His comments toward her last week were inappropriate and crossed professional boundaries. When we returned, his attitude was dismissive and rude. No customer or employee should feel intimidated or harassed in a place of business. Management needs to seriously review his conduct. Check your receipts. I was supposed to get 40% off a $46 item. The employee told me it dropped to $36, but said the rest of the discount would be added by the store manager, Crystal. After I paid, I checked my receipt and only a 21% discount was applied. When I went back inside, she first said it was a system glitch, then said she must have entered the wrong amount. This kind of mistake shouldn't happen especially after I asked several times trying to verify. I work hard for my money. It's disappointing to feel like I need to double-check just to make sure I'm not being shorted. This is why I come to a dispensary like Packs. My husband and I went in there for the first time together yesterday, and this brunette (don't know her name) that works there was thirsty for my husband's attention, she decided to only greet him when we both walked in, smiled at him flirtatiously, and ignored I was there (she wasn't the one that helped us) She then walked to where we were at, laughing with her co workers and kept staring at him which creeped my husband and I out! My husband and I both noticed it, and laughed We feel sorry for her, because she's lonely and miserable, that's why she wants to be a home wrecker! This is the closest place to me so I wish I had a better experience. I only smoke from vapes and anytime I've gotten a pod that doesn't pull from other spots they exchange for a new one. I purchased multiple Dime pods and a few wouldn't pull from any of my batteries (I have 3 at home, 2 hollowtip batteries and 1 Dime). Tried cleaning them just in case, but most worked, a few didn't. When I go to exchange them, because they didn't test as defective it didn't fit under the warranty. So now I have 3 pods that I can't do anything with, so here is me crushing the first one to get the wax out and transfer to a working pod. Two more to go. I come here every 2 weeks to get flower and other products. I spend about $300 + a month. I received the wrong product and was NOT shown the products before they were put in my bag. I'm extremely upset with the manager on staff tonight. I had originally requested an indica Jetty but received a sativa instead. When I spoke with the manager he didn't want to exchange it even though I had just been there and tbe product was unopened. He finally exchanged it once I told him that I am a regular customer. He then responded by saying thank you for your business but his face and tone were annoyed at me.
