I have been going here for all my mods,tanks,batteries,coils and juice for a little over a year now and have been nothing but extremely satisfied every time I leave. If your looking for a specific juice, they will custom order it for you and not charge you an astronomical price to get it either, unlike other shops I have been to. The hardware selection there is large as well. They carry the common SMOK devices and coils as well as high end tanks, mods and a large selection of MTL devices as well. Idk apparently everyone giving good reviews must know the people who work here and get hook ups or something because my experience was not great.. 1) bought a pack of pods that must have been defective cause they're the only pack that tasted burnt out of the 10 other packs I bought elsewhere 2) prices are a lot higher than other places, even down the street at vapor boss which I SHOULD'VE went too 3) Service was trash, guy didn't wanna look away from his phone too help me 4) terrible juice selection, every flavor I asked to look at they didn't have and the one flavor I did shoes they didn't have it in the right nicotine amount that I wanted and the guy didn't even offer a discount considering all six or seven flavors I wanted they didn't have in stock so I was forced to pick something I didn't really want to buy in the first place due to the nicotine level not being right and for me settling on a flavor that I didn't really want... My new favorite vape shop. The prices is pretty good as they don't use those gimmicky buy X amount to get a discount schemes. So off the bat, the prices is really fair for a single bottle. Yes, online would have better pricing but waiting for shipments to arrive when you're out of juice is a headache. This place is amazing. I have never been to another Vape shop that is so involved with their customers. They go above and beyond to help anyone that comes into their shop. They never discriminate based on what Vape you have whether it is a clone or a beginner kit. The builders are very talented and can build just about anything you ask for and some you have never heard of. I actually find myself going in to the shop just to hangout and chit chat with the employees and most if their customers. It feels like one big family here. I love the diversity in the staff, it really sets them apart from most Vape shops. Plus the owner Kevin Still is usually always out and about sharing his copious amounts of knowledge about vaping and connecting with customers on a friend to friend level. I dont know that much about vapes, but this vape shop should be the model for all vape shops. It's more like an art exhibit that sells vapes. Nice relaxing atmosphere with a haze of fantastic smelling smoke as you walk in. Beautiful art covers the walls and the layout of the building is radical. The staff is on point, and knows all there is to know about the business. People were coming in and out the entire time we were there, (very busy for a Sunday) and all of the staff gave everyone attention, made good suggestions, and actually spoke to them with genuine customer service. Some fellow customers were saying how awesome this place was and I agree. Free water and coffee while you wait is a nice touch too. I didn't know that vape shops could be so welcoming and high class. I've seen other vape shops that look like the kind of places that sell accessories for your cellphone, but Mode Vape is nothing like that. Even if you don't smoke it would be a cool place to check out. The selection of flavors they have are very good and the product they provide is even better. Again, the staff can give you all the information and help you need. I know nothing about vaporizers and the staff made me know what kind of wattage, volts, juice, charger, etc to use for the best experience. They also trouble shoot your vapes for you if you have any troubles. They are literally engineers with blow torches, tools and the like. Moderately priced, good location, and top-notch service. Horrible management prices very high. It is a lounge they just expect you to come in and buy . They favor people who come in . When I come in it seems that they say your looking to get something . I mean your suppose to keep the customer company and he may buy or not but you never want the customer to feel he is just a stranger it should feel he is welcome . I have spent a lot of money in this place they don't care . Their policy if you buy a mod and you used it while in the store just a bit and you sat there and fixed your old mod in the store and you ask them , "hey would it be ok if I am able to return it and get my money credit my account . I have spent 80 dollars and you only want to return 50.00 of it . Yet they say no because of course you do not want to loose a sale. Their prices are to high. It just sucks when you have been Loyal customer you get treated like crap. There is a lot of favoritism amongst the employee. Dare ask them for help. Of course this is the new employees . There is a lot of cursing in the store. To be continued. They really don't help you they just take and expect you to just keep buy . You can't lounge like they say . I went here for my first Vape experience and was given a EVO Twist and it worked, until it started leaking...Not Mode's fault, so I went in a year later an bought a Target 75VTC, was a good unit, even got a defective one, which started glitching out within two weeks or so, went in and told the guy at the counter, he gave me a brand new one, with the agreement that they usually don't do such exchanges, I was grateful, and the earned a customer from that point on. Fast forward 5 months, and a new law is passed saying the Vape shops can't SELL to anyone under 21. Which is fine, whatever. But I am 32, and I usually stop by after my work day, and I have my 4 year old daughter in tow, I can't leave her in the car, so I decided to bring her in with me, like me and my wife have done a dozen times before, and we were told that we can't be serviced because of my child.... Really? Thats like a bar saying me and my wife cant enjoy a drink with my child at a hightop with our dinner...they wouldn't do that.. Its a lot like a tobacco shop saying my child cant come in, of course she can come in, she is with me her parent, and she ISN'T BUYING ANYTHING. This left a bad impression, and I haven't been back since...it's sad, because I really liked this shop and it's owner, and staff. When I asked why they said it's what we charge and we top it off for you... I was looking for a specific juice for my vape that I couldn't find anywhere when I came in. They didn't have it unfortunately, but it didn't matter. Damian (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was very courteous and knowledgeable about that juice, and encouraged me to try others. I found a few good ones that I ended up buying with me! Prices are good here. The replacement coils for the Nautilus are a dollar cheaper. The juices cost less than the surrounding shops. The environment is great. The shop is clean. Good place and one of the only places that carry my particular vape, however, they continue to have inventory issues. This is my third time over the past year in which they did not have my vape replacement and/or coils. I continuously get the excuse of "try calling prior to coming to see if we are in stock". Came here earlier today to get a nickel build on my goblin rta. I called all my usual vape shops and none of them offered nickel builds so I came straight here. As I walked in I was greeted by all the employees. Zack was the one who helped me out. He said he wasn't a professional at nickel builds and was still learning but his honesty and dedication to learn it made me feel comfortable with him doing it. Also, he has a nickel build on his current tank and he said he would build it as many times until he gets it right eased my worries. After literally 6-7 attempts and 45 minutes later he finally got it. He even took his time to explain to me how the temperature controls work and how to safely Vape it. I also didn't bring the juice I normally Vape in my tank and luckily enough they sold it there and filled my tank for free (about 5ml's). The juice I use for my tanks in Rafiki by Babilion Elixir which is a strawberry banana smoothie. The place is very inviting. The employees are awesome. They have awesome decor and art on the wall. They sell a lot of the latest mods and atty. they have a wide array of different juices from different vendors. I didn't get to see how big or small the parking lot was since I parked on the street. I'll definitely be back to get more nickel builds until I'm confident enough to do it myself. Thanks again zack!! WARNING: you must use a temperature controlled device to use a nickel build. Some temperature controlled devices are vapor shark rDNA 40, DNA 40, DNA 30, Hana mods, vapor flask and many others. All these devices contain a chip by Evolv. I recently heard that the new Zero sx mod is also temperature controlled as well. Please consult with your local vape shop before attempting a nickel build on a device your unsure of. read more

Ill give this place 4 stars. The place is clean, with several employees knowing who comes in and when its their first time. So many people will say welcome... or welcome back. I would come here to buy build equipment, and juices and just to talk. These guys aren't all about vapes and they don't shun people if they have a clone. Staff is very friendly and generous. And its great coming into it. I always finding myself wanting to just hang with these guys. Any ways, if you are a builder, they have wires ranging from flat (several sizes) to round (30 gauge to even 16 gauge! Wow.) They also have different wicks of different sizes and they also have stainless steel cables! The only reason why they didnt get the fifth star is why most vape shops wont get it... that is because it has poor ventilation. I get that it is a vape shope and it is pretty harmless. But some people like me may find certain fragrances "unfavorable" (like tasting jelly beans) walking into a vape shop full of smoke, and smelling a mixture of 14 vapers testing and just vaping. Basically, they (and lots of other shops) need better ventilation. Ps. They do have a little coffee section in the corner but I am not sure if it's free for patrons. read more
