First time purchasing at Packs after going with my friend months ago! Safe to say I will be coming more frequently. They have a great selection of pens, flower, and accessories and I do like that their prices on Weedmaps include taxes! All of the staff were nice and made sure I was greeted and tended to. Melanie and Jennifer made sure that I got the items I came in looking for even if that meant they had to go grab it from display (which they did! ) They were also knowledgeable with the products they carry and were also able to give me recommendations! First time patients get 25% off their first 2 purchases btw! 10/10 experience read more

Usually I love packs, but I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Packs. The floor manager, GIAN, behaved in a way that made my daughter feel uncomfortable and unsafe. His comments toward her last week were inappropriate and crossed professional boundaries. When we returned, his attitude was dismissive and rude. No customer or employee should feel intimidated or harassed in a place of business. Management needs to seriously review his conduct. This situation has made my daughter afraid to return, which is unacceptable. read more

Loved coming to this dispensary but the customer service has dropped to a point I don't want to shop here anymore. I called in 01/22/26 at 6:42pm some dude answered asked my date of birth and how they could help. I asked about a deal they would typically hold on the 24th of each month but since its a new year I wanted to check. He said let me check my calendar!!! HE SAID THEY WERE ON SALE! I said oh really what sale?? 40% off! When I arrived to pick up my order there was NO sale. After waiting for my "Express" order only to be told no I was wrong there was no sale. I was so embarrassed and angry cause your workers looked at me like I was lying through my teeth. I wouldnt have put an order in and drove from Anaheim to El Monte in traffic for a nonexistent sale. I spent $1000s here, going elsewhere now. Either your staff cant read an updated deal sheet or yall are bait n switch liars. I went to the Packs in OC and they said WEIRD... we are running that deal. Now I did call OC packs and they weren't sure they were going to run the deal. This lead to the call with El Monte confirming the deal. This was alot of driving to get this deal... but thanks for coming through Packs OC ... El Monte idk.. read more

Don't know what all of these bad reviews are for. I literally love this place sooooo much more than Stiiizy DTLA. Packs is literally almost never busy. If they are, they clear that line quick. All of the staff have been nothing but super nice to me. Maybe, you should treat people better and be less negative, then you wouldn't feel like these nice people are being mean. Happy Holidays. read more

Mary Jane was so helpful and worked with me to save me some money and hooked me up with some great deals

Recommend here guys, very nice service, lower price and auth Great experience at this shop! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable -- they took the time to explain different products and helped me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection to choose from. read more

I keep coming back to this shop mainly because of Mel. She works behind the counter and is honestly one of the sweetest people you'll meet. Every time I come in she greets me with a smile, takes the time to answer my questions, and never makes me feel rushed or awkward if I'm trying to decide what to get. read more

Don't not go here, these scumbags sold me a fake cart and they would even at least switch the product with something else.

The only complaint would be to have cashiers know the products better. I love everything the company has done so far.

Check your receipts. I was supposed to get 40% off a $46 item. The employee told me it dropped to $36, but said the rest of the discount would be added by the store manager, Crystal. After I paid, I checked my receipt and only a 21% discount was applied. When I went back inside, she first said it was a system glitch, then said she must have entered the wrong amount. This kind of mistake shouldn't happen especially after I asked several times trying to verify. I work hard for my money. It's disappointing to feel like I need to double-check just to make sure I'm not being shorted. This is why I come to a dispensary like Packs. This isn't the first time something like this has happened here to me this is just the first time I speak up. Be careful, and ALWAYS CHECK YOU RECPIET DURING SALES. read more

My husband and I went in there for the first time together yesterday, and this brunette (don't know her name) that works there was thirsty for my husband's attention, she decided to only greet him when we both walked in, smiled at him flirtatiously, and ignored I was there (she wasn't the one that helped us) She then walked to where we were at, laughing with her co workers and kept staring at him which creeped my husband and I out! My husband and I both noticed it, and laughed We feel sorry for her, because she's lonely and miserable, that's why she wants to be a home wrecker! After we had that talk about how stupid she was, he made sure to avoid giving her eye contact. The rest of the chicks there are respectful and polite. Just make sure you're ready to deal with a lonely home wrecker who wishes that she was loved. We definitely won't be going back there because my husband said he rather go to a different shop because she looks like she was obsessed with him and prolly would murder someone too. Creepy vibe. If you're wondering how she looks like, she's Hispanic with brunette hair, and she had her hair up in a pony tail that day. read more

This is the closest place to me so I wish I had a better experience. I only smoke from vapes and anytime I've gotten a pod that doesn't pull from other spots they exchange for a new one. I purchased multiple Dime pods and a few wouldn't pull from any of my batteries (I have 3 at home, 2 hollowtip batteries and 1 Dime). Tried cleaning them just in case, but most worked, a few didn't. When I go to exchange them, because they didn't test as defective it didn't fit under the warranty. So now I have 3 pods that I can't do anything with, so here is me crushing the first one to get the wax out and transfer to a working pod. Two more to go. I'm fine driving a bit for a more customer service forward shop. read more

Great spot. Dropped in last weekend to reup since I was completely tapped out. Me and a friend both needed an oz. Mel assisted us after we passed the security checkin. She walked us through the area holding what we were looking for. We each got 14g of two different kinds. We only checked out the areas that had a display of exactly what we needed, but I did notice that they had a lot of options. Both flowers and edibles. I very much appreciate the discount that's offered on your first two visits. Definitely worth the visit to this area. read more

I come here every 2 weeks to get flower and other products. I spend about $300 + a month. I received the wrong product and was NOT shown the products before they were put in my bag. I'm extremely upset with the manager on staff tonight. I had originally requested an indica Jetty but received a sativa instead. When I spoke with the manager he didn't want to exchange it even though I had just been there and tbe product was unopened. He finally exchanged it once I told him that I am a regular customer. He then responded by saying thank you for your business but his face and tone were annoyed at me. I also asked if I could have a discount for my next order as I do not live close to this dispensary anymore. The manager told me no he couldn't do it and stated that he exchanged my product and he wasn't going to do anything more to help. I'm extremely disappointed, frustrated and upset by this experience. I know I have spent about $3000 a year maybe more and they didn't care that they were the ones that made a mistake. I think I'm done with this dispensary honestly WORST customer service experience with this MANAGER. ***Please beware they don't like to exchange items even when its their fault.*** if I could give a zero I would. read more

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. None of the staff wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is decent. Parking spots are a bit small and tight. I got 3 new dings on my car from here. Staff: The staff here are very helpful, friendly, and kind. They accept cash. read more

Let me just say--Ricky made my entire experience at this dispensary feel like I was in the right place, with the right person, at the right time. Walking into a dispensary can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you're unsure of what you're looking for or just want something to help you feel better without the pressure. Ricky changed all of that. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine kindness and patience. He didn't rush me, didn't overhype products, and most importantly--he listened. Like, really listened. I told him I was looking for something calming to help me unwind after stressful days, and he walked me through some great indica options while breaking down the effects in a way that actually made sense. You could tell he wasn't just repeating sales pitches--he truly understood the products and had a passion for helping people feel their best. What stood out most was how comfortable and cared for I felt during the whole interaction. No judgment, no pressure--just solid, respectful customer service with a touch of warmth that you rarely find in retail these days. I walked out with exactly what I needed (and a few great recs I never would've picked on my own), and honestly, it made a big difference in my week. Ricky, if you ever read this--thank you. You made a regular visit feel personal, helpful, and actually healing. The dispensary is lucky to have someone like you representing them. read more
