The parking situation is a bit of a hassle but this is still one of my favorite dispensaries in the area. There is a large variety of products that they offer in terms of type and brands. The products that they have also vary in pricing so there's something for all types of range. The check-in process is easy, just give them your ID and you'll be directed to enter the main room where are all the products are. I've never had a bad or rude budtender, but my friend has. I've been coming to Catalyst for almost a year and have spent quite a bit of money here, but unfortunately, I've consistently had issues with the wax pods not working. This has happened more than once or twice. I've had to come back and exchange products that simply didn't work. Today's experience was especially frustrating. The manager was not understanding of the situation and seemed to rush through everything instead of actually listening to my concerns. She supposedly gave me a battery as a courtesy for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but there was also a pod missing from my bag that I had exchanged because the original one didn't work. I had also purchased another separate pod, so I knew exactly what I was supposed to have. When I brought up the missing pod, I was told that the manager checked the cameras and saw that she had placed it in the bag. However, we were never actually shown the surveillance footage. We ended up spending about 10 minutes outside searching through our entire car looking for something we had already paid for, and unfortunately, it was nowhere to be found. What bothered me most was that after all of this, there was no real effort to make things right--not even offering points or something small for the inconvenience. I'm not asking for special treatment, but if I'm spending my hard-earned money at your business and there is an issue with my purchase, I expect the situation to be handled with some understanding and customer service. I've supported this business for almost a year, and it's disappointing to feel like that loyalty means nothing when there's a problem. Do better. Hire managers who actually care about their customers and know how to handle situations professionally. Customers are the reason businesses stay open, and we deserve to feel valued when we spend our money here. read more

I've been going here for a year as a regular and I love Catalyst. The selection is large, parking is easy and the cannabis specialists are seriously knowledgeable. I just went today and got 14 grams of Maven Shangri La flower at a great price. You can also bring your dog in as long as they behave and are in leash. I'll be back for sure. read more

I understand some patrons go to get high, for a lot of people this is medicine to help w a plethora of issues, so they come here seeking physical and mental remedies.. you guys really need to educate your staff if you want to be taken seriously by the impaired - whom i believe makes up a huge percentage of your profits. Staff is very kind, friendly and very informative with the products if you have any questions on what you're buying. I usually do online pick up orders, and even when there is a line, the staff does their best and get it moving with a smile on their faces. I believe they have great prices and deals as well. Their own line of products are great for their price! They have a nice selection of strains and many other brands, I'm sure they'll have what you're looking for or something new you'd like to try. 10/10 read more

I used to love Catalyst. The last two times I went to this location they had erased my information and my points. They also just recently raised their prices. It's become too busy at this location and the vibe has changed. I'd even call the vibe "weird" now. 1/13/24 If anything, this place rocks for the artwork displayed on the premises, how clean & secure it feels & the staff for their professionalism & friendliness. I decided to go in & check this place out instead of waiting in the truck like I usually do. Of course you need to be 21 & over to enter the shop so IDs are presented at the lobby then you'll be directed to go through the next set of doors to the actual shop. In the middle (see photo) is a plant made to look like the cannabis flower as the centerpiece to the business, quite clever, I think. We got lucky that there was nobody in the cordoned off line but we immediately drew a large few thereafter. Our bud tender, Johnny was a really cool dude. He was rocking Jesus Christ locks that suit him well, yet he was all mellow & attentive. Hubby let him know we're looking for Indica: "I.O.S OG & ORO" Hubby says usually, really good bud tenders & shops offer to open & sample the product, not here. Perhaps it depends on the which county the shop is located (laws/regulations). It was a quick & cursory survey but overall it was a pretty good experience. A far cry when we were teenagers & had to get this stuff on the DL ....back alley deals & what not. read more

Been coming here since it opened but after my last trip, I will never be back. While looking through inventory, dirty water from the ceiling dripped all over me and there was a big ass puddle on the floor that wasn't attended to. I made a comment about how it was nasty and our budtender wouldn't even look me in the eye. There are always sales and specials going on so you can get the most bang for your buck. There are so many different brands and items to choose from, too. The check-in process is quick and efficient. Friendly staff, clean establishment, and more than reasonable prices. Can't ask for much more. The location is a *little* shady, so I recommend going during the day, before 4pm. It also gets busy right after working hours and on the weekends, so I pretty much always order ahead online, in which case I'm always in and out no problem.
