False advertisement...they sent me a receipt saying it was one price with a 30% discount...get to the shop the item is 10 more...after key holder is asked why the difference then looks at the item says it's a special item and no discount should be applied and says the item is regular price. 1. False pricing 2. Discounts are different online and in store even though they were both 30%...3. I would watch out for their sales tactics as I will now be submitting my evidence to the consumers bureau. I have understood your promotion being incorrect but to send a receipt with the price and not honor it is ridiculous. They could have just canceled the order but no, they wanted to try to get the customer to spend money in store knowing damn well they were not gonna honor the price that they had sent. read more

Once again I went in and there is always parking and enough employees. Their selection is one of the best I have ever seen in a store and once again, I drew Ray as my seller. I was in a down mood and Ray picked me right up. I really enjoy when I draw her in line, because she knows her products and is fun to talk to. I've been happy with Packs until recently. All of my orders are curbside pick up. Last week I arrive to pick up an order. I pulled up in front of the door in full view of security. Security didn't know that they are the ones that collect the customers ID. I resort to calling to let them know that there's a line forming behind me. Once they were made aware, they brought out my order. I barely got an apology or explanation and there was an item missing from my order. I placed an curbside pick up order a few hours ago. I go to pick up my order and can't access the parking lot to pick up my curbside order because there is work being done in the parking lot. I was not told that curbside pick up was not available or given instructions on how to retrieve my order. I'm sure the work in their parking lot wasn't spontaneous. The funny thing is that this happened to me less than 2 months ago when they repaved their parking lot(January 2025). read more

From the moment you walk in, ice cold A/C and super warm and friendly security. There's a decent amount of parking spaces, the place is clean and looks fresh and modern inside. HUGE plus that tax is included in the price and with ftp 25% off it's a really great deal! They have a great selection here... all the brands I've been wanting to try or have tried and loved were here. Service was excellent too, I was short $.50 and my budtender, Ashley, was kind enough to help me with it. A+ service!! I stopped by this place in good faith, I was recommended to visit by my dad, and I bought a stiiizy pod, and some lost farm blueberry fruit chews. I hadn't opened up the stiiizy pod at all since I had purchased it a couple of weeks ago. And when I tried to use the pod it didn't work. It just blinked red like the connection was bad. I spoke to one of the employees on the phone and asked if there was anything that could be done, because I hadn't even used the pod at all since purchase. They at first denied me any help, saying that I had only 7 days to return he item from purchase. I was never told this, upon purchase. Had I known this I would have never bought it, or at least stopped in sooner. But eventually the employee offered to help me, saying I could come into the store and swap it. I agreed, stopped by and when I came in, spoke to the manager and was told once again I had only 7 days to return. But I reiterated that I hadn't opened the pod because I hadn't needed to use it. She at first tried to help, but ultimately told me to kick rocks. That's not how you run a business, the customer should be helped especially if the product itself is faulty. Going forward, I will just tell my friends and family to not stop by this store, because obviously customer service is not the goal, only turning a profit. read more

I've been going there since their grand opening. I used to love this store so much. Their budtenders are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when it comes to selling their product. Until today, I run into this small problem that could have been easily resolved. However, PACKS SGV management turned it into losing one of their loyal customer of 2 years. We bought the pre roll pack labeled "Punch Stringer Jar." We were told by the Budtender and the label on the jar that there should be five pre roll joints inside. Then when we got home, we realize there was one missing. I decided to call and let them know what the problem was in hopes of a quick and easy resolution. At first, I spoke with Ernesto to whom I explained the problem to. After I explained my issue, he said that he'll be right back to tell me what the next steps were going to be. I was then transfer to another store manager named Janett She to me there was nothing they can do and I had to reach out to the merchant that makes Punch Stringer Jars. She gave me the email and told me that I needed a conformation from them first. For them to take the product back and give me a new jar. Janet and PACKS SGV was not taking any accountability of the problem from their suppliers that they always promote. By asking me to do all their job with the suppliers that they already have relationships with. They kept hiding behind the fact that they are only a third party supplier. She didn't even take into consideration that we've been loyal customers for 2 years and have spent countless amount of dollars there weekly. A simple resolution to this problem would've been to offer at least a 10% off the next purchase or a free house pre-roll. However, they basically told me to deal with it my self. Aside from that she told me to not smoke the rest of my joints I payed for until I got the email back from the merchant. So that I can get a new jar from PACKS SGV. I wasn't asking for a new jar of pre rolls and be sent to jump through hoops for then. All I wanted was for PACKS SGV to show accountability for their mistakes and show that they care about their loyal customers. Yet instead of showing loyalty as we have. She was rude enough to tell me to basically fuck off and deal with it my self. I've seen another customers walk in there with the same issue and now I know how this store resolves their complaints and issues. I also explained this to Janet and thought they would take care of the problems instead of making it worse. Hi im a loyal customer and today i made a curbside order pickup i usually always get the live resin liquid diamond pods but lately they have been out of stock. Today i saw there was 2 without a picture labeled as liquid diamonds. When i got to the store they handed me everything and once i opened it i had seen it was a wax that was sealed. I rushed back to the store and spoke to a lady and she stated she couldn't do anything about my issue i understand its a substance but it literally has a seal and it wasnt all my fault as the website didnt have a picture for this item and it said 1g and was confusing. I understand it was my mistake as well but like i said the website without pictures and when i looked up the flavor online as a pod it showed up. Right now i don't have money to be throwing away as i am really tight on money and work hard to get every single dollar so i would like to see if there can be an exception as i dont want to stop buying from this place i come 3-4 times a week and always buy because i just dont think its fair to me as well and i am a loyal customer read more

THIS PLACE LOST MY ID. I went for a curbside pickup, the security comes and retrieves my id and long story short when they come back to my car they tell me they lost my ID. cant find it , just vanished out of thin air. so staff either stole it or it was stolen on their watch. either way im left with no id by THEIR own fualt. the manager told me they would PAY FOR A REPLACEMENT if not found or returned, & after four days of calling they tell me THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO after all. if its not returned or found then all they can offer me is a sorry on their end . NO COMPENSATION whats so ever. I still paid for my transaction that day, and got nothing but a sorry. now i have to deal with the repercussions and expenses of paying for a replacement id when this business is the one who lost it/ allowed it to get stolen by someone in the store. unbelievable . unprofessional and unfair. read more

Somehow she bags some hybrid in a stapled bag that I did not see until I got on the road. I immediately call back to see if I can do an even exchange and she replied it was here mistake because the line wasn't moving fast enough. After having spent thousands of dollars here, I cannot believe the way I was treated by security 15 minutes before closing. #1: the website, yelp and google states a 10pm closing time. I arrive at 9:45 and the new guy on the security team tells me that last call is at 9:45. Despite being there at 9:45 on the dot, I was told I missed "last call". Keep in mind, this "last call" thing was not disclosed on any of their marketing materials. The security guard was rude, dismissive and condescending. This will be the last time I come to this establishment. I hope whoever reads this chooses not to come here either. I cannot support businesses who don't value their regulars. read more
