I just had the most memorable and great experience here at The Vitamin Shop. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Robert. He immediately asked me if I needed any assistance. He then commented on my car saying how cool it was and he spoke my language haha (cars) and we just hit it off. I went through the store which is very well stocked and clean and was impressed by all the great supplements and products they have here. I got some bars and an energy drink which also has a great variety to choose from and felt very glad to be here. Robert rung me up and we just kept chatting. Great products for very fair prices. I'm a total Nutrishop guy (still my number 1 store for my supplements and service) but I'll definitely be back here when I'm in the area! 5 stars all the way! read more

I have never had issues with this store! I have placed many online orders, I have purchased in store, and I've also picked up deliveries for customers. I've patron this store for 10 years now. The management /employees have always been nice to me and very helpful. Specifically, the one person that stands out to me is CAROL :). She's always smiling, friendly and just kind energy! I believe the people are knowledgeable here and try their hardest to help how they can. Thank you so much! Yours truly, repeat customer times 1000 lol read more

Wanted to give a shout out to Robert for helping me in locating and item. I was in search for a pill cutter and spoke with him over the phone. He wasn't sure if they carried them but confirmed they did not and then did me a huge favor and looked up where to find them. He didn't need to do that but I really appreciate the extra support. Thanks Robert! read more

The sweetest most informative employee named Carol help with to find a vitamin prescribed by my Kaiser doctor that 3 Kaiser pharmacies didn't know existed. She not only had it she explained how it works better than the doctor. I am so grateful and a loyal customer from now on. THANK YOU CAROL AND THE VITAMIN SHOPPE! read more

Normally I wouldn't write a review for such a quick in and out pickup of a few items I was running low of at home, but I had to because of Veronica who assisted me about two weeks ago. Immediately I was welcomed in by her which I can't say has happened many other times at this specific location at all honestly, but it was nice to be welcomed. It's a very basic thing, but it really does break the ice and make you feel like you're not interrupting something by looking around & shopping. I was crouched in the aisle intently reading the labels of like 5 different brands that manufacture what I was looking for and she asked me if I needed help finding anything. The first time I said no, and the second time I asked her for her own personal opinion on the two brands I was considering and I could definitely tell she knew what she was talking about as far as the brand and the effects both in general and personally, and her input did influence the product that I ended up buying. If I'm remembering correctly she said she was filling in and normally works at the Brea location as a manager, but her customer service, product knowledge and overall friendly personality is why I'm writing this review. She's a customers dream as far as making sure you walk out with exactly what you wanted. I had a problem with my rewards account with The Vitamin Shoppe and she cleared that up for me too. 10/10 read more

Friendly staff and decent variety of products. Hard to spot when this place is tucked into a little corner of the plaza.

Rafael is VERY knowledgeable and tells you exactly what each supplement does without just trying to close a sale. I respect and appreciate that. He helped me put together a weight loss stack that I loved. He gave me the science behind it without being too technical, although I know he knows his chemistry. His customer service is amazing and professional. Highly recommend! Go here for any supplement needs read more

This is a very clean and wells stocked place. Came in looking for some supplements, but unfortunately, they don't stock a huge variety. No sale. However, they do stock more than a few popular brands. Staff is "better than good" when it comes to the differences between the brands. They are also extremely helpful and not pushy. I actually purchased a skin-fold caliper because it was marked down and the same price as Amazon. No membership needed. Check their website for store hours and brand names. Plenty of parking. Easily located. Recommend. Enjoy! read more

I'm really glad that a Vitamin Shoppe opened up in Chino. I had to drive to Puente Hills or South Corona to get supplements that my mom or I needed. There are always good deals and items on sale. The staff is really friendly, eager to help, and knowledgeable. read more

The Vitamin Shoppe - Vitamins & Supplements Near Me - Chino, California

Continuous bad service at this location from the gentleman that work here Saturday afternoons. I'd rather order online (at other merchants, as you're never the lowest). Your guys seem SO BOTHERED when I even mention the words "Can you price match for me please?" I've walked in twice, never have received a greeting, never have been asked if they could help me find something. I'll just stick to the Orange location by my job, because I cannot continue to give this location one dime in return for their negative energy. Good products, BAD SERVICE. read more

Matt and Mark were beyond amazing. There customer service was like no other. I honestly don't think I have went anywhere and received such great customer service in a really long time. Thank you so much for all your help read more

This store HARDLY EVER stocks up on items that they claim to have available for customers. I have wasted my time traveling back and forth to this store just to realize that they SUCK in this department. Maybe this is why they barely have customers. I only gave them one star because they are very polite, but very polite doesn't make the products available. I'm done with them. Don't bother, go somewhere else like GNC, Sprouts or maybe another Vitamin Shoppe location besides this Chino Hills location that knows how to keep products on their shelves. The person that orders products for this store should be retrained or simply fired. Terrible!! read more

Martin was Awesome & Very informative. He even told us which were the YUCKY flavors further protein powder I was looking for & not pushy at all which is a plus for me. I was just looking that day but because I wasn't pushed into anything & just well informed. I decided to make a purchase. Great customer service & for this I will be back & recommend this shop Thanks Martin read more

Come here all the time, the store is really clean and well stocked. Everyone is always very helpful and never try and push products. I love that they have a lot of organic products and supplements. On the other hand prices are tremendously cheap compared to other chino supplement stores. Easy parking is a plus too read more
