I didn't purchase anything at this location, but as far as customer service goes, 5 stars! Our bong finally broke last week so I decided to get on Yelp to see if I could find a smoke shop that sold really unique, awesome-looking glass. I came across Smoke and Dreams and saw that other reviewers had posted photos of funky glass with really cool designs on them (like the octopus and the mushrooms) so we decided to drop by to see if we could find anything just as unique. When we walked in, we were greeted by Brandon who was very welcoming and ready to assist us the moment we wanted to see anything up close. Smoke and Dreams definitely has a large glass selection, but unfortunately, my taste might be a little too weird.. I was unable to find anything as fantastical as I had in mind and I have a feeling Brandon sensed that because we were basically walking in circles around the shop trying to find something that I could probably only get custom-made, LOL. He let us know that there was another Smoke and Dreams location that had opened up in Upland that currently had more bongs in stock, and I really appreciated that because I've had my heart set on finding the perfect one for a while. We drove right over and unfortunately, we still couldn't find anything that was close to what I had in mind, but we still walked out with a shiny, new Encore bong for $75 total and let me just say, draws like a pencil. read more

Great prices on vape juice, they carried my 7Daze brand and had a deal 2-60 ml bottles for $25. Can't beat that! I was frequenting a nearby vape store for all my juice needs, won't be going back there. I usually buy 4 bottles at a time, and that alone will save me $16 by coming here. Masks are required and you must be 21 and over to purchase. Good and helpful customer service also! read more

I've met the Owner Rome and his Wife years back, both awesome people, very engaging and helpful I have moved cities since then, but I was in town today and paid another visit. Nice selection of glass/ smoking paraphernalia & seems like theres a lot of new stuff and displays! However today, the worker (I cannot recall his name, blonde dude) seemed to be in a bad mood or something, I didn't feel as welcomed as I used ro remember.. Good selection of Kratom and knowledgeable about the different strains, along with a basic chart. Kratom prices are reasonable for the general area, not as cost effective as my usual smoke shop, but that's all the way in OC. Will definitely come back. Hope you guys can increase your Kratom brands, WHOLE HERBS shows the actual alkaloid contents per capsule. service is fantastic. everyone is super kind! the only thing that sucks is that they just "randomly" will not be there. it's stated that they go to break from 3-3:30pm, but i've come multiple times and seen the sign on the door (between 11am-3pm) saying they will be back at "whatever time" and as a customer i don't have 30minutes to an hour to sit in my car to get the good prices. i'm at the point where i'd rather go somewhere else and pay more because they don't close randomly in the middle of the day. (3:30pm is when most people who work full time jobs get off...) amazing service WHEN THEY ARE OPEN. but this review is coming after the 4th time this has happened to me. me coming and them being "on break." kinda over it. come at your own discretion, if you catch them when they are open i would recommend. but why don't they have someone covering their lunches?? i have someone covering my lunch at my full time job? doesn't mcdonald's too? read more

Best Smoke shop hands down! I have been to 1000,s of shops and I stumbled upon this place when I was out here for work. No other shop in the area had a piece I needed for my vape and he opened up a brand new Vape tank and gave me the coil. He said he didn't want me to have to drive all the way to Vegas and not have my vape operational. Prices are the best around and he doesn't claim to k ow everything about everything like a lot of other shops do. He will say I am not sure and find the answer. Honesty is hard to come by in a lot of anime shops. I was at 3 different stores in the area and no one offered what he did. I pass this place when I have customers to go see. I live in Orange County and I will wait to grab something here rather than get it somewhere else. If you live in this area this is the spot for sure!!!! read more

I can't speak enough of the customer service I received when I stopped in for some juice for my vape. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable of the products that this place had to offer. He was able to convince me to purchase a few items from the glass section that I wasn't really going into the store for.
