email clearly states buy 1 1000mg kan ade get 1 1000mg kan ade. get out of store and the promo apparently only includes 100 MG peach kan ades. not 1000mg. they lied on email. no one was willing to help me even to give me my money back. product and bag was unopened. deceitful. claimed they didn't get enough stock, why put out the email? lured me in. waited in the extra long line for the deal and didn't really get one at all. a product 10x weaker. this is wrong. I won't be coming back here unless you guys reach out to me and make this right. read more

After having spent thousands of dollars here, I cannot believe the way I was treated by security 15 minutes before closing. #1: the website, yelp and google states a 10pm closing time. I arrive at 9:45 and the new guy on the security team tells me that last call is at 9:45. Despite being there at 9:45 on the dot, I was told I missed "last call". Keep in mind, this "last call" thing was not disclosed on any of their marketing materials. The security guard was rude, dismissive and condescending. This will be the last time I come to this establishment. I hope whoever reads this chooses not to come here either. I cannot support businesses who don't value their regulars. read more

Bad management. A customer for 4 years and came back once out of the 4 years for a replacement on a defective item and got sent home. Kids in management that have no other experience in the position. If you haven't been there before at-least act like it. ;) read more

I'm pretty irritated honestly. I came for a specific reason. When I called I was told I had to spend a $100 to get the bag so I shopped around I even told the girl I need to add another item to get to 100 so I can get the bag, I even had to go run out and grab more cash to have enough because I spent more than expected. I asked for my bag and they tell me oh no you had to buy the bag. I was like wait a minute!!! The girl was like sorry, the manager was right there with her I was like are you kidding me!? That was the whole reason I came! She said sorry . They wouldn't cancel my order or change anything. This shop has changed and not for the better. You misinformed me over the phone and the girl helping me clearly knew what I was trying to do and didn't say shit. Cause I really went at 530 am to spend $130 on wax. This is why I stopped coming. Awesome prices and customer service. The Mohave Select Premium indoor flower was only $38 an 8th out the door!!!!

Worst dispensary experience I've had. They gave me the wrong item in my order the first time. I called them about it they gave me a credit for a pre roll next time I came in. They said it was going to be on my profile when they put my name in and all I had to do was show up with my ID and name. I went back today and they said they didn't have my credit on file. I was very frustrated. Also, the security is terrible. I went one time before to try and use my credit and security said they were closed even though it was 5 minutes before closing. Also, I went back today the security out front didn't say anything to me or open the door for me even though he's an armed guard right in front of door with a bulletproof vest on. They act like they don't care or want you to come back so I'm never returning. read more

Nice place, decent prices, nice people working the counters, but management is bad. I've been coming here for a while but won't be returning. I bought a pod which turned out to be burnt, and I was told it couldn't be replaced due to it being a "flavor" issue. It's a faulty product, and I was well within the 7-day policy. Management needs to learn about customer retention read more

Very professional and good deals. The customer service was better than expected. Ample security, even though I didn't see why they needed so much. I don't frequent these kind of businesses, so I didn't know what to expect. I wasn't expecting such a professional, well-designed layout, such kind and friendly staff, and such a nice experience. Maybe my "stoners are a dirty, lazy bunch" opinion got the worst of me. If I ever need to buy these kinds of products again, this is surely where I'll go. read more

I wouldn't go here, I was line with my partner out of no where the manager starts yelling at a guard right in front of all the customers very unprofessional and disrespectful. The poor guard was busy helping the customer and the manager got upset because he didn't move a con in her parking spot. This female manager needs to get fired and shouldn't be working there. We decided to leave don't want to be around a business that disrespect there guards. read more

where to start the place is pretty cool they have a lot of verities to choose from flower to disposables in the other hand the customer service wasnt all that one recommendation is to take cash don't pay with card because they round up the amount to even number and wont return you the left amount unless you remind them they will keep the change please make sure to ask before you pay with card because not all employees are knowledgeable about it or do they just want that xtra cash idk ill be AWARE THOEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I've been coming here twice a week for months. I purchase stiiizy pods and edibles every time I'm in. The experience had always been good until today. I bought a stiiizy pod on December 1st it turned out defective. So I went to return it on the 3rd with receipt and original packaging and was denied. Even though the return policy according to every pack employee I have ever interacted with is 7 days. I was told to reach out to stiiizy on instagram to let them know my complaints. If you're looking to buy stiiizy products just go to the official stiiizy store instead. read more

Horrible. First they don't honor the 7 day return or defective pods they will do everything in their power do not switch the pod out, also if you order curbside 30 min before closing they will not attend you they will just leave you sitting in the car waiting while they watch and make fun of you from the inside. I've been to many dispensary and this one needs to be humbled. We need to stop coming here until they realize we are the reason why they are there. jist came in as first timer; their board has a deal buy 1 DIME DISPOABLE get for $1. there is LITERALLY an entire case FULL of dispoables that apparently dont "QUALIFY" for the deal. it is not a "PROMO" disposable so it would be full price. she said "the board says 'while supplies last'" to which is respond "there's an entire case" I wanted to cut her some slack since she seemed to not know much; constantly asking my questions to other employees & not very sure of herself. needless to say I wont be bothering with this place again. read more

100/100 deadass. This place is licensed and has licensed, tested products that are not fake like you find other places in SGV. Also, they have nug half O's for $50 by a legitimate company. Great 4/20 deals as well, make sure you come early. Also, their price includes CA taxation and they don't charge you for it after, the prices don't usually include change. The security guards are REALLY nice and so are the budtenders, and the budtenders are actually helpful which is new lol. Great FTP patient deal too, 25% whole order 1st and 2nd time. They tend to remember you too read more
