I was quite disappointed with my experience here. I drove from Las Vegas to see friends and pick up Dr. Norm's cookies, which are only sold in California. A few days ago, I had ordered 10 bags of 10-piece Dr. Norm's rapid onset cookies from Loopy Sanchez, but when I arrived after an hour and a half drive, I realized they had packed the 100g Nano Max cookies instead, which are single 100g cookies. I prefer the 10-piece bags because they're easier to manage without having to dose them myself, but they didn't have that variation in stock. Because these cookies seemed to be sold out in all the dispensaries that were near me and I really didn't want to drive another hour to get to the next one for the right product, I ended up buying two of the 100g Nano Max cookies, planning to deal with it until my next trip to California. I was so let down because I had been counting on these to chill me out for the drive back home as I listened to my favorite podcast, but instead, it made me extremely anxious due to me trying to take a 1/10th bite out of the cookie and having too much. Although they were accommodating in holding my order overnight, I was still very disappointed when I left. They also mentioned they would update the online listing, but it hasn't been corrected yet. This is my new favorite weed shop around. I used to go to sky high, but they are kind of pricey this place always has good deals with edibles and pre-rolls. The customer service is on point and the security guards are also freaking cool. Everyone is very welcoming. Their products are always consistent. Never had a problem. The loopy Sanchez gummy edibles are the shit they must try. The loopy Sanchez pre-rolls are also bomb. They take care of you with the first three visit there with a discount off your whole purchase. They have variety of anything to do with flower. Had to get their loopy Sanchez logo shirt. I was there for the first time and spoke to the gentleman who recommended several products for sleep, as that's what I wanted it for. When I got home, I realized that one of the cartilages said "sativa" and not "indica" as he stated. I called the number on the receipt and no one picked up. The voicemail stated to send a text as they would reply faster. I texted and no response. I went the following day and asked for an exchange for the same product, but an indica. I was told they have a no return or exchange policy, which is understandable, but I didn't make the mistake. I should have checked before I left, but I purchased a few products and assumed they were all correct. Lesson learned. However, I think they should have at least helped me out as the product was as unopened and I reached out immediately after realizing the mistake.
