I highly recommend this shop to any vapers out there. Great staff, great juice, great vibes, and the shop looks very neat. They use reliable box mods to test out their juices for customers to get the best tasting experience, which I thought was amazing. The only vape shop I go to now. read more

This is a awesome shop, staff is very knowledgeable, kevin the owner is awesome, he goes out of his way to make sure you are happy when you leave, great juice selection, nice selection of any style of vaping you want to get into, when you leave you are educated and a pro when you walk out the door. Great job Kevin and also the entire staff at Mode Vape. read more

Mode vape is super dope. Their workers are very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. They helped me get started and find the right flavors and everything else. Best vape shop in the area. read more

This was my first vape shop and it's true what most of the reviews say. The people are nice, welcoming to newcomers, and knowledgeable. I'd still recommend a new vaper purchase their first setup here and learn the ins and outs in person. However... I recently went in when my 2nd device just up and quit on me. Was told that's a shame, no offer to repair - the guy kinda looked at it and tried to charge it but gave up. I was in a bind at that point and I think I got taken advantage of. My mistake was just trusting that their prices were fair and I'd be paying a reasonable markup for staff service and immediate pickup. But I ended up paying almost 3x (even after a supposed 15% discount for my predicament) the online price for a new mod that was even the floor model without the retail box. I should have looked online before I got it but again, just assumed the markup was fair. Also their juice selection at first seems great but the shelves are pretty bare whenever I go in there, and approximately 50% of my visits ended up with a random juice because they were out of what I wanted. I don't vape an unusual strength nic either. Buy your juices and hardware online, but go here if you are new or want to hang out with other hardcore vapers and do some advanced stuff. read more

This place is great if you want lots of choices of flavors of juice, they do great builds as well. I come here anytime i need anything vape related.. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. read more

I personally do not vape, but have a couple of friends that do, and like to get some different juices or what have you as gifts, and so, blindly, I went to Mode Vape. Awesome decision! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and even saved my friend some money with some maintenance recommendations. The transaction was beautifully fast and easy, and they even offer gift cards for the more particular vaper! There isn't much to a vape shop, and you can tell as much by how many have popped up all over the past few years, but Mode Vape takes exceptional steps to make sure that you are satisfied completely with your purchase, and most importantly, staying away from cigarettes. The experience here was second to none, from customer service, to selection, to value. I must say, it's weird, however, that as of a couple days ago I can't legally enter this shop again, but in a year when I can and so long as my friends are still in the "scene," I, and they, will be heading straight over to Mode. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would.. it's 910.. Open sign is on full bar and yet I get denied.. This is the second time this happened. . The first time I let the blonde owner know he asked their names witch I was unsure of due to the fact they just shunned me away.. owner preceded to tell me that's not how his business should be run but yet it happens again. Defenetly won't be returning.. read more

Yelpers, you are spot on! What nice employees they have here! And just an overall great atmosphere. I went to get coils and the gentleman helping me (the hot blonde who's name I didn't get, who looks like a rocker), was very friendly and personable. Helped me with my purchase and clowned my ghetto unit (it's all taped up cuz some idiot sat on it and bent it). Their prices are the least expensive I've seen and they were having a sale. Score! There was a juice bar too. I didn't need much but it looks like they have a good selection of products and accessories. Street parking which wasn't too hard too get. My only complaint: wish they were closer!! read more

mode vape is the best vape shop around i cant say it enough!! these employees actually know their stuff and theyre not just out to upsell you or try to convince you to change anything that you currently do. i come here at least once every few days! most of the time just to day hi and sit around the lounge and vape! it's always a good time here, so please fellow vapers...take my advice and stop by!!! read more

Always come to mode vape for their great service and knowledge! Good juice selection and very chill vibe!

I've been going to Mode Vape for a while now and could not be more pleased with the incredible service and awesome environment. I recommended mode vape for any vape needs! read more

Ok, so I've been here a few times now (40 or 50 times) and I still love it. In fact I love it even more than I did after the 20th, 30th or 40th time. These guys and gal always take great care of me (and my friends & family who come here). They really care about their customers and their vaping styles. They won't try to sell you the most expensive mods by default. They want you to be happy with your purchase. They really listen and are always happy to explain anything you don't understand without treating you like an idiot for not knowing something. The only time I go to a different vape store is for the one brand of juice they aren't able to carry (Royal Phoenix, to which I am addicted), and if it weren't for that I would only come here. Their juice selection is amazing and they are always getting new juices in. I highly recommend them as your go-to vape store! Again! read more

This was by far the best vape shop I've ever walked into. Great atmosphere, great people, great price. Arthur is a great guy, haha. He unscrewed this cartomizer that my friend and I were sure wouldn't come undone. We ended up spending an hour or two in there, but to be honest I could have stayed all night. Everyone was helpful, we got to try new flavors, and he even helped me get ahold of some KUSTOM liquid. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone; it has something for everyone. read more

Mode vape is amazing! Damien really goes the extra mile. He will help you by not only fixing something but explaining how he did it. Corie also is great at building. Best customer service!! read more

Now that I'm more familiar with yelp, I won't leave a tip, rather a review and the 5 stars you guys deserve haha. What is most unique about this place is that there's no televisions, unlike most shops have, so it makes it so guests have a good ol' conversation with eachother. With the crowd that goes there, it isn't hard at all. They're all really chill and have a wide variety of age. They also have a great selection of quality mods and pens, flavors, along with tanks, atomizers, batteries, chargers, tips... Basically anything you would ever need for your vaping experience. A must check out if you're around. I'd defiantly recommend Chunky Monkey by Liquid Clouds if you like sweet flavors, get it every time I'm there. Kudos to Mode Vape, they're great! read more

Great juice selection, great customer service. I will continue to make the commute to this particular shop.

2 to 3 times a week, I'll visit Mode Vape. Because it's simply the best in my opinion if I need a cotton change, a rebuild, or some new juices. They are always stocked with the juices that I need and they are pretty good in the area of customer service as well. The store is very clean and provides its guests with comfortable sitting and awesome conversations while we wait. I usually come in for the conversations because it's like the show Cheers where everybody knows your name or wants to know your name. The place has a good vibe to it, and I enjoy the environment and people as well. read more

My first visit to Mode Vape was not too long after they opened. I was still fairly new to the vape scene but my experiences with other shops left something to be desired. There are a few things that set Mode Vape apart from your typical vape shop. 1. Customer service: - I was greeted when I walked in and helped with everything I asked about. -The staff is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to.(at some other shops employees are standoffish and seem uncomfortable or even annoyed with someone new walking in) -The staff take the time to walk you through anything you don't understand, and will work with you until you're comfortable doing it yourself. 2. Atmosphere: -The shop is large and open. -Display cases and counters are clean. -Decor is modern and tasteful. It's the type of place that makes you want to stay and hang out. 3. Selection and Pricing: -Prices are comparable and competitive with other shops. -Juice selection is one of the best around. -Devices range from beginner ego pens to authentic high end mechanical mods. -Good selection of RDAs and custom tips. Mode Vape is not the only vape shop I frequent, but it's definitely my favorite. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. read more

The setup in this store leaves much to be desired. I came in shoppong for juice and the first thing I noticed was employees trying to take hits from their mods while working. Very unprofessional. Put the mod down and service your customers. Second the bar area was full of people just hanging out not buying anything. What is the purpose of having the couches if no one is using them? Ended up paying over $30 for two bottles of juice that I didnt really want in the first place due to the ones I wanted not being in stock. Asked about their deals on juice wondering when it was or what day of the week it was. The answer I got? "Random." Ok. Will not be coming back. Been to too many vape shops to continue getting ripped off by them. read more

This is by far THE best Vape Store around! Excellent customer service. Try before you by. They will not let you leave unless you are completely satisfied!. A wide variety of juices and modes. All my friends go here Kevin's crew is awesome. They do custom modes too, like drip tip coils for mechanical modes. Give it shot. You will not be disappointed! read more

I'm in San Dimas for the day on a trip to a water park and I ran out of ejuice! So I yelped the nearest vape shop and found Mode Vape. First off the place was nice, clean, classy and well kept. The staff was super helpful, polite, had a great selection and gave me top notch service. If you live in San Dimas you should treat yourself to a trip to Mode Vape. read more

Customer service is top notch not only for a vape store. Casey took his time answering all my questions and believe me, I had lots. Love this place. I find myself stopping in for no reason more then just to say hi to all the people that work there. Since discovering this place, it is pretty much the only brick and mortar store I go to. So many great things to be said about this relatively young vape shop. read more

The first vape shop that I stop at since leaving hawaii. First off customer service is top notch. Everyone in the shop was ridiculously friendly. The women that helped me was exceptionally knowledgeable and they have a pretty cool menu with good categorization so you kinda have an idea of where to look for the flavors you want. I even gotta chance to side eye a coil build that they did for a customer and it was pretty damn good. If you're looking for a place to get accurate information and a solid variety of juice in nice comfortable shop look no further. read more

I go into this vape shop all the time since I moved back into the area. Every time I go the people working there answer every question and let me know about all kinds of juices l. Once they get to know you they'll offer the specific juices you're interested in. They always have deals going on. I replaced a cool on my vape myself at my house and it said check atomizer so I called them and spoke with josh he directed me on what to do and it fixed it just like that. Awesome shop read more

what can I say, best vape store there is, hands down. Kevin, Casey, and all of the crew are professional and helpful.

If you live in the western part of the Inland Empire or Any where in the San Gabriel Valley and are into Vaping or want to learn about it. Check out Mode Vape shop in San Dimas. Friendly customer service good prices and very willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I went to the shop today on a referral from a friend. Their lead vape builder Damien is very knowledgeable with all types of vapes he literally brought my mod back from the grave and taught me more about my vape in one 30 minute session than I've ever known. This was my first trip to this shop and I know it won't be my last. Great juice selection fair prices and friendly staff great recipe for return business thanks guys!!!! read more

Really liked the roominess they had to offer, they had polite service and seemed to know what they were talking about-only drawback was they didnt carry my juice (EZ DOES IT) and they charged almost twice a much as Vapor Devil (the other vape shop I normally go to in Covina) for a rebuild..unless their using golden cotton, I don't see why they need to charge twice as much for a rebuild, theres only so many ways you can do a rebuild and basically its the same unless you do it standing up instead of sitting down but if thats the case you shouldnt charge so much...that's absolutely ridiculous, maybe a more inexpensive location with lower rent might be in order for these guys cause why would you charge so much when other places do it for half as much?? read more

Went Here few weeks ago for a vape comp and they had good giveaways for five star juice a Dj bumping music and had liquor available for people and I never seen that before but the comp was fun they measured density and cloud length. I tied against my buddy twice but third time he beat me and ended up taking the win. The giveaways were insane they gave away 14- 120ml to a raffle winner also shirts and hats. Would come here again to comp definitely. read more

Excellent customer service, options of juices, and a comfortable environment. I went in the store three times before committing to purchase a vape. Every visit, the staff was courteous and took their time to familiarize myself with the entire process. Prices are reasonable versus online, however you get the product knowledge and expertise of a great staff. There is no other vape store I will visit, and these guys will continue to have my business forever on. Keep up the great work guys. read more
