I'm leaving this here for people to know This place was NOT accommodating at all. PRODUCTS ARE BAD. I had a bad stizzy pod that looked bad smelled bad and tasted bad. It gave me a headache and stomach ache after one use. I came in to see if the manager of someone could be of help of sorts but they didn't do anything. They said they couldn't do anything unless it was a manufacturing problem. They said it doesn't matter if it's unhealthy for the customer. They can't do anything. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT GOOD PRODUCTS. DONT COME HERE read more

Excellent service every time I go there. They are knowledgeable about their products, they make great suggestions, and produce great inhouse flavors. They have a throw aways and reuseables as well as repairs. During the holidays they had secret Santa bags which had an array of goodies inside of them for just $20. They also have a juice stamp program I have 4 and will get the 11th for free. Can't wait. Thank you Melody and the rest of the Vapor Devils Family read more

So far its a cool little shop. Not too far from me. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The can modify the juice flavors and nicotine amount (although I got 0%). There are many different mods to choose from and prices are reasonable. I think they have them a loyal customer in me. read more

I came in when they opened was automatically greeted by a nice woman. She was helpful in finding me the right cbd for my needs. She is patient and kind. She explained the differences in each cbd that they had. They have different strengths, flavors, and products. Prices are reasonable for what you get. I also go the free vape juice with check in. She helped me with that too. She showed me a list of all the flavors they have. I don't know much about vape juice but she was nice enough to explain it to me. Excellent service. I felt very welcome here. It smells good in there too. They open at the time they have posted which is a plus too. I'm glad I stopped by. Thank you! read more

I was helped by Pauline I believe and a younger gentlemen whose name I can't seem to recall. The way they communicate with you is very friendly, and helpful. It makes the world feel a bit normal in these crazy times. I even asked questions that would risk people trying to up sell me normally and the provided responses was not only accurate but financially in my favor. Thank you, I'll be back. Anthony read more

Amazing vape shop with a great selection of hardware and juices. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They mixed up a bottle of Turkish Royale right in front of me and it tastes amazing. Great customer service as well, they just sent me a text letting me know my coils are in. Can't say enough about this shop. read more

Compared to other vape shops, this one has the most professional staff with outstanding customer service. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly honest with what you're gonna get. Their selection with mods and atomizers are above average and they also customize juice. Happy to be at a vape shop for a long period of time without people coming in and out buying "oil burners" Not your typical stoner staffed shop. My boyfriend and I love this place. read more

Today was my first time here and the girl working was incredibly friendly and super helpful. This shop is a vibe!

This place is fantastic!!! Great deals and great customer service! I picked up some CBD gummies that were buy one get one free. The gal that helped me out was really kind and professional. It was nice and refreshing to maintain social distancing, but still have interaction during this pandemic. I would highly recommend them! Just don't go to subway next door because they're just bad people! read more

Vapor Devils has become my favorite smoke shop of all time. I'll be coming back here for years to come, even after I move away. Vapor Devils is so much more than just a smoke shop--it's a community. It's a family. It's a group of like-minded individuals who know how to have a good time--from Game Nights, to simple customer service, they do it all right. The selection of box mods, pod mods, thc/cbd equipment--they have everything, and even if they don't have what you want, they'll probably order it for you if you just ask. Overall, 11/10, I love Vapor Devils. read more

Looking for a dank vape shop? Right here!! The store itself has cute trinkets here and there but the staff hands down my favorite. They're super smiley and actually know what the hell theyre talking about. Julius is super knowledgeable (I think bc I'm noob AF) but he helped figure out exactly why my tank was leaking and he's super flexible in helping you get the exact juice flavor you want (in addition to listening to my friend talk forever). The homies are honest and happy to help, what more can you ask for? Albert you cool too I guess. read more

Vapor Devils Vape & CBD - Bunny tip! - Vape Shops Near Me - West Covina, California

I came in looking for a new tank. I saw that they had one for sale at 30 that I wanted. Turned out to be 40. I give them that the website may be outdated so I was fine. What didn't look good to me was that there was a child inside. These stores are supposed to be 18+. Why is there a little toddler running around !! If I had no one to watch my baby I wouldn't go. What I did like what the service. They were very friendly and knowledgable. They had a very wide selection of juices that I will be coming back to(providing I don't find another kid) My only two flaws were an outdated site and the child. But you know those two things sometimes are out of their hands. It's who ever made the sites fault, and the parent for even thinking that it would be a good idea. read more

Omg! I I can give them MORE than 5 stars, I would! So helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Frank assisted me, he is the business owner. He took his time to go through everything with me, and even gave me a very thorough tutorial of how to use the vape and how to maintain and use it. It was my first time! Bottom line is, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff literally makes you feel like family! Their products and customer service is top knotch!! read more

Great staff. Now I know why they've got 5 stars. Came in late at night, right when they were about to close. Was greeted by two employees who answered and question or concern I had. Very professional!! Its been a while since I've been back and had a stellar experience before today's visit. The two employees answered every question I had about their CBD products. They presented me all their options, right along with the special they had for a pod/juice combo. I will definitely return to purchase a higher quality pod and cbd liquid. Was also surprised to see that they extended their CBD products from a shelf to a whole section of the shop. Great experience here. Whether you are a beginner or an expert they will make you feel very welcome. read more
