The joints come in 3's. The last 4 batches are just a waste of money. I get joints every other day. When you spend 100$ a week for a few joints you should expect good quality. Last 4 batches taste like dirt, half the joint burns before you even smoke them just from lighting it. Dry, taste like dirt. Only reason I went was due to location. If I wanted cheap weed, I would buy cheap weed. False advertising high quality. Will be spending my 100$ to 200$ habit elsewhere. Called to let them know and wasnt offered a single thing, not even a sorry or a coupon. Not to mention its not even rolled right. Look at the photo I posted, I'ts burned like that every single time and ALWAYS their brand. It broke off and you can see half was still green vertically. Taking my money somewhere else. 100$ a week can get you way better quality litterally ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

Today I was in the area and drove by so I decided to stop for some goodies. They have a lot of options to pick from. Today I got a first time patient deal. Thank you Green Earth Co!!!! the employees were nice and they had a few other deals going for different products and brands. When I arrived, the parking lot was open and it is easy to get inside. All you need is your ID. They have a bathroom as well, which was clean. I was happy with the employee service and would return again if I am in the area. read more

MEDICAL PATIENT REFUSED SERVICE FOR DISABILITY! INFLATED PRICES AND TERRIBLE SERVICE & STOCK. I visited Green Earth Company which I frequent a couple times a week. I have PTSD and wear a medic alert bracelet. Cannabis is medicinal for me. When I entered and immediately informed security - who I've met - I was having a PTSD flare-up due to loss in the LA Fires, I presented my medic alert bracelet explaining my communication impairment (similar to Turrets with elevated speech). Despite acknowledging my condition, staff refused to acknowledge my disability. Budtender Coda voluntarily filled my cart with items I didn't ask for and didn't want, including an edible I can't eat and have never purchased. He gave me a total and ushered me to pay without letting me choose my own products. This confused me, as I hadn't ordered anything. When I asked if I could select my items, another budtender stepped in, and I quickly chose two products so I could leave. At checkout, Coda told me three times that I could not shop there with a medical condition. I asked if they were denying me service due to a disability, he shrugged. The manager, who claims to be a nurse, repeatedly told me to "calm down" instead of offering support or compassion. A PTSD patient cannot calm down as the brain damage impairs the prefrontal cortex. She could have offered me a seat, water or any understanding, despite knowing me by name and the money I've spent there. Instead, she told me to shop elsewhere. And tbh, she's always been rude. This dispensary, meant to serve medical patients, told me I cannot shop there because of my brain injury symptoms. No one was insulted or berated; the issue was my volume and delivery, which were impacted by my condition. Despite presenting my medic alert bracelet, I was judged, and discriminated against. I have proof of the incident and stand by my account. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY. THEY PRACTICE ABLEISM WHILE TAKING YOUR MONEY. The manager's behavior of a comically long, intimidating stare down, could seriously harm someone with PTSD. They don't need to understand neurology--just honor the medic alert. **Post Store Reply Edit:** The retailer falsely claims I insulted staff. I greeted security with a smile and laughter, gave a verbal medic alert, and showed my bracelet. My symptoms were explained as similar to Tourette's. Security did not relay my medic alert, bracelet info symptom info provided at any time. Coda's creating my own cart and presenting thr total unnecessarily complicated the transaction. I was confused when given a total without ordering anything. It REQUIRED ME TO COMMUNICATE FURTHER to figure out why I ordered nothing and was being rung up. Coda told me three times I couldn't shop there with a medical condition. I was whispering to him at this time as he's served me so often it was almost a plea for him to see this isn't really me. My amygdala hijacked the real me. Contrary to the reply, this shop has no compassion WHEN IT IS REQUIRED. On my worst day, they prioritized profits over patients, denying me shopping and dignity, and disinviting me to ever return because of my "medical condition." I am no perfect human snd do not claim to be. I did everything I could to offer alerts and be in and out. I could have been just a tough customer. But instead the confusion of being billed before shopping, being told to calm down repeatedly, being stared down... all poured gasoline on a fire I warned everyone was burning. When they say discrimination is about ignorance and intolerance, it's really true. And I'd file this experience under 90% ignorant. And if that woman is truly a nurse, I hope her patients have visible ailments. read more

So I just realized my ID has expired and even though I was with a friend with a valid ID they didn't let me in! I would have purchased $100 or more worth of product but since they were being not so nice, I reduced my order. They have an atm but it doesn't use Apple Pay or Bluetooth access. That's after going through the check in with a security guard that wanted me to hurry up to the counter with the man in front of me not moving. Like where am I going? Then the "sales person" who hi fives his coworker as they make sales but once I let him know what I'm getting he says fine and turns around without saying anything to start talking to the next person. I'm like I'm new, do I pay you or just wait around ? Nope there's a payment cashier center. The cashier had a sour face and this is by far the most non-weed store vibe I've been to. The worse and thankfully the balm I'm buying is for my mom and not for me because I would have definitely complained to them. Honestly I know they wouldn't care. read more

Gone here several times and tonight was the final straw. Their customer service is nonexistent but tonight's guy took the cake. Like this guy should not interact with anyone. I almost left in tears with the way this guy talked down to me. Hard pass! read more

I've been coming to this Green Earth Co for years - since before their first remodel - and today I finally decided no more. They sold me a faulty cart, and rather than switch it with a new one, they gave me store credit. However it wasn't noted my discount on the original cart was all I got refunded for, and only store credit. I ended up having to BUY the replacement cart for $25, basically the price I bought the first one. Plus tax, tip, and debit fee. I think I've hit my limit with how much I can get ripped off here. I have been coming here for years, and their quality is decreasing, inventory isn't stocked and prices increasing. It's a shame because I really like the staff there and vibes are awesome, and their shake is their one good deal. But their rewards system is lacking and as someone who has come here for YEARS, it's really a bummer they don't respect loyal customers more. read more

Been a loyal customer for over a year and cant say enough about the awesome the staff and establishment . Always greeted upon arrival and accommodated. This place is usually my last resort. They got bottom of the barrel customer service. I don't think the budtenders understand how customer acquisition, retention and customer loyalty work. Suffice to say, not a positive experience, plus their merch is meh. read more

Today I was denied entry with my purse, despite the fact that there were woman shopping carrying their purse. I was carrying a Louis Vuitton bag, and was unwilling to leave it on the floor with their homophobic security guard. They clearly have a sexist and homophobic policy, where woman can carry a bag but a man carrying a bag cannot enter. I have spent thousands of dollars here over the years but I will shop elsewhere from now on, where they treat male and female customers with the same respect. I suspect they do not allow man with a purse entry due to homophobia. read more

Been a loyal customer but the new staff is horrible! They don't know anything and have a horrible attitude!

They transferred their POS system and eliminated my $100+ in loyalty points. In-person, they said they'd make sure they revive them, but when I called to make sure the transfer happened, they said they would not. Call me nuts, but I feel like loyalty is a two-way street. read more

Found this place years ago and loved the "Mom & Pop vibe". When I stopped driving I was pleased to find they did delivery for a minimum order considerably lower when compared to other places. Fantastic customer service! Great selection. The actual best dispensary. I always get their half oz bags and get two it's the best bang for your buck plus it's organic. It was my first and last time. I waited longer then 10 min for something that should have been a quick pick up. To top it off there were people who came in after me who got ringed up quicker then I and I just went in for 2 pre rolls. All that fancy set up at a pot shop is crazy. Lucked-up on finding Green Earth Co today! Cute shop, Super kind & knowledgeable budrista's in a great location. They have parking behind store. It wasn't accessible today...don't freak out!!!! There was plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Thank you Amazing neighbors for helping people like me who are in pain to have access to alternatives to Opiods! I'd had debilitating headache for four days. Was prescribed two different opiods. Both made me feel sick to my stomach, listless & just crappy. Plus, they didn't stop my head pain! With a little of that knowledge, I got a few edibles that taste yummy and performed exactly as promised! Thanks Green Earth read more

Green Earth Co. Weed Dispensary - Green Earth Co has much to choose from. Here's my first 5! - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Wanted to give them another chance. Tried to set a delivery on a Saturday, ETA that I received for delivery was for 2 hours later between 130 and 2 o'clock, 230 still no updates, I am texting, they are saying that my order is still not ready no net ETA was provided. It was a mistake to try to give them another chance. I hope that their business will have just the same level of success as their ability to service. It would only be very fair. I guess with the weed business your service could be very unreliable and it's somehow okay. No third chance is coming for you. Just like you don't need me as for their business I don't need them for mine. corner stone is the better by faaaaaaaar by the way. read more

ATTENTION SMOKERS.... This is one spot you need to check out. Employees are always on point and they have great specials. They also have a awesome point system so that you can accumulate points to get free items or discounts. They also have Selected vendors that come on certain days and offer buy one get one free. Now those are the days that you need to check out because you literally walk out saving over 40 bucks. You see people coming in and out of this place all day and all night long. Like I said before the employees are great they know exactly what your looking for if you let them know what your into. The only downfall I have on this place is the parking there's only street parking available and it's in a residential area so parking is pretty hectic and very limited. It's like this all day erryday. So when ever your in the Highland Park visiting one of your hipster friends lol. stop by this spot you won't be disappointed... TRUST!!! .... I used to be a steady customer. Then they remodeled and the prices went sky high. I recently had to bring back an item but it could not be exchanged because their rule is you have 6 days (read your receipts). I buy several items at one time and it takes time to use. I cannot (nor should you) support a business that does not back up their products. Bad Business!! So I will not return. Luckily one way home I stopped at another dispensary and I saved $18 bucks and if I have my receipt I can exchange if defective. I told them about my experiences with GREEN EARTH and I got an additional 10% off. Moral of story don't stick with one dispensary items are cheaper elsewhere. Plus better parking. read more

Really not happy with my last interaction. I went in 15 mins before they closed, no one was in there. I had a couple questions and the lady with blonde hair snapped at me and said we only have these three left. To which the other woman said they had more to the left of the glass case. I then try to ask about prices and what's good and she just was so dismissive. Quality was crap and the interaction was crap too. read more

I live in the neighborhood and have been a loyal customer for many years. Unfortunately this dispensary has become inconsistant with regard to staff, product and customer friendliness over the last several years. Recent events have exacerbated the hostile atmosphere in and around this store. The purchase of cannibas products should be a pleasant experience. Beware: GEC is not a pleasant experience. read more

This is the best dispensary in the area without a doubt. Really nice staff, solid consistent service, great weed.

Green Earth Collective will treat you with hostility and disrespect. Green Earth Collective is a HORRIBLE company! If there would be 0 stars I would have given this business a 0. They are incredibly unprofessional, ridiculous , controlling and unnecessary negative! I order some CBD / THR edibles online on the website. It told me to come pick it up because my order is ready via text. I was excited. I Drove out to eagle rock for pickup. Park in the back at curbside parking. A angry and over ego eccentric security guard yelled at me: IT'S CURB SITE PARKING ONLY he made me move my car. I re-parked my car on the street next to the building. Walked inside to a little window with a unfriendly overworked and exhausted unfriendly lady. She yelled at me that I need to move my car and that I can't park on the street that I just move it too and that she won't serve me or give me my order if I don't move my car immediately. At this point I got angry and thought WOW. How ridiculous this all is! All I wanted was my CBD and be happy and relax. I walked out and thought FORGET THIS PLACE! I'm not giving this unproductive and unprofessional group of negative people who are pushing me and bullying me where to park my car my hard earned money. Green Earth Collective will treat you with hostility and disrespect. I was a first time customer and this was an awful experience. Super annoying. Super controlling and very unprofessional and especially SUPER UNNECESSARY NEGATIVE experience for a first time customer. They ruined my day. Will never come back. This was my first and last time. I would rather go to a place where they treat me like a human not like a criminal and pushed me around where to park. Stay away from Green Earth Collective.. Buy your stuff elsewhere like Sweet flower etc. They were so nice to me and a total opposite of Green Earth Collective. read more

Love this place! I'm come from Pasadena bc the customer service and selection are that good. I normally stick to flower but have been on the hunt for a good edible, which is really hard to find considering I have a super high tolerance. Kero who does security recommended some edibles that ended up being exactly what I was looking for, he's always so helpful along with the dude (I don't know his name) that helped check me out today. For sure recommended this place on the service and selection alone. read more

UPDATE: I know it's been a rough year for GEC, but their management is on the ball. After a nice exchange with the manager, I'm happy to report that they are working to make things better. Everyone makes mistakes, but good people FIX those mistakes. I've updated my rating from 1 star to 5 stars because of Jose's friendly outreach and solution-oriented thinking. It's time to give GEC another try! This has been a hard year for GEC. I've been a regular since 2018 and haven't been able to get what I want since February. Their mellows were a great option for a nice social pre-roll. But they haven't sold Sativa Mellows in packs all year. ... Big ups for being sensitive to the needs of the disabled. As I have been recovering from a foot issue I've been unable to ambulate fully and several employees here have been really aware and helpful to me. Their curbside pickup is always a fantastic route to go if you can't really get out of your vehicle. They also offer delivery but just make sure you let them know if they need to get out of the car as that is something they don't normally do.
