one pen and went to use the other pen and it wasn't working, we went past the 72 hr to rent a purchase considering we come here all the time the manager would not accommodate to us considering this is a women owned business it is super disappointing that they wouldn't even try to get us or even help!! BOO read more

Love this place! The workers are super nice and helpful! Shout out to Danielle - she deserves a raise! I'll definitely be coming back

First time here and not the last. Easy to find lots of parking security there so ease of mind when exiting with your purchase Simple quick registration and only a few minutes of waiting to enter for purchase which makes me think a lot of people know this is a good place Met with bud tender nice guy informative and didn't try to sell me the most expensive products Price wise very competitive if not better than most other dispensaries choices were plentiful and at no time was I rushed Really like this place and you can see why employees like working there. Owners have done a great job. I love seeing what dispensaries are becoming clean safe places not like your local liquor store that harbors all types of strange people hanging around Sad to know that cities place a separate tax on dispensaries which is very unfair. read more

ashley, at the pomona location has no customer service. i got a cart and got my money tossed at me. for simply asking them why i'm being charged 10 more dollars then my usual i go to the store all the time for them to be dick heads and lack of customer service, they try to scam me and i receive all the attitude even after going back in there politely. i do not recommend this place this isn't the first time i've received this type of customer service , i would recommend jungle boys around the block more professional then ashe ! and has a better selection just be ready to spend a bit more. definitely worth it to not be belittled by a unprofessional employe that doesn't know how to count up change and gets butthurt when corrected ! read more

i've always gone to the location in santa ana when i went to uci and it was my absolute favourite dispensary; not any different here either 30% first timers and it's so simple to check in but you can get overwhelmed with how many types of strains and devices and everything there are xD big fan of the history as well as the murals !! read more

John was very nice and patient showed all the options and helped out with our budget lots of good options clean inside.

Always come here and everyone is always extremely helpful and nice, but for some reason this receptionist was giving everyone attitude. I walked in and had to greet her because all she did was stare at me and had her hand out for my ID. When I asked her about the wait she ignored me and then later said I can't give you any information on the wait time. She did the same to another customer and he walked out. Seems like this was a bad hire on Ashes part. Will be leaving this as a two star because her attitude towards patrons was extremely disrespectful. read more

Horrible and rude customer service today, went in for a pick up order and no greeting no smile just a blank stare and chuckle from the other girl behind the budtender. an incident happened on 4/20 where the budtender don't know or care to know her name just know she's the only one with red hair can't miss her! RUDE!!!! Definitely not a people person and has very little knowledge of the deals and products that are available. Today she was on express and recognized me clearly so she wanted to be rude not say hi or let me know that the deal I picked online was no longer running I had to ask if it was true because I got a message. Yet online today's date is 5/12 and the sheet clearly says the promotion was available but I'm not gonna waste money here to pay rude workers that have no respect. Will not be returning to this location, At least wait till the customer leaves to express yourself. read more

Thought I'd share this , bought 2x vapes bad and 2x 5g flower (dry flower )and all 4 products had September dates close to expiring , not cool . If you decide to purchase something check dates immediately."I didn't have time to return that same day , also have had bad experience in the past with there Manager" personnel over at Santa Ana location (far worse location ) which are horribly rude and inexperienced clearly don't care about there patients .So unfortunate. Stuck with expired Medicine read more

First time here, first time ever purchasing any marijuana product. I have metastatic cancer and was helped by Jacob. Took the time and answered all my questions. Highly recommend! read more

I never have complaints about this place, but FYI.....The Rove cartridges are not compatible with the ASHE batteries. The wax is too thick and I honestly think these batteries suck. Mine is new and its burnt my finger more than it has heated up my cart. I would've returned them both but I lost the receipt for one and my bf bought me the other and also doesnt have the receipt. I won't buy either again. read more

Love this place lots of good stuff! Irving was my budtender he was a cool guy! Would recommend

Do not buy Ashe carts. They only work with their proprietary batteries; I tried using their house Ashe brand carts on three separate batteries that I had, and none would work with their brand of cart. I had to waste money and buy one of their batteries in order for it to work. read more

Irving was great help definitely needs a raise helped me and put me on to some new products this guy knows his stuff fs

Most the bud tenders are cool but the manager needs to be fired, her name Freedom lol, giving wrong info for deals + bad attitude. We out here spending good money, and can't even ask questions without an eye roll or attitude. That ain't no way to run a retail, let alone manage. Just imagine how much business yall losing. ‍ Idk how they would put her as the manager. Leaving the dispensary in a bad mood is a first today.. read more

I absolutely love ASHE Society, ever since their grand opening I've been coming here weekly.. the service is always great and the selection of strains is amazing, definitely getting the value for your buck!! Irving provided the best service at a high speed picking the exact products I asked for. Bless that man! I love going to ASHE!

Selection is very limited. The staff aint the friendliest. The wait time is long and they charge all kinds of tax and fees.

Normally this place is great. however on my last visit I was "helped" by a person who was not the least bit interested. I reluctantly bought something based on his recommendation. the package said 14 grams but was more like 9 or 10, and the price was $6 more than it had been a few days before. also I asked for any special priced items in prerolls and he said he didn't have any. so we go to the checkout and right there was EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR! Only 2 PC left but better than nothing. This clown should not be dealing with the public in any capacity! read more

Customer service here kind of sucks. On SEVERAL occasions I have been turned away, because they randomly decide to close early. Hours of operation say they're open until 9:45pm, but that's a lie. Today I arrived at 9:40pm, but I've been turned away earlier than that in the past. If you're coming anytime after 9:00 save yourself the trouble and go the next day. read more

It's disappointing because Ashe has great concentrate for a great price along with reasonable priced pre rolls , carts, etc. However if you're looking for a dispensary with good vibes , knowledge , and experience you're not going to find it here. Great prices, horrible attitudes. The people who work behind the counter shouldn't even be called bud tenders. The main girl who's there working express pick up has disgustingly long fake nails, a scowl on her face and is either zombied out or straight up rude. When I've tried to ask for recommendations they usually just don't seem to have any knowledge or if they do they're being pretentious about it. The last time I went in, I tried to make small talk with the girl I previously mentioned at express , she didn't say a word and I'm positive it wasn't that she didn't hear me. To just straight up ignore your customers is absurd for a dispensary . read more

Really enjoy this shop. The people at the front counter and express are always very friendly and efficient at getting me in and out. My orders are always correct and ready just a short while later. Highly recommend ordering ahead it's always smooth. Great selections and quality. . read more

Everything about this place is amazing. The employees from the front desk to the budtenders. The product selection, prices, deals and esthetics are the best of the best. I love all the events they have as well. Can't go wrong going to this place on 4/20! See you guys again soon! read more

The greatest dispensary in the IE!!! been going for about a year now and i love all of my products everytime, its quick and easy and the employees are always the nicest people genuinely, they greet you when you walk in, when you walk out it's such a breath of fresh air when i go pick up, they have deals every now and then, you just have to look through their website, the only negative (-) i can think of is i wish they offered more deals/discounts like for example "with your 10th purchase you get 30% off your next order" stuff like that.... but other than that its a great place and id recommend to everybody :) read more

Worst customer service ever. They keep changing the closing time earlier and earlier every time I come. They do not actually close at 9:45.
